Abstract

本发明涉及一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,该方法将参考电压矢量T分解为两个等效矢量T1和T2,分别由逆变器1和逆变器2单独产生。当逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件故障时,逆变器1和逆变器2空间矢量图中的A、B、C、D、E、F、O七个电压矢量仍可以正常使用,利用上述矢量合成参考电压矢量,实现系统在最大输出电压降低一半,最大输出电流保持不变情况下的容错运行。发明的积极进步效果在于:1.能实现一侧逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件故障时的容错运行;2.省去复杂的切换开关。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种逆变器容错调制方法,特别是涉及一种开绕组电机独立母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法。
背景技术
双端三相开绕组电机具有输出电压等级高,输出电平数较多,以及高容错能力等优点,是一种很有应用前景的拓扑,而容错能力在提升机、铁路牵引、船舶驱动等关键传动场合越来越重要。现有开绕组电机独立母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法仅能简单切除一侧逆变器,不能实现两台逆变器同时故障时的容错运行,同时开关切换复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,能实现独立母线结构双端级联式五电平逆变器系统中两台逆变器同时故障时的容错运行,同时省去复杂的切换开关。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,其特征在于,将参考电压矢量分解为两个等效矢量,分别由逆变器1和逆变器2单独产生,当逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件触发丢失或断路时,仅使用逆变器1和逆变器2中的小矢量及零矢量合成参考电压矢量,系统在最大输出电压降低一半,最大输出电流保持不变的情况下容错运行。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:1.本发明可以实现一侧逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件故障时的容错运行;2.本发明省去切换开关。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图2所示,将参考电压矢量T分解为两个等效矢量T1和T2,分别由逆变器1和逆变器2单独产生。以A相故障为例,当逆变器1的A相上桥臂和逆变器2的A相下桥臂最多四个开关器件发生故障时,逆变器1空间矢量图中的A(onn)、B(oon)、C(opo、non)、D(opp、noo)、E(oop、nno)、F(ono)、O(ooo)七个电压矢量仍能正常使用,逆变器2空间矢量图中的A(onn、poo)、B(oon、ppo)、C(opo)、D(opp)、E(oop)、F(ono、pop)、O(ooo)七个电压矢量仍能正常使用,结合空间电压矢量调制算法,利用上述矢量合成参考电压矢量,实现系统在最大输出电压降低一半,最大输出电流保持不变情况下的容错运行。

1.一种开绕组电机双端级联式五电平逆变器容错调制方法,其特征在于:该方法将参考电压矢量T分解为两个等效矢量T1和T2,分别由逆变器1和逆变器2单独产生,当一侧逆变器任一相上桥臂和另一逆变器对应下桥臂最多四个开关器件故障时,逆变器1和逆变器2空间矢量图中的A、B、C、D、E、F、O七个电压矢量仍能正常使用,利用上述矢量合成参考电压矢量,实现系统在最大输出电压降低一半,最大输出电流保持不变情况下的容错运行。
