Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于切割以连续平面状态传送的薄片材料的板、带切割机,所说的薄片材料可以是例如一种化学浆料带卷或板。该切割机有装在组合导轨17上并可沿其移动的溜板16,导轨17沿横跨板、带W通路的方向延伸,溜板16在相对导轨17的另一侧支承一个滑架13。滑架13安装在转轴11上并可在平行于板、带W的平面内并相对于板、带的传送方向P按箭头S4所示方向的绕转轴11转动。转轴的轴心线垂直于板、带平面。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于切割以连续平面状态传送的薄片材料的板、带切割机,所说的薄片材料可以是例如化学浆料带卷或板之一。该切割机有一个溜板,该溜板安装在一组合导轨的一侧并可沿其移动。该组合导轨在垂直于板、带传送方向上横跨传送的板、带。溜板在其导轨对面一侧面上支承着一滑架。
在SE-366272、DE-266764、EP-40264、GB-1531158等专利文献中已公开了一些切割板、带或其他材料的刀具。这些刀具安装在一个回转臂上并可转动,而回转轴则设置在相对于切割点的前方或上游。
在GB-1531158号专利中公开的那种切割机是用来切割放置在水平面上的薄板材料的。在那里,切割沿预定的切割线进行。这种已公知的切割机适合于切割油毡覆盖层、乙烯覆盖层、硬纸板及其它类似材料。这种切割机有一组用于调整割点的X-Y座标双向导轨,一个可在该导轨上运动的溜板及由该溜板支承的切割刀具。该切割刀具有一个盘形切割刀,一个用于将薄板材料从切割点处的平面升高的独立的副切割刀,一根转动轴及一个角度调整装置。
在专利EP-40264,SE-366272和DE26676等所公开的现有技术解决方案中,传送的板、带是用一固定位置的切割刀切割的,而且总是沿板、带送进的方向切割的。在EP-40264专利中,使用的是静止的切割刀;在SE及DE两项专利中,使用的是旋转切割刀。
在待切割的板、带厚度较厚和其单位面积重量达到约1公斤/米2时,现有技术解决方案在沿垂直于机器、即垂直于板、带传送方向的方向上移动刀具时遇到了许多困难。在待切割的材料例如板、带很硬而缺少弹性时,问题就很容易产生。在切割过程中展宽切割得到的条、带时,问题就会产生;这是由于切割刀具沿整个横向切割长度推压板、带边缘引起的。这样,就会使所要求的切割力增加一些。切割力的增加会使切割刀变钝和/或烧坏,从而使刀具的成本费用加大。由推压所引起的另一个缺陷是产生大量的灰尘及使切割边粗糙不齐。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种板、带切割刀及其安装方法以使现有技术的上述缺陷可以避免或减小。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种切割刀,在切割过程中展宽切割得到的条、带时,该切割刀可以在板、带传送方向切割和使切割刀偏转一定方向斜向切割。
为了达到上述目的和下面的叙述所涉及到的目的,本发明的切割刀的主要特征在于:该切割刀安装在一个支承梁上并可转动,这样可使切割刀根据待切割的板、带的传送方向偏转;而且其转动轴的轴线垂直于待切割的板、带的平面;从而使切割刀在一次定位之后,不从板、带平面抬起就能自动地使切割刀找到最佳切割方向。
本发明的其它优点已写在权利要求2-10之中,请结合参考。
由于刀刃的侧表面平行于斜切割线,所以本发明的切割刀在切割过程中展宽所得到的条、带时仍可切出整齐的切边。而在现有的公知方法中,在展宽切割时、即斜向移动刀具时,切割边往往是参差不齐的。这是由于切割刀的侧边推压板、带边缘所致。在待切割材料单位面积重量很重(超过600克/米2,尤其是超过1.5公斤/米2)的情况下,这种情况更容易发生。此外,由于使用本发明的切割刀,在切割过程中展宽所得到的条、带时,只产生很小的撕裂;因此,减少了生产中断的次数,从而有效地降低了成本。
由于切割刀的侧面不推压板、带的切割边,在切割作业期间,产生的灰尘也较少。
在本发明的切割机中,切割刀的成本能明显地降低。这是因为,本发明的切割刀不像已知的切割方法中所公开的切割刀那样会迅速变钝和烧坏。
本发明的切割机的结构使得用于横向移动的驱动马达的功率无需现有技术中的马达那样大。
下面,结合附图和实施例对本发明进行更详细的介绍。
图1是本发明的切割机的局部立体简图,表示切割得到条、带的情况。
图2是本发明的切割机的局部立体简图,表示横向移动时、即在切割过程中展宽所得到的条、带的情况。
参看图1,待切割材料例如板、带W沿箭头P所示方向传送。该切割机有切割刀10及驱动马达18(只是简单示意一下)及与马达在一起的滑架13。切割机安装得使滑架能绕转轴11作水平转动,转轴11与安装在溜板16上的支承梁15连接。溜板16安装得可沿组合导轨17移动。组合导轨17在机器的横向、即垂直于箭头P的方向上延伸。整个切割机10-11-13-15-16可以沿箭头S1所示的方向倾转,例如可将切割刀10从切割位置向上抬高一段距离。切割刀10沿箭头R所示方向转动。马达18可以是电动、气动或液压马达。切割刀支架14与弹簧12的一端相连,弹簧12的另一端则与支承梁15连接。
图1表示切割刀10在切割中得到条、带WT时的情况。这种情况是切割线C、即切割方向与板、带W的传送方向P平行。切割刀10切开条、带WT处、即切割点用C1表示。在平行于板、带W传送方向、即在与箭头P所示的相反方向进行切割时,弹簧12的压缩受到一个未在图中表示的限位防护器的限制以防止滑架过度倾斜而超过平行于板、带传送方向所许可的角度。
切割刀10通过支架14、借助于转轴11以下述方式同支承梁15连接并可转动,即当世割刀10在切割板、带W时,转轴11的几何转动轴心线X1相对于切割进行的方向正处于切割点C1的前方。但从横向,即垂直于板、带W传送方向P的方向上测量时,转轴11的几何转动轴心线X1与切割刀10之间有一距离。
转轴11的几何转动轴心线X1的方向垂直于板、带平面。
图2表示在用切割刀10切割板、带W时展宽所切得的条、带WT的情况。图中,溜板16在导轨17上沿箭头S3所示方向移动而确定一条从板、带W上的C点开始的切割线。在图示情况中,滑架13沿箭头S4所示方向转动而切割刀则沿C点开始的切割线的方向,也就是在切割方向d切割板、带。当在切割过程中展宽所得到的条、带WT时,弹簧12随之伸长,而滑架13则从它的可转动的限位防护器(图中未表示)退开。随后,切割刀10回到与主切割线平行的方向。与此同时,弹簧12使得切割刀10没有振动地就在切割过程中找到其正确的切割方向。切割刀10相对于横向移动S3的速度和板、带送进速度的角度调整通过切割刀10的自控转轴11自动进行。
切割刀10与转轴11的几何转动轴心线X1彼此的位置关系使得在进行切割作业时,转动轴心线X1总是在切割刀10与板、带W相互接触那点的前方。这样就使得切割刀组合的转动位置稳定,从而使得切割边整齐、且可在切割刀与板、带之间没有过大的力的情况下切割。
当横向移动S3终了时,弹簧12就将切割刀的滑架13向限位保护器拉回去。溜板16与世割刀10一起可以沿图1中箭头S1所示的方向抬高到一个不切割位置。
本发明的板、带切割机特别适用于切割化学浆料带或板,但也可以很好地用于切割其它类似的薄板材料。
切割刀10可以是如图1和图2所示的那种旋转锯片刀R,也可以是任何一种能够切割上述板、带的等效刀具。
虽然本发明只结合上述一个最佳实施例进行了介绍;但是,本发明决不仅限于上述这个实施例,它还应包括属于权利要求书中确定的本发明构思范围内所能进行的一切替换和改进。
Claims (10)
1、一种用于切割在浆料干燥机或制板机中制成的板、带之类的薄片材料的板带切割机,它具有一个安装在导轨(17)上并可沿导轨移动的溜板(16),该导轨横跨在板、带的通道上而在垂直于板、带的传送方向P的方向上延伸,溜板(16)支承一个滑架(13),其特征在于:滑架(13)装有一个回转切割刀(10),滑架(13)安装在转轴(11)上并可在平行于板、带W的平面内而相对于板带的传送方向P沿箭头S4所示方向绕转轴(11)转动;转轴(11)的转动轴心线X1的方向垂直于板、带W的平面;从而使切割刀(10)能根据板、带的移动和滑架在垂直于板、带传送方向的移动情况自动地确定切割刀的最佳角度(C)。
2、一种权利要求1所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:它装有一根弹簧(12),当滑架处于切割刀沿平行板、带传送方向切割板、带W时,该弹簧将滑架(13)拉向限位保护器;如果滑架开始沿垂直板、带传送向移动,弹簧就伸长并脱开限位保护器;而且弹簧还使切割刀相对板、带移动方向稳定地保持一正确角度。
3、一种权利要求1或2所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:在沿偏转板、带传送方向P一个角度的方向切割板、带W时,切割机可沿导轨(17)移动,该移动方向垂直于板、带的传送方向P,切割机沿导轨的移动使切割刀(10)能根据板、带移动速度和横向移动速度(S3)自动地绕转轴(11)回转一个角度。
4、一种权利要求1-3之一所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:切割刀(10)是支承在滑架(13)的支架(14)上,支架(14)装在转轴(11)上并可绕支承梁(15)上的转轴(11)转动,转轴(11)的转动轴心线设置在切割作业进行时的切割点(C1)的前方。
5、一种权利要求4所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:转轴的转动轴心线(X1)设置在离开切割刀(10)的回转平面一侧的一定距离处。
6、一种权利要求1-5之一所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:切割机的安装方式使得板、带(W)与切割刀(10)之间的横向力能使切割刀(10)和滑架(13)绕转动轴心线(X1)转动。
7、一种权利要求1-6之一所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:切割刀(10)是一种回转锯片刀。
8、一种权利要求7所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:切割刀(10)是由一台单独的马达(18)驱动的。
9、一种权利要求8所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:切割刀(10)的驱动马达(18)可以是电动、气动或液压马达。
10、一种权利要求1-6之一所述的板、带切割机,其特征在于:滑架(13)安装得使其在待切割的板、带平面内沿箭头(S4)所示方向转动。
