Description

一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,尤其是涉及一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(简称PC)是分子链中含有碳酸酯基的高分子聚合物,根据酯基的结构可分为脂肪族、芳香族、脂肪族-芳香族等多种类型。其中由于脂肪族和脂肪族-芳香族聚碳酸酯的机械性能较低,从而限制了其在工程塑料方面的应用。目前仅有芳香族聚碳酸酯获得了工业化生产。由于聚碳酸酯结构上的特殊性,现已成为五大工程塑料中增长速度最快的通用工程塑料。
传统的阻燃增强PC一般是以溴锑复合体系作为阻燃剂,这样的阻燃体系含有卤系,而且添加份量大,对环境会造成一定的危害;其次溴系阻燃剂颜色偏红、偏黄、比重大,且在高温注塑过程中容易出现变色、烧焦的情况,而一般的磷氮系无卤阻燃剂不耐温,根本无法生产玻纤增强阻燃PC。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种低添加量无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,包括如下重量份数的组成:PC 70-80份、无卤阻燃剂10-15份、玻璃纤维 15-20份、抗氧化剂 0.1-0.5份、透明滑石粉5-10份、润滑剂 0.1-1份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、抗浮纤0.1-1.0份、抗滴落剂0.1-1.0份、其它加工助剂0.5-0.8份。
它的生产工艺是通过烘料、混料、挤出、冷却、切粒、包装的方式生产出高耐温无卤阻燃PC产品。
它的生产步骤为:
(1)烘料,110-130度下烘2小时;
(2)混料,先将PC原料和偶联剂加入高速搅拌机中,搅拌1分钟,再加入抗无卤阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、透明滑石粉、抗浮纤及抗滴落剂高速搅拌2-3分钟,再加入其它助剂搅拌3-5分钟;
(3)挤出,采用双螺杆挤出机的主喂料器挤出,温度设定范围200-230度,主机转速250-300转,玻璃纤维通过侧喂料器,加入到双螺杆挤出机中进行基础造粒;
(4)冷却、切料,采用水冷和风冷,使用龙门式切粒机切粒,粒子大小为2*2mm;
(5)包装。
所述所述玻璃纤维采用无碱短切纤维,短切长度(mm)3.5-4.0,单丝直径(um)10-12。
所述抗氧化剂由主抗氧化剂及辅助抗氧化剂组成。
所述其他助剂为硅酮粉。
所述步骤(3)中双螺杆挤出机采用同向旋转的双螺杆。
本发明的优点是:颜色好、性能好,耐温性好,阻燃性好,加工成本低,该阻燃树脂广泛用于用于电子电器、电表外壳、接插件等电子产品。
具体实施方式
一种低添加量无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,主要包括一下几个步骤,步骤一:烘料,110-130度下烘2小时;步骤二混料,先将PC原料和偶联剂加入高速搅拌机中,搅拌1分钟,再加入抗无卤阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、透明滑石粉、抗浮纤及抗滴落剂高速搅拌2-3分钟,再加入其它助剂搅拌3-5分钟;步骤三:挤出,采用双螺杆挤出机的主喂料器挤出,温度设定范围200-230度,主机转速250-300转,玻璃纤维通过侧喂料器,加入到双螺杆挤出机中进行基础造粒;步骤四:冷却、切料,采用水冷和风冷,使用龙门式切粒机切粒,粒子大小为2*2mm;步骤五:(5)包装。
实施例1
1.配方组成:PC 70-80份、无卤阻燃剂10-15份、玻璃纤维 15-20份、抗氧化剂 0.1-0.5份、透明滑石粉5-10份、润滑剂 0.1-1份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、抗浮纤0.1-1.0份、抗滴落剂0.1-1.0份、其它加工助剂0.5-0.8份。
2.阻燃树脂的加工:步骤一:烘料,110-130度下烘2小时;步骤二:混料,先将PC原料和偶联剂加入高速搅拌机中,搅拌1分钟,再加入抗无卤阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、透明滑石粉、抗浮纤及抗滴落剂高速搅拌2-3分钟,再加入其它助剂搅拌3-5分钟;步骤三:挤出,采用双螺杆挤出机的主喂料器挤出,温度设定范围200-230度,主机转速250-300转,玻璃纤维通过侧喂料器,加入到双螺杆挤出机中进行基础造粒;步骤四:冷却、切料,采用水冷和风冷,使用龙门式切粒机切粒,粒子大小为2*2mm;步骤五:(5)包装。

1.一种低添加量无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,包括如下重量份数的组成:PC 70-80份、无卤阻燃剂10-15份、玻璃纤维 15-20份、抗氧化剂 0.1-0.5份、透明滑石粉5-10份、润滑剂 0.1-1份、偶联剂0.1-0.5份、抗浮纤0.1-1.0份、抗滴落剂0.1-1.0份、其它加工助剂0.5-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:它的生产工艺是通过烘料、混料、挤出、冷却、切粒、包装的方式生产出高耐温无卤阻燃PC产品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:它的生产步骤为:
(1)烘料,110-130度下烘2小时;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:所述所述玻璃纤维采用无碱短切纤维,短切长度(mm)3.5-4.0,单丝直径(um)10-12。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由主抗氧化剂及辅助抗氧化剂组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:所述其他助剂为硅酮粉。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种低添加无卤阻燃增强PC的配方及生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中双螺杆挤出机采用同向旋转的双螺杆。
