本发明公开了一种旋片式真空泵,包括泵体、密封端盖、转子和旋片,密封端盖固定在泵体的两端面上,泵体的内腔内设有转子,所述的转子上成型有插槽,插槽内插接有两个旋片,转子的两端面的中心分别成型有支轴,一支轴穿过密封端盖成型与插槽相连通的通水管道,所述成型有通水管道的支轴外端固定连接在圆盘形的分水座,分水座的外端面固定连接若干散热管,散热管的外端固定连接在圆盘形的聚水座上,聚水座的外端面上成型有注水管,注水管上插套有叶轮并成型有外螺纹,叶轮通过螺母紧固在聚水座上,注水管外端固定有密封盖,所述的注水管、聚水座、散热管、分水座、通水管道内均填充有冷却液。

一种旋片式真空泵
技术领域:
本发明涉及真空泵的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种旋片式真空泵。
背景技术:
真空泵是用各种方法在某一封闭空间中产生、改善和维持真空的装置。其按工作原理可分为水环式真空泵、罗茨泵、旋片式真空泵等,其一般由泵体、转子、旋片、端盖、弹簧等组成,在泵体的内腔内偏心的设置有一个转子,转子外圆与泵体内腔壁相切,转子上安装带弹簧的二个旋片。旋转时,靠离心力和弹簧的张力使旋片顶端与泵体内腔壁保持接触,转子旋转带动旋片沿泵体内腔壁滑动,从而改变旋片分隔的腔体的体积大小完成吸气和排气过程。在转子旋转过程中旋片的外端抵靠在泵体内腔壁滑动,摩擦产生热量,而体内腔类似一个密封的腔体,散热只能通过泵体本身和排出的空气进行散热,散热效果较差,同时其旋片之间通过弹簧张紧,长期使用后弹簧会发生失效,从而造成真空泵的顺坏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种旋片式真空泵,其能提高真空泵内散热效果。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种旋片式真空泵,包括泵体、密封端盖、转子和旋片,密封端盖固定在泵体的两端面上,泵体上成型有与内腔相连通的排气通道和吸气通道,泵体的内腔内设有转子,转子与泵体内腔壁相切,所述的转子上成型有贯穿转子两相对侧壁的插槽,插槽内插接有两个旋片,旋片的外端与泵体内腔壁相切,转子的两端面的中心分别成型有支轴,一支轴穿过密封端盖成型与插槽相连通的通水管道,所述成型有通水管道的支轴外端固定连接在圆盘形的分水座,分水座的外端面固定连接若干散热管,散热管的外端固定连接在圆盘形的聚水座上,聚水座的外端面上成型有注水管,注水管上插套有叶轮并成型有外螺纹,叶轮通过螺母紧固在聚水座上,注水管外端固定有密封盖,所述的注水管、聚水座、散热管、分水座、通水管道和插槽内均填充有冷却液。
所述的注水管位于聚水座的中心,聚水座和分水座之间设有连轴,连轴的两端分别固定在聚水座和分水座上,连轴的中心轴线和注水管的中心轴线在同一直线上。
所述的转子上无通水管道的另一支轴穿过泵体上的另一密封端盖与驱动电机的转轴相连接。
所述的插槽穿过转子的中心,插槽的高度等于泵体的宽度,旋片的高度等于插槽的高度,转子中心至泵体内腔壁的最大距离小于转子的半径与旋片的长度之和。
所述的旋片内成型有腔槽,腔槽与转子上的插槽相连通,转子上成型有若干个与插槽相连接通的槽道,转子的槽道和旋片的腔槽内均填充有冷却液,冷却液采用水、水和乙醇的混合物或油,所述的冷却液具有压强。
所述的叶轮有转盘、叶片、环形的连接盘组成,转盘紧固在聚水座上,转盘和连接盘之间固定有叶片,叶片呈环形均匀分布在转盘上,连接盘插套在分水座外。
本发明的有益效果在于:(1)、其在转子和旋片内增设散热通道,通过冷却液和风机的叶轮进行散热,从而有效的提高了真空泵内散热效果。(2)、其采用有压强的冷却液代替普通真空泵内弹簧的张力,从而避免了弹簧出现失效对真空泵造成的影响,提高了真空泵的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1至4所示,一种旋片式真空泵,包括泵体1、密封端盖2、转子3和旋片4,密封端盖2固定在泵体1的两端面上,泵体1上成型有与内腔相连通的排气通道11和吸气通道12,泵体1的内腔内设有转子3,转子3与泵体1内腔壁相切,所述的转子3上成型有贯穿转子3两相对侧壁的插槽32,插槽32内插接有两个旋片4,旋片4的外端与泵体1内腔壁相切,转子3的两端面的中心分别成型有支轴31,一支轴31穿过密封端盖2成型与插槽32相连通的通水管道311,所述成型有通水管道311的支轴31外端固定连接在圆盘形的分水座5,分水座5的外端面固定连接若干散热管6,散热管6的外端固定连接在圆盘形的聚水座7上,聚水座7的外端面上成型有注水管71,注水管71上插套有叶轮20并成型有外螺纹,叶轮20通过螺母30紧固在聚水座7上,注水管71外端固定有密封盖8,所述的注水管、聚水座7、散热管6、分水座5、通水管道311和插槽32内均填充有冷却液10。
所述的注水管71位于聚水座7的中心,聚水座7和分水座5之间设有连轴9,连轴9的两端分别固定在聚水座7和分水座5上,连轴9的中心轴线和注水管71的中心轴线在同一直线上。
所述的转子3上无通水管道311的另一支轴31穿过泵体1上的另一密封端盖2与驱动电机的转轴相连接。
所述的插槽32穿过转子3的中心,插槽32的高度等于泵体1的宽度,旋片4的高度等于插槽32的高度,转子3中心至泵体1内腔壁的最大距离小于转子3的半径与旋片4的长度之和。
所述的旋片4内成型有腔槽41,腔槽41与转子3上的插槽32相连通,转子3上成型有若干个与插槽32相连接通的槽道33,转子3的槽道33和旋片4的腔槽41内均填充有冷却液10,冷却液10采用水、水和乙醇的混合物或油,所述的冷却液10具有压强。
所述的叶轮20有转盘、叶片、环形的连接盘组成,转盘紧固在聚水座7上,转盘和连接盘之间固定有叶片,叶片呈环形均匀分布在转盘上,连接盘插套在分水座5外。
工作原理:本发明在转子3和旋片4上增设槽道33和腔槽41,并填充具有压强的冷却液10,冷却液10代替弹簧为旋片4提供张力,同时转子3与泵体1外侧的散热管6相连,冷却液10能将泵体1内侧热量传递到泵体1外侧,而且在散热管6外侧安装了叶轮20,通过转子3带动叶轮20转动,加速散热管6的散热,从而提高了泵体的散热效果。

1.一种旋片式真空泵,包括泵体(1)、密封端盖(2)、转子(3)和旋片(4),密封端盖(2)固定在泵体(1)的两端面上,泵体(1)上成型有与内腔相连通的排气通道(11)和吸气通道(12),泵体(1)的内腔内设有转子(3),转子(3)与泵体(1)内腔壁相切,所述的转子(3)上成型有贯穿转子(3)两相对侧壁的插槽(32),插槽(32)内插接有两个旋片(4),旋片(4)的外端与泵体(1)内腔壁相切,其特征在于:转子(3)的两端面的中心分别成型有支轴(31),一支轴(31)穿过密封端盖(2)成型与插槽(32)相连通的通水管道(311),所述成型有通水管道(311)的支轴(31)外端固定连接在圆盘形的分水座(5),分水座(5)的外端面固定连接若干散热管(6),散热管(6)的外端固定连接在圆盘形的聚水座(7)上,聚水座(7)的外端面上成型有注水管(71),注水管(71)上插套有叶轮(20)并成型有外螺纹,叶轮(20)通过螺母(30)紧固在聚水座(7)上,注水管(71)外端固定有密封盖(8),所述的注水管、聚水座(7)、散热管(6)、分水座(5)、通水管道(311)和插槽(32)内均填充有冷却液(10);
所述的注水管(71)位于聚水座(7)的中心,聚水座(7)和分水座(5)之间设有连轴(9),连轴(9)的两端分别固定在聚水座(7)和分水座(5)上,连轴(9)的中心轴线和注水管(71)的中心轴线在同一直线上;
所述的转子(3)上无通水管道(311)的另一支轴(31)穿过泵体(1)上的另一密封端盖(2)与驱动电机的转轴相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:所述的插槽(32)穿过转子(3)的中心,插槽(32)的高度等于泵体(1)的宽度,旋片(4)的高度等于插槽(32)的高度,转子(3)中心至泵体(1)内腔壁的最大距离小于转子(3)的半径与旋片(4)的长度之和。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:所述的旋片(4)内成型有腔槽(41),腔槽(41)与转子(3)上的插槽(32)相连通,转子(3)上成型有若干个与插槽(32)相连接通的槽道(33),转子(3)的槽道(33)和旋片(4)的腔槽(41)内均填充有冷却液(10),冷却液(10)采用水、水和乙醇的混合物或油,所述的冷却液(10)具有压强。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋片式真空泵,其特征在于:所述的叶轮(20)有转盘、叶片、环形的连接盘组成,转盘紧固在聚水座(7)上,转盘和连接盘之间固定有叶片,叶片呈环形均匀分布在转盘上,连接盘插套在分水座(5)外。
