背景技术
胎圈钢丝镀铜方法通常有化学镀法和电镀法,化学镀法更加常用,良好的化学镀铜配方可以使镀层厚薄均匀,表面光滑,质量好。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种胎圈钢丝镀铜添加剂配方,添加进化学镀铜配方中可以保证镀铜质量,使铜层更加牢靠的附着在钢丝表面。
本发明提供的胎圈钢丝镀铜添加剂配方,其组分配比如下:
乙撑硫脲              1.5—2mg∕L,
2—羟基苯并咪唑       1—1.5mg∕L,
聚二硫二丙烷硫酸钠    0.8—1mg∕L,
聚乙二醇              80—100mg∕L,
氯化钠                5—10mg∕L,
氯化铵                5—10mg∕L。
本发明提供的胎圈钢丝镀铜添加剂配方,其有益效果在于:添加进化学镀铜配方中可以保证镀铜质量,使铜层更加牢靠的附着在钢丝表面。

氯化铵                8mg∕L。

2—羟基苯并咪唑       1—1.5mg∕L,

聚乙二醇              80—100mg∕L,
氯化钠                5—10mg∕L,
氯化铵                5—10mg∕L。
