   本发明的技术方案是一种提高金属板材平整度的工艺,其特征在于:一种提高金属板材平整度的工艺步骤如下:
第一步:将金属板材进行打磨抛光;
第二步:将打磨抛光后的板材表面涂覆低浓度盐酸溶液;
第三步:将经过第二步的金属板材加热至800摄氏度;
第四步:将加热后的金属板材浸入盐酸溶液中,浸泡30分钟;
第五步::将铸铁板材取出,进行第二次打磨抛光。 
与现有技术相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:本发明综上所述,采用上述方法进行提高金属板材平整度的工艺,具有操作简单,成本低廉的优点。
