镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的提高和环保意识的增强,对建筑和设备用涂料的要求也不断提高。水性涂料具有安全、无毒、无害和无污染的特点,有良好的应用。目前已有专利报道了多种水性涂料,例如国家发明专利“储罐及槽车用水性防腐降温多功能涂料及其制备方法”(发明专利申请号:201210530978.X)公布了一种以丙烯酸乳液、碳酸钙、硫酸钡、滑石粉和空心玻璃微珠为主要原料的水性防腐涂料及其制备方法。国家发明专利“一种多功能涂料的制备方法”(发明专利申请号:201310601480.2)以云母粉、氢氧化铝、苯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、丙二醇、二甲基乙醇胺为主要原料制备出了一种防腐、阻燃涂料。
国家发明专利“一种白色环保型防水涂料”(发明专利申请号:201310359813.5)以水性聚氨酯、钛白粉、云母粉、泡花碱、古马隆树脂、4-叔丁基苯酚、硼酸、钨酸钠、甲基苯骈三氮唑、无水乙醇、烯基三甲氧基硅烷、聚氧丙烯甘油醚为原料制备出了一种白色防水涂料。国家发明专利“一种多功能涂料及其制备方法”(发明专利申请号:201110196723.X)以纳米竹碳、纳米碳化硼、乙醇为主要原料制备出了一种环境净化功能的涂料。以上这些涂料具有防腐、阻燃、防水及环境净化等功能,但是由于涂料组成成分的限制,现有涂料一般只能起到部分作用,功能较单一。随着建筑和设备用涂料要求的提高,仅靠现有涂料难以满足需求。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明提供一种多功能涂料,以镍酸铋纳米线作为主要原料,引入纳米硅酸钙作为填料,添加丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、水性氟碳乳液、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液和羟基硅油乳液等成分,以期得到具有良好防腐、阻燃、耐磨、耐碎落、防污及防水功能的镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料。
本发明所提供的镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料的质量百分比组成如下:
镍酸铋纳米线21-38%、纳米硅酸钙6-14%、水性氟碳乳液11-21%、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液4-9%、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-8%、羟基硅油乳液4-8%、水17-33%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1-3%、聚酰胺蜡0.5-2%、有机膨润土0.3-1%、二甲基亚砜0.3-1%、聚丙烯酰胺0.05-0.2%、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯1.2-3%、丙烯酸树脂0.2-0.6%。
本发明所述镍酸铋纳米线的直径为30-100nm,长度为10μm,纳米硅酸钙的尺寸低于100nm。
本发明所提供的镍酸铋纳米线的具体制备方法如下:
以乙酸镍、铋酸钠作为原料,水为溶剂,其中乙酸镍与铋酸钠的摩尔比为1:1,将乙酸镍、铋酸钠与水均匀混合后置于反应容器内并密封,于温度180-300℃、保温36-60h,其中乙酸镍与铋酸钠的重量不大于水重量的30%。
本发明所提供的镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料的具体制备方法如下:
在低速搅拌下将水、镍酸铋纳米线、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、二甲基亚砜和一半聚丙烯酰胺装入球磨机的球罐内,球磨7h,使之充分分散,然后将球磨后的物料转入多功能分散机,在搅拌下加入纳米硅酸钙,在多功能分散机上高速搅拌7h,通过高速剪切将其分散均匀。随后在低搅拌速度下缓慢滴加水性氟碳乳液、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液和羟基硅油乳液,随后加入剩余的聚丙烯酰胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、聚酰胺蜡、有机膨润土、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯和丙烯酸树脂低速搅拌7h,最后得到涂料成品。
以镍酸铋纳米线作为主要原料,纳米硅酸钙作为填料,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯作为成膜助剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液和羟基硅油乳液作为防水剂,添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠作为分散剂、有机膨润土作为增稠剂、二甲基亚砜作为润湿剂、聚丙烯酰胺作为消泡剂、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯作为防冻剂、丙烯酸树脂作为流平剂,可以得到稳定的镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料。
镍酸铋纳米线、纳米硅酸钙难于与酸、碱和盐反应,熔点高,具有良好的防腐与阻燃特性。镍酸铋纳米线与乳液、纳米填料、成膜助剂等成分形成光滑、致密的涂层,使灰尘等污染物难于吸附于涂层表面,所以镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料具有良好的防污功能。苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚合物乳液和羟基硅油乳液作为复合防水剂,易于在低温下凝聚,与镍酸铋纳米线、纳米硅酸钙等成分均匀混合、相互缠绕,形成多层致密的薄膜,阻止水分子的侵入与渗透,具有良好的防水效果,同时也增加了镍酸铋纳米线复合涂层的耐磨和耐碎落性,所以镍酸铋纳米线复合涂料具有良好的防水、耐磨和耐碎落性。乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯作为防冻剂,在镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料中起到防冻作用。因此,镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料具有良好的防腐、阻燃、耐磨、耐碎落、防污和防水等多种功能,在各种建筑和设备上具有良好的应用前景。本发明采用的镍酸铋纳米线稳定性好、无毒、无害和无污染,所用填料、乳液及助剂都是批量生产的材料,可以实现镍酸铋纳米线多功能涂料的制备。
