本发明是真空振动加料阀门,其结构包括上盖板、阀体、滑动气缸、滑动阀门、销轴、滚轮、导轨;上盖板固定在阀体上端面,滑动气缸的缸体固定在阀体内侧,滑动气缸的活塞杆通过销轴与滑动阀门相连接,四个滚轮分别固定在滑动阀门的两侧,两根导轨固定在阀体内腔的两侧,四个滚轮分别可在两根导轨内滚动。优点:真空振动加料阀门的设置,保证了振动加料车进出侧加料室与熔炼室前后的屏障作用,提高了真空熔炼炉的工作效率和冶炼产品质量,同时,节约了能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是真空振动加料阀门,属于真空熔炼设备技术领域。
背景技术
真空感应熔炼(VIM)是在真空条件下,利用电磁感应在金属导体内产生涡流加热炉料进行熔炼的方法,具有熔炼室体积小,抽真空时间和熔炼周期短,便于温度压力控制、可回收易挥发元素、准确控制合金成分等特点。由于以上特点,现在已发展为特殊钢、精密合金、电热合金、高温合金及耐蚀合金等特殊合金生产的重要工序之一。
现有的真空感应熔炼炉一般由熔炼室、加料室和锭模室这三室组成,其中加料一般多采用从熔炼室顶部的上加料室中,由提升机构将加料桶降到熔炉钢液上部,加料桶底部固定桶底扇形钢板的绳子被烧断,桶底扇形钢板分开落下,桶内物料一次全部被加入钢液内。这是一种加料方式,但随着真空熔炼工艺的要求越来越多,有的工艺要求加的料需慢慢加入和多次加入,这样,原来的上加料模式就很难满足这个工艺要求。从熔炼室侧面进行加料的要求就提出来了,同时,连接侧加料室与熔炼室之间的真空振动加料阀门也成为关键的辅助设备,它需要被灵活的打开和关闭,保证密封、防止热辐射和喷溅,同时必须能够容易维护。
发明内容
本发明提出的是真空浇注隔离阀门,其目的旨在能保证密封、防止热辐射和喷溅,同时容易维护。
本发明的技术解决方案:真空振动加料阀门,其特征是包括上盖板、阀体、滑动气缸、滑动阀门、销轴、滚轮、导轨;上盖板固定在阀体上端面,滑动气缸的缸体固定在阀体内侧,滑动气缸的活塞杆通过销轴与滑动阀门相连接,四个滚轮分别固定在滑动阀门的两侧,两根导轨固定在阀体内腔的两侧,四个滚轮分别可在两根导轨内滚动。
本发明的优点:真空振动加料阀门的设置,保证了振动加料车进出侧加料室与熔炼室前后的屏障作用,提高了真空熔炼炉的工作效率和冶炼产品质量,同时,节约了能源。

具体实施方式
对照附图,真空振动加料阀门,其结构包括上盖板1、阀体2、滑动气缸3、滑动阀门4、销轴5、滚轮6、导轨7;上盖板1固定在阀体2上端面,滑动气缸3的缸体固定在阀体2内侧,滑动气缸3的活塞杆通过销轴5与滑动阀门4相连接,四个滚轮6分别固定在滑动阀门4的两侧,两根导轨7固定在阀体2内腔的两侧,四个滚轮6分别可在两根导轨7内滚动,另外,两根导轨7的下端呈半圆弧形状,将使滑动阀门4在下行的最后阶段,方向由直线下行,圆弧过渡到水平右行,在滑动气缸3的作用下,将滑动阀门4水平压紧在阀体2上,保证密封。
工作过程:滑动气缸3活塞杆伸出,通过销轴5,将滑动阀门4在导轨的导向下,向下滑动到阀体2的中心并锁紧→熔炼开始,同时,向侧加料室内的振动加料装置的料槽内加入物料→向侧加料室内的振动加料装置的料槽内加入物料结束→侧加料室抽真空,真空度达到与熔炼室真空度一致→滑动气缸3活塞杆缩回,通过销轴5,将滑动阀门4在导轨的导向下,向上滑动到阀体2的上部,打开加料室与熔炼室的通道→加料小车开入熔炼室到位后,振动加料→加料结束,加料小车开出熔炼室,进入侧加料室→滑动气缸3活塞杆伸出,通过销轴5,将滑动阀门4在导轨的导向下,向下滑动到阀体2的中心并锁紧→进入下一循环。
维护过程:在真空振动加料阀门使用一段时间后,需更换滑动阀门4上的密封条,更换过程如下:滑动气缸3活塞杆处于缩回状态→将固定在阀体2上端面的上盖板1上的固定螺钉拆下→将固定滑动气缸3缸体的螺钉拆下→将滑动阀门4、滑动气缸3一起沿导轨7拖出阀门4外→更换滑动阀门4上的密封条→将滑动阀门4、滑动气缸3一起沿导轨7放入阀门4内→更换密封条的维护工作完成。

1.真空振动加料阀门,其特征是包括上盖板(1)、阀体(2)、滑动气缸(3)、滑动阀门(4)、销轴(5)、滚轮(6)、导轨(7);上盖板(1)固定在阀体(2)上端面,滑动气缸(3)的缸体固定在阀体(2)内侧,滑动气缸(3)的活塞杆通过销轴(5)与滑动阀门(4)相连接,四个滚轮(6)分别固定在滑动阀门(4)的两侧,两根导轨(7)固定在阀体(2)内腔的两侧,四个滚轮(6)分别可在两根导轨(7)内滚动;
所述两根导轨(7)的下端呈半圆弧形状,将使滑动阀门(4)在下行的最后阶段,方向由直线下行圆弧过渡到水平右行,在滑动气缸(3)的作用下,将滑动阀门(4)水平压紧在阀体(2)上,保证密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空振动加料阀门的工作过程,包括如下工作过程:
1)滑动气缸(3)活塞杆伸出,通过销轴(5),将滑动阀门(4)在导轨的导向下,向下滑动到阀体(2)的中心并锁紧;
2)熔炼开始,同时,向侧加料室内的振动加料装置的料槽内加入物料;
3)向侧加料室内的振动加料装置的料槽内加入物料结束后,侧加料室抽真空,真空度达到与熔炼室真空度一致;
4)滑动气缸(3)的活塞杆缩回,通过销轴(5),将滑动阀门(4)在导轨的导向下,向上滑动到阀体(2)的上部;
5)加料室与熔炼室的通道被打开,振动加料装置进入熔炼室到位后,振动加料;
6)加料结束,加料小车开出熔炼室,进入侧加料室内,滑动气缸(3)的活塞杆伸出,通过销轴(5),将滑动阀门(4)在导轨的导向下,向下滑动到阀体(2)的中心并锁紧,进入下一循环。
3.如权利要求1所述的真空振动加料阀门的维护过程,其特征是包括如下工作过程:
1)在真空振动加料阀门使用一年后,需更换滑动阀门(4)上的密封条;
2)更换过程如下:将滑动气缸(3)活塞杆处于缩回状态,将固定在阀体(2)上端面的上盖板(1)上的固定螺钉拆下,将固定滑动气缸(3)缸体的螺钉拆下,将滑动阀门(4)、滑动气缸(3)一起沿导轨(7)拖出阀门(4)外;更换滑动阀门(4)上的密封条,将滑动阀门(4)、滑动气缸(3)一起沿导轨(7)放入阀门(4)内,更换密封条的维护工作完成。
