本发明涉及病虫害(pest)防治组合物和病虫害防治方法。
背景技术
迄今为止,已经提供了各种化合物作为用于防治病虫害的组合物的活性成分(例如参见The Pesticide Manual–第15版(BCPC出版)ISBN 1901396188)。

发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种对病虫害具有优异防治效果的组合物。
本发明人已经进行了大量的研究以便找到一种对病虫害具有优异防治效果的组合物。结果,他们发现包含由通式(1)表示的化合物和一种或多种选自下组(A)的二酰胺化合物的组合物表现出可协同活性,因此对病虫害具有优异的防治效果,并从而完成了本发明。

在本发明中要使用的其中R2为氯原子、R2和R3均为甲基的通式(2)的二酰胺化合物(下文称作本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b))是已知称作氯虫苯甲酰胺的化合物,并且在例如''The PESTICIDE MANUAL – 第15版(BCPC 出版) ISBN 1901396188'',第175页进行了描述。该化合物市购可得或者可以通过已知的方法制备。
在本发明中要使用的其中R1和R3均为甲基、R2为氰基的通式(2)的二酰胺化合物(下文称作本发明的二酰胺化合物(2c))是已知的化合物,并且例如在WO 06/068669小册子中进行了描述,因此该化合物可以根据其中描述的方法制备。
在本发明中要使用的通式(3)的二酰胺化合物(下文称作本发明的二酰胺化合物(3))是被称作氟虫双酰胺的化合物,并且在例如''The PESTICIDE MANUAL-第15版(BCPC出版) ISBN 1901396188'',第514页进行了描述。该化合物市购可得或者可以通过已知的方法制备。
在本发明的组合物中本发明的酰胺化合物与本发明的二酰胺化合物的重量比通常为0.0125/1-500/1(本发明的酰胺化合物/本发明的二酰胺化合物),优选为0.025/1-100/1,更优选为0.1/1-10/1。
尽管本发明的组合物可以是本发明的酰胺化合物与本发明的二酰胺化合物的混合物本身,但是本发明的组合物通常通过如下步骤制备:混合本发明的酰胺化合物、本发明的二酰胺化合物和惰性载体,和如果需要的话,加入表面活性剂或其它制药添加剂,然后配制成油溶液、可乳化的浓缩剂、可流动的制剂、可润湿粉剂、粒化的可润湿粉剂、粉尘制剂、颗粒制剂等的形式。该类制剂可以自己单独地使用或在加入其它惰性组分的情况下作为用于防治病虫害的试剂使用。
通常,本发明的组合物可以含有总计0.1-99重量%,优选0.2-90重量%,更优选1-80重量%的本发明的酰胺化合物和本发明的二酰胺化合物。
配制时使用的固体载体的实例包括如下物质的细粉和颗粒:由矿物质组成的粘土(例如高岭土、凹凸棒粘土、膨润土、蒙脱石、酸性粘土、叶蜡石、滑石、硅藻土或方解石)、天然有机物质(例如玉米穗轴粉或核桃壳粉)、合成有机物质(例如尿素)、盐(例如碳酸钙或硫酸铵)、合成的无机物质(例如合成的水合氧化硅)等。液体载体的实例包括芳香族烃类(例如二甲苯、烷基苯或甲基萘)、醇类(例如2-丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇或乙二醇单乙醚)、酮类(例如丙酮、环己酮或异佛尔酮)、植物油(例如大豆油或棉籽油)、石油衍生的脂族烃类、酯类、二甲基亚砜、乙腈和水。

将10份本发明的酰胺化合物、5份本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)和1.5份的失水山梨醇三油酸酯混合到28份的含有2份聚乙烯醇的水溶液中,然后将混合的溶液按照湿磨法进行细研磨。之后,将45.50份的含有0.05份黄原酸胶和0.1份硅酸铝镁的水溶液加入到所得物中,和向其中进一步加入10份的丙二醇。将所得混合物搅拌共混,从而获得可流动制剂。使用本发明的二酰胺化合物(2a)、本发明的二酰胺化合物(2c)或本发明的二酰胺化合物(3)代替本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)进行相同的上述操作,以便获得可流动制剂。
制剂3
将10份本发明的酰胺化合物、40份本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)、3份的木质素磺酸钙、2份的月桂基硫酸钠和45份的合成水合氧化硅完全粉碎和混合,从而获得可润湿的粉剂。使用本发明的二酰胺化合物(2a)、本发明的二酰胺化合物(2c)或本发明的二酰胺化合物(3)代替本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)进行相同的上述操作,从而获得可润湿的粉剂。
试验实施例给出如下。
试验实施例1-6
将黄瓜的真叶用木塞穿孔器穿出直径13mm的孔以制备叶子圆片。在分配了1ml 0.8%的水琼脂的24孔的微孔板中,放置叶子圆片使得叶子上面一侧处于朝上的方向。向其上铺展20微升通过将本发明的酰胺化合物和本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)混合到预定浓度制备的试验溶液(用于处理的组群)。制备其中铺展了20微升离子交换水的对比溶液(用于非处理的组群)。在确认喷雾溶液干燥之后,将灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)的分生孢子以大约105分生孢子/mL的密度混悬到马铃薯葡糖培养基(DIFCO)中然后进行喷雾播种。在使叶子圆片在设定为15oC的生长室中放置6天后,测量每片叶子上开始的面积然后通过下面等式1计算预防值。
使用本发明的二酰胺化合物(2c)或本发明的二酰胺化合物(3)代替本发明的二酰胺化合物(2b)进行相同的上述操作,从而获得各自的预防值。

进行与试验实施例1-6中所述相同的操作,不同之处在于试验的药物溶液用本发明酰胺化合物的预订浓度的二甲基亚砜溶液代替,以便计算各自的预防值。

2.根据权利要求1的病虫害防治组合物,其中由通式(1)表示的化合物与二酰胺化合物的重量比为0.0125/1-500/1。
3.根据权利要求1或2的病虫害防治组合物,其中由通式(1)表示的化合物具有R-绝对构型。
4.病虫害防治方法,其中该方法包括向植物或用于培育植物的土壤施加总计有效量的通式(1)的化合物:
和通式(3)的化合物:
。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其中向种子施加通式(1)的化合物和二酰胺化合物。
6.根据权利要求4或5的方法,其中由通式(1)表示的化合物与二酰胺化合物的重量比为0.0125/1-500/1。
7.根据权利要求4-6任一项的方法,其中由通式(1)表示的化合物具有R-绝对构型。
8.通式(1)表示的化合物和通式(3)的化合物的组合用于防治病虫害的用途,
