Abstract

本发明涉及一种多功能锁体组合加工机,包括固定设置的床身和动力头,床身为窄长型,床身上设置有纵向移动架,纵向移动架垂直设置于床身的一端;纵向移动架上设置有用于实现横向及垂直进给运动的十字拖板,动力头设置在十字拖板上,且动力头采用自动换刀机械主轴或电主轴锁紧换刀;床身上还设置有至少两组用于夹持待加工工件的自动夹具,且自动夹具的数量与动力头数量相对应;纵向移动架的纵向运动、以及十字拖板的横向和垂直运动均采用直线滚动导轨实现。本发明通过采用双加工头或多加工头移动式多功能整体布局,将锁体打孔、锁芯打孔、钥匙雕铣和钥匙打孔、钥匙开槽等功能基于一体,结构紧凑,功能更加全面,制造成本低,加工精度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种多功能锁体组合加工机。
背景技术
现有的金属加工设备中,如锁体弹珠孔打孔机、锁芯弹珠孔打孔机、钥匙牙花雕铣机、钥匙牙花打孔机、钥匙开槽机等,产品功能比较单一,如锁体弹珠孔打孔机只能对锁体进行打孔,而锁芯弹珠孔打孔机只能进行锁芯弹珠孔打孔,生产一种锁具产品需要购买多个设备才能完成加工,生产成本较高,且生产周期长,产品一致性低。而且现有的金属加工设备只能加工偏小型的产品,且对单人操作能力要求高,不仅编程复杂,还会占用加大工作场地。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种多功能锁体组合加工机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种多功能锁体组合加工机,包括固定设置的床身,其中,所述床身为窄长型,所述床身上设置有纵向移动架,所述纵向移动架垂直设置于所述床身的一端;所述纵向移动架上设置有用于实现横向及垂直进给运动的十字拖板,所述十字拖板上设置有动力头,且所述动力头采用自动换刀机械主轴或电主轴锁紧换刀;所述床身上还设置有至少两组用于夹持待加工工件的自动夹具,且所述自动夹具的数量与所述动力头的数量相对应;所述纵向移动架的纵向运动、以及所述十字拖板的横向和垂直运动均采用直线滚动导轨实现。
本发明所述的多功能锁体组合加工机,其中,所述床身上并排设置有两组所述自动夹具,所述纵向移动架上设置有两个所述十字拖板,每个所述十字拖板上设置有一个所述动力头,由所述纵向移动架及所述十字拖板驱动两个所述动力头同步运动。
本发明所述的多功能锁体组合加工机,其中,所述十字拖板采用伺服电机直线滚珠丝杆传动实现横向和垂直进刀。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过采用双加工头或多加工头移动式多功能整体布局,将锁体打孔、锁芯打孔、钥匙雕铣和钥匙打孔、钥匙开槽等功能基于一体,结构紧凑,功能更加全面,制造成本低,加工精度高。

具体实施方式
本发明较佳实施例的多功能锁体组合加工机结构如图1所示,包括固定设置的床身10,床身10为窄长型,床身10上设置有纵向移动架20,纵向移动架20垂直设置于床身10的一端;纵向移动架20上设置有用于实现横向及垂直进给运动的十字拖板30,十字拖板30上设置有动力头40,且动力头40采用自动换刀机械主轴或电主轴锁紧换刀;床身10上还设置有至少两组用于夹持待加工工件的自动夹具50,且自动夹具50的数量与动力头40的数量相对应;纵向移动架20的纵向运动、以及十字拖板30的横向和垂直运动均采用直线滚动导轨实现。本发明通过采用双加工头或多加工头移动式多功能整体布局,将锁体打孔、锁芯打孔、钥匙雕铣和钥匙打孔、钥匙开槽等功能基于一体,结构紧凑,功能更加全面,制造成本低,加工精度高,精度有效误差控制在0.005MM以内。
优选地,如图1所示,上述多功能锁体组合加工机的床身10上并排设置有两组自动夹具50,纵向移动架20上设置有两个十字拖板30,每个十字拖板30上设置有一个动力头40,由纵向移动架20及十字拖板30驱动两个动力头40同步运动,以便于同时加工多个工件。
优选地,多功能锁体组合加工机的十字拖板30采用伺服电机直线滚珠丝杆传动实现横向和垂直进刀,纵向运动采用电主轴传动,传动平稳、精确,结构简单。
优选地,上述多功能锁体组合加工机采用西门子伺服系统控制,优化编程工艺,一键启动,一键复位,操作简便,三轴伺服控制可实现精确定位,加工精度高。
本发明方案专为加工锁具产品的企业而开发设计,专用程度高,安装方便,加工效率高。由于可以专机多用,本发明结构更紧凑(整机重量仅同类同规格产品一半),加工有效行程得到放大,功能更全面,制造成本更低(仅为市场同类机床的1/3);且本发明针对锁具市场的发展,可以大大解决企业用工难的问题,一机抵多人,填补了市场空白。

1.一种多功能锁体组合加工机,包括固定设置的床身(10),其特征在于,所述床身(10)为窄长型,所述床身(10)上设置有纵向移动架(20),所述纵向移动架(20)垂直设置于所述床身(10)的一端;所述纵向移动架(20)上设置有用于实现横向及垂直进给运动的十字拖板(30),所述十字拖板(30)上设置有动力头(40),且所述动力头(40)采用自动换刀机械主轴或电主轴锁紧换刀;所述床身(10)上还设置有至少两组用于夹持待加工工件的自动夹具(50),且所述自动夹具(50)的数量与所述动力头(40)的数量相对应;所述纵向移动架(20)的纵向运动、以及所述十字拖板(30)的横向和垂直运动均采用直线滚动导轨实现;所述床身(10)上并排设置有两组所述自动夹具(50),所述纵向移动架(20)上设置有两个所述十字拖板(30),每个所述十字拖板(30)上设置有一个所述动力头(40),由所述纵向移动架(20)及所述十字拖板(30)驱动两个所述动力头(40)同步运动;所述十字拖板(30)采用伺服电机直线滚珠丝杆传动实现横向和垂直进刀。
