Abstract

一种压接式路灯防水接头盒,它是利用高导电性能的C型线夹,在不切断主干电缆的前提下,将主干电缆芯线和分支电缆芯线的导电体,通过液压钳压接而成的面接触芯线接头,接头盒为快关式抗冲击透明聚丙烯塑料而成,体积比传统的接线盒小巧,灌胶量减少了50%,成本降低了50%。将本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒用于高铁、高速公路、市政、景观等各种照明工程中,能100%的确保供电线路安全运行,且免维护。

压接式路灯防水接头盒
技术领域
电气设备及电气工程的导电连接及连接设备。
背景技术
直至目前,在市政、景观、路灯照明工程中使用的地埋防水接线盒,电缆的芯线分支接续都采用绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式,由于绝缘穿刺线夹体积大,这种接线盒的设计体积也大,且绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式的接触面积小,极容易发生接续不良的供电故障,本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒则是采用压接式C型线夹进行电缆芯线分支连接的,能达到面接触效果,杜绝接触不良的供电故障,不仅安全可靠,而且缩小了接线盒的体积,减少了50%的密封胶用量,降低了成本。
发明内容
本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒所要解决的技术问题是:1、电缆芯线的分支连接接触面积大,无故障、免维护,压接质量恒定统一;2、接头盒体积小巧,密封防水。
 路灯供电系统主干电缆与分支电缆的连接,是在不断开主干电缆的前提下进行的,压接式C型线夹具有可嵌入主干电缆芯线的缺口,可满足这种前提下接续方式的技术要求,图1为C型线夹结构图,满足导线截面积4~700mm2的需求。在对C型线夹进行压接前,先要在主干电缆芯线中间接续部分,将芯线的绝缘层剥去与C型线夹宽度相同的长度,并将分支电缆芯线端部也剥去同样的长度,露出它们的金属导体;依次将主干电缆芯线导体从C型线夹缺口处嵌入其中,再插入分支电缆芯线导体,然后使用12吨液压钳将C型线夹与主干电缆芯线导体及分支电缆芯线导体一并压紧,从而使它们形成面接触,且每组芯线接头上的C型线夹被施加的压力统一,故压接的质量统一。图2是压接后芯线接头结构图。图2中,1.主干电缆芯线 2.分支电缆芯线 3.分支电缆芯线导体 4.C型线夹 5.主干电缆芯线导体。在图2中,主干电缆芯线导体(5)、分支电缆芯线导体(3)、C型线夹(4)一并被液压钳压接2~3遍后,成为一个面接触的芯线接头,C型线夹的表面由圆弧形变成了多边形,同时其缺口被压合。
本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒,体积比传统的接线盒减小了50%,灌入的密封胶量减少了50%。图3是接头盒主视图。图4是接头盒俯视图及B-B剖视图。图5是接头盒左视图。图6是接头盒主视图的A向视图。图3中,1.上接头盒 2.加强筋 3.排气孔 4.灌胶孔 5.扣板 6.下接头盒。图4中,7.接头盒连接脊。从图中可看出接头盒为两个半接头盒扣合而成的容器。当电缆芯线接头全部压接完成绝缘处理后,再安装接头盒。根据接头盒内密封泡沫所对应电缆外护套部位将密封泡沫缠绕在电缆上,并将上、下半接头盒(1、6)绕接头盒连接脊(7)合拢,使密封泡沫嵌入接头盒的密封槽内,接着将所有扣板都扣上。两个半接头盒的扣合处为“S”形,见图4中B-B剖视图。排气孔盖和灌胶孔盖暂时不封上,待将密封胶从灌胶孔灌入接头盒内后,再将排气孔盖和灌胶孔盖盖上,压接式路灯防水接头盒即安装完成。由于本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒的扣合处采取了“S”形密封设计和接头盒两端采取了密封泡沫封堵,因而密封胶不会从盒内溢出。
迄今,路灯照明供电电缆线路使用的路灯防水接线盒,仍普遍采用绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式,可绝缘穿刺线夹不仅有着固有的接触点小之缺陷,且当主干电缆的芯线小于50平方以下导线时,会使主干电缆芯线扭曲成“S”型,使接触点偏离主干电缆中心位置,影响供电线路的可靠性,传统的防水接线盒体积大,是为适应绝缘穿刺线夹的安装需求而做出的设计,无法降低成本。
鉴于传统的防水路灯接线盒存在的上述缺陷,本发明压接式防水接头盒则是改用面接触的C型线夹连接方式取代点接触的绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式,使芯线接头导电连接达到100%的安全程度,并节省了50%的密封胶,可见,本发明压接式防水接头盒比传统的防水接线盒有很高的性价比和推广前景。

Claims (4)

1.一种压接式路灯防水接头盒,在防水接头盒中,芯线接头是由主干电缆芯线、分支电缆芯线导体部分及C型线夹通过液压钳压接而实现的,其特征是:C型线夹具有可嵌入主干电缆芯线的缺口,此缺口是基于主线电缆不能断开的前提条件而必须具备的技术特征;从防水接头盒的灌胶孔注入防水密封胶(盒内空气从接头盒的排气孔排出),故在防水接头盒与芯线接头空隙中充满防水密封胶,灌胶孔和排气孔是这种接头盒的必备的技术特征。
2.根据权利要求1所述压接式路灯防水接头盒芯线接头的结构特征,先将主干电缆芯线导体从C型线夹缺口处嵌入其中,再插入分支电缆芯线导体,然后通过液压钳进行压接,将主干电缆芯线导体及分支电缆芯线导体压接在一起,形成面接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述压接式防水接头盒的结构特征,各个芯线接头在接头盒内占据的空间变小了,在接头盒的一侧设有灌胶孔和排气孔,比传统的接线盒小,灌胶量减少了50%,成本节省了50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述压接式防水接头盒的结构特征,其扣合处的特征为“S”型结构,接头盒两端有密封泡沫封堵,使灌入的密封胶不会从接头盒内溢出。
