本发明属于钢帘线生产技术领域,具体涉及一种轮胎用钢帘线酸洗工艺。
 
背景技术
钢丝经高温回火处理后,表面的有机物均被高温碳化。钢丝表面残留新生的碳化物及氧化层会影响镀层与钢丝的基本结合力,故需进行酸洗,确保干净的钢丝机体进入镀铜工序,沉淀出结合力牢固的合格铜层。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种轮胎用钢帘线酸洗工艺,酸洗彻底,能够确保干净的钢丝机体进入镀铜工序,沉淀出结合力牢固的合格铜层。
本发明提供的轮胎用钢帘线酸洗工艺,它包括将刚帘线输送至酸洗槽,并经电解酸洗液酸洗的步骤,所述电解酸洗液的配方为:
H2SO4         150—200 ml∕L,
若丁         1—2 g∕L;
所述酸洗工艺的工艺条件为:
    阴极电流密度    8—10A∕dm2
时间            3—5s,
    线速度          20—30m∕min。
本发明提供的轮胎用钢帘线酸洗工艺,其有益效果在于:酸洗彻底,能够确保干净的钢丝机体进入镀铜工序,沉淀出结合力牢固的合格铜层。
