一种压接式路灯防水接头盒,它是利用高导电性能的C型线夹,在不切断主干电缆的前提下,将主干电缆芯线和分支电缆芯线的导电体,通过液压钳压接而成的面接触芯线接头,接头盒为快关式抗冲击透明聚丙烯塑料而成,体积比传统的接线盒小巧,灌胶量减少了50%,成本降低了50%。将本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒用于高铁、高速公路、市政、景观等各种照明工程中,能100%的确保供电线路安全运行,且免维护。

电气设备及电气工程的导电连接及连接设备。
背景技术
直至目前,在市政、景观、路灯照明工程中使用的地埋防水接线盒,电缆的芯线分支接续都采用绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式,由于绝缘穿刺线夹体积大,这种接线盒的设计体积也大,且绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式的接触面积小,极容易发生接续不良的供电故障,本发明压接式防水路灯接头盒则是采用压接式C型线夹进行电缆芯线分支连接的,能达到面接触效果,杜绝接触不良的供电故障,不仅安全可靠,而且缩小了接线盒的体积,减少了50%的密封胶用量,降低了成本。
发明内容
本发明压接式路灯接头盒所要解决的技术问题是:1、电缆芯线的分支连接接触面积大,无故障、免维护,压接质量恒定统一;2、接头盒体积小巧,密封防水。
路灯供电系统主干电缆与分支电缆的连接,是在不断开主干电缆的前提下进行的,压接式C型线夹具有可嵌入主干电缆芯线的缺口,可满足这种前提下接续方式的技术要求,满足导线截面4-700mm²的需求。依次将主干电缆芯线导体从C型线夹缺口处嵌入其中,再插入分支电缆芯线导体,然后使用12吨液压钳将C型线夹与主干电缆芯线导体及分支电缆芯线导体一并压紧,从而使它们形成面接触。主干电缆芯线导体、分支电缆芯线导体、C型线夹一并被液压钳压接2-3遍后,成为一个面接触的芯线接头,C型线夹的表面由圆弧形变成了多边形,同时其缺口被压合,且每组芯线接头上的C型线夹被施加的压力统一,故压接的质量统一。
本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒,体积比传统的接头盒减少了50%,灌入的密封胶量减少了50%。传统的接头盒普遍采用穿刺线夹进行连接,而穿刺线夹由于其体积大,因此接头盒的体积设计也大。本发明采用的是C型线夹进行电缆芯线之间的连接,从而大大的减小了接头盒的体积。接头盒为两个半接头盒扣合而成的,对应连接脊的另一边为两个半接头盒的扣合处,为“S”形,见图4中B-B剖视图。接头盒的上半接头盒设有灌胶孔和排气孔。由于本发明压接式路灯接头盒的扣合处采取了“S”形密封设计和接头盒两端采取了密封泡沫封堵,因而密封胶不会从盒内溢出。
迄今,路灯照明供电电缆线路使用的路灯防水接线盒,仍普遍采用绝缘穿刺线夹连接方式,可绝缘穿刺线夹不仅有着固有的接触点小之缺陷,且当主干电缆的芯线小于50平方以下导线时,会使主干电缆芯线扭曲变形,使接触点偏离主干电缆中心位置,影响供电线路的可靠性,而本发明的主干电缆与分支电缆的连接方式采用的是C型线夹,其接触为面接触,且不会发生接触不良现象影响供电线路的安全。可见,本发明压接式路灯防水接头盒比于传统的防水接线盒有很高的性价比和推广前景。

具体实施方式
安装C型线夹(4):在对C型线夹(4)进行压接前,先要在主干电缆芯线(1)中间接续部分,将主干电缆芯线(1)的绝缘层剥去与C型线夹(4)宽度相同的长度,并将分支电缆芯线(2)端部的绝缘层也剥去同样的长度,露出主干电缆芯线导体(5)、分支电缆芯线导体(3);依次将主干电缆芯线导体(5)从C型线夹缺口处嵌入其中,再插入分支电缆芯线导体(3),然后使用12吨液压钳将C型线夹(4)与主干电缆芯线导体(5)及分支电缆芯线导体(3)一并压紧,压接2-3遍后,从而使它们形成一个面接触的芯线接头(见图2)。当电缆芯线接头(图2)全部压接完成绝缘处理后,再安装接头盒(见图3)是芯线接头位于接头盒内部:根据接头盒内密封泡沫所对应电缆外护套部位将密沫封泡缠绕在电缆上,并将上、下半接头盒(1、6)绕接头盒连接脊(7)合拢,使密封泡沫嵌入接头盒的密封槽内,接着将所有扣板(5)都扣上,在两个半接头盒的扣合处为“S”形密封结构,见图4中B-B剖视图。上半接头盒上的排气孔(3)盖和灌胶孔(4)盖暂时不封上,待将密封胶从灌胶孔(4)灌入接头盒内,再将排气孔(3)盖和灌胶孔(4)盖盖上,压接式路灯防水接头盒即安装完成。

Claims (1)

1.一种压接式路灯防水接头盒,包括上、下两个半接头盒,其两个半接头盒通过连接脊连接为一个整体,上、下两个半接头盒绕连接脊合拢,扣上扣板;上、下两个半接头盒扣合后,在两个半接头盒的扣合处为“S”形密封结构密封,接头盒两端有密封泡沫封堵,保护接头盒内的密封胶不会从扣合处溢出;在上半接头盒的上侧设有灌胶孔和排气孔,从接头盒的灌胶孔注入密封胶,接头盒内的空气从排气孔排出;安装在接头盒内的芯线接头是由主干电缆芯线导体、分支电缆芯线导体及C型线夹通过液压钳压接实现的,其特征是:C型线夹被压接后由圆弧形变成了多边形,在主干电缆芯线导体、分支电缆芯线导体、C型线夹之间形成“铜-铜-铜”面接触。
