本发明公开了一种皮带辊筒清扫装置，包括辊筒、设置在辊筒上的皮带、设置在水平地面上的支架，及安装在支架上的清扫装置，所述清扫装置设置在上下皮带之间；所述清扫装置包括两端焊接在支架上的槽钢，槽钢上间隔焊接有若干刮板；刮板一面与辊筒外周面接近；相邻两块刮板之间的距离a不超过刮板与辊筒接近面在水平地面上的投影长度b；槽钢两端通过角铁焊接在支架上；所述刮板包括左侧面和右侧面，左侧面为与辊筒外周面相配合的弧面，左侧面与辊筒外周面接近，右侧面焊接在槽钢上。本发明能有效清理辊筒煤渣、磷石膏渣等粘附物，避免了运转过程中因辊筒积煤引起的皮带打滑、磨损或断裂，同时消除开车状态下清理废渣的安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及辊筒清扫设备，具体涉及一种皮带辊筒清扫装置。
背景技术
在生产过程中，通常采用皮带机运转煤、选矿、磷石膏等。运转时，部分运转货物的废渣会掉到皮带内，经过皮带传送，聚积到尾部辊筒并粘在辊筒上，这样可能导致皮带跑偏，严重时会造成皮带的磨损或撕裂，因此需要实时对辊筒上的废渣等粘附物进行清理。操作人员停机清理粘附物时，影响了生产效率；不停机直接清理，操作人员有可能被皮带绞伤；废渣等粘附物不断聚积，也增加了操作人员的劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种安全可靠、能自动清理的皮带辊筒清扫装置。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：一种皮带辊筒清扫装置，包括辊筒、设置在辊筒上的皮带、设置在水平地面上的支架，及安装在支架上的清扫装置，所述清扫装置设置在上下皮带之间。
所述清扫装置包括两端焊接在支架上的槽钢，槽钢上间隔焊接有若干刮板；刮板一面与辊筒外周面接近；相邻两块刮板之间的距离a不超过刮板与辊筒接近面在水平地面上的投影长度b。
所述刮板包括左侧面和右侧面，所述左侧面为与辊筒外周面相配合的弧面，左侧面与辊筒外周面接近；所述右侧面焊接在槽钢上。
所述刮板与槽钢之间呈60°夹角。
本发明结构简单，方便实用，能很好的起到清理辊筒粘附物的作用，有效避免了运转过程中因辊筒积煤引起的皮带打滑、磨损或断裂，降低了安全隐患；本发明也适合粉末状物料的运输。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明，下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示的一种皮带辊筒清扫装置，包括辊筒3、设置在辊筒3上的皮带5、设置在水平地面上的支架4，及安装在支架4上的清扫装置，清扫装置设置在上下皮带5之间；清扫装置包括两端焊接在支架4上的槽钢2，槽钢2上间隔焊接有若干刮板1，刮板1一面与辊筒3外周面接近；相邻两块刮板1之间的距离不超过刮板1与辊筒3接近面在水平地面上的投影长度（保证了前一块刮板1刮落的废渣掉落到最右端重新粘附在皮带5上后，能被后一块刮板1刮落）；刮板1与槽钢2之间呈60°夹角；所述刮板1包括左侧面11和右侧面12，所述左侧面11为与辊筒3外周面相配合的弧面，如图4所示，左侧面11与辊筒3外周面接近；右侧面12焊接在槽钢2上，所述槽钢2两端通过角铁焊接在支架4上。
其中，根据皮带机辊筒3的长度来确定刮板1的数量，根据皮带机辊筒3的直径来制定刮板1的左侧面13的弧度，使刮板1与辊筒3接近（刮板1与辊筒3之间有一定的间隙，防止辊筒3运转时发生剐蹭）；刮板1与槽钢2焊接面的高度根据所选槽钢2的高度而定。
本发明的工作原理是：皮带机工作时，掉落在皮带5上的废渣随着皮带5运转，粘附到辊筒3表面，当辊筒3转动经过清扫装置时，清扫装置上最左边的第一块刮板1会刮落辊筒3相对面上的废渣等粘附物，因刮板1与槽钢2成60°夹角焊接，因此废渣会从刮板1最右侧掉落皮带5上，掉落皮带5上的废渣又会随着皮带5运转重新黏在辊筒3上，被第二块刮板1再一次刮落下来，依次类推，在皮带3不断运转的过程中，掉落在皮带5上的废渣会被全部转移到皮带5的最右侧，最后掉入地面的收集槽内。

1.一种皮带辊筒清扫装置，其特征在于，包括辊筒（3）、设置在辊筒（3）上的皮带（5）、设置在水平地面上的支架（4），及安装在支架（4）上的清扫装置，所述清扫装置设置在上下皮带（5）之间；所述清扫装置包括两端焊接在支架（4）上的槽钢（2），槽钢（2）上间隔焊接有若干刮板（1）；刮板（1）一面与辊筒（3）外周面接近；相邻两块刮板（1）之间的距离a不超过刮板（1）与辊筒（3）接近面在水平地面上的投影长度b；所述刮板（1）包括左侧面（11）和右侧面（12），所述左侧面（11）为与辊筒（3）外周面相配合的弧面，左侧面（11）与辊筒（3）外周面接近；所述右侧面（12）焊接在槽钢（2）上；所述刮板（1）与槽钢（2）之间呈60°夹角，刮板（1）的安装方向相同。
