本发明提供一种液晶显示装置及其导光板定位块的制作方法。该液晶显示装置中的导光板定位块(9)包括定位块本体(91)、及密封于定位块本体(91)内的液体(93),所述定位块本体(91)具有弹性;低温环境下,所述液体(93)凝结膨胀,使所述定位块本体(91)的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板(3)遇冷收缩的尺寸;高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体(91)的弹性吸收所述导光板(3)因受热而膨胀的尺寸。所述液晶显示装置,其导光板定位块(9)能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板(3)进行有效定位,使得液晶显示装置的可靠性高,画面品味稳定。

Description

液晶显示装置及其导光板定位块的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置及其导光板定位块的制作方法。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如:移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlight module)。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组。直下式背光模组是将发光光源(例如阴极萤光灯管(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp,CCFL)或发光二极管(LightEmitting Diode,LED))设置在液晶面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(Light Guide Plate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
导光板是液晶显示装置的重要部件之一,通常由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),又称有机玻璃制成,具有热胀冷缩的特性。当液晶显示装置在高温度下工作时,导光板会膨胀,在低温度下工作时,导光板会收缩,膨胀和收缩的尺寸差可达数毫米。另一方面,导光板与背光源之间的定位精度会极大影响到液晶显示装置的画面品位。
图1所示为一种现有的液晶显示装置的立体分解图,图2所示为现有的液晶显示装置中背光模组的平面俯视图。请参阅图1、图2,该现有的液晶显示装置包括由背板100、LED灯条200、导光板300、光学膜片组400组成的背光模组10、设于背光模组10上的胶框500、设于胶框500上的液晶面板600、及设于液晶面板600上的前框700。所述导光板300靠近LED灯条200的入光侧附近使用定位柱800来保持导光板300与LED灯条200之间的耦光距离;所述导光板300远离LED灯条200的一侧则使用弹性定位块900来进行定位。
如图3所示,在常温环境下,所述导光板300远离LED灯条200的一侧与定位块900之间保持适当的配合间隙,以便于组装和吸收制造公差。
如图4所示,当液晶显示装置处于高温环境中时,导光板300受热膨胀与定位块900相接触,由于定位块900采用弹性固体材料制成,具有一定弹性,故能够吸收导光板300膨胀增加的尺寸,使导光板300与定位块900保持稳固、紧密的配合。
然而,如图5所示,当上述液晶显示装置处于低温环境中时,导光板300受冷会发生收缩,导致导光板300与定位块900之间的配合间隙变大,此时定位块900不能起到有效的定位作用,在震动、冲击等作用下,导光板300很容易发生跳脱、碎裂等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,其导光板定位块能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位,使得液晶显示装置的可靠性高,画面品味稳定。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,由该方法制作的导光板定位块,能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位。为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组、设于背光模组上的胶框、设于胶框上的液晶面板、及设于液晶面板上的前框;
所述背光模组包括背板、设于背板内的LED灯条、设于背板内的导光板、设于导光板上的光学膜片组、及用于定位导光板的定位柱与导光板定位块;
所述导光板定位块包括定位块本体、及密封于定位块本体内的液体,所述定位块本体具有弹性;
低温环境下,所述液体凝结膨胀,使所述定位块本体的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板遇冷收缩的尺寸;高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体的弹性吸收所述导光板因受热而膨胀的尺寸。
所述背板包括底板及垂直连接于底板的侧板,所述LED灯条设于侧板上;所述导光板包括入光侧与远离入光侧的非入光侧,所述LED灯条的发光面与所述导光板的入光侧相对;
所述定位柱设于所述导光板的入光侧附近,用于保持导光板与LED灯条之间的耦光距离;所述导光板定位块于所述底板上设于所述侧板与导光板非入光侧之间。
所述定位柱的数量为两个,该两个定位柱分别于导光板的入光侧附近相对设置;所述导光板定位块的数量为两个,该两个导光板定位块分别于导光板非入光侧的边角处相对设置。
所述定位块本体包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽、与所述密封槽相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体内部的通道、及与所述通道相连通位于所述定位块本体内部的容置腔;所述液体填充于所述容置腔与通道内,所述密封槽用于密封液体。
所述密封槽内填充有密封胶,通过所述密封胶密封液体。
所述液体为蒸馏水。
所述定位块本体的材料为橡胶。
本发明还提供一种上述液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供定位块本体;
所述定位块本体具有弹性,包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽、与所述密封槽相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体内部的通道、及与所述通道相连通位于所述定位块本体内部的容置腔;
步骤2、提供液体,将所述液体注入所述通道与容置腔;
步骤3、在所述密封槽内涂布密封胶;
步骤4、抚平所述密封胶,使其固化,从而通过所述密封胶将液体密封于定位块本体内,完成导光板定位块的制作。
所述液体为蒸馏水。
所述定位块本体的材料为橡胶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种液晶显示装置,其导光板定位块包括具有弹性的定位块本体、及密封于定位块本体内的液体,在低温环境下,所述液体凝结膨胀,使所述定位块本体的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板遇冷收缩的尺寸;在高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体的弹性吸收所述导光板因受热而膨胀的尺寸,从而实现导光板定位块能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位,使得液晶显示装置的可靠性高,画面品味稳定。本发明提供的一种液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,先将液体注入定位块本体内部,再涂布、固化密封胶将液体密封于定位块本体内部,由该方法制得的导光板定位块,能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请同时参阅图6至图8,本发明首先提供一种液晶显示装置。该液晶显示装置包括背光模组20、设于背光模组20上的胶框5、设于胶框5上的液晶面板6、及设于液晶面板6上的前框7。
所述背光模组20包括背板1、设于背板1内的LED灯条2、设于背板1内的导光板3、设于导光板3上的光学膜片组4、及用于定位导光板3的定位柱8与导光板定位块9。
进一步的,所述导光板定位块9包括定位块本体91、及密封于定位块本体91内的液体93。所述定位块本体91由弹性材料,如橡胶制成,从而使该定位块本体91具有一定弹性。所述液体93具有遇冷凝结、体积增大的特性,优选的,所述液体93为蒸馏水。具体的,所述定位块本体91包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽912、与所述密封槽912相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体91内部的通道913、及与所述通道913相连通位于所述定位块本体91内部的容置腔914。所述液体93填充于所述容置腔914与通道913内,所述密封槽912内填充有密封胶915,通过所述密封胶915密封液体93。
所述背板1包括底板11及垂直连接于底板11的侧板12,所述LED灯条2设于侧板12上。所述导光板3包括入光侧31与远离入光侧31的非入光侧33,所述LED灯条2的发光面与所述导光板3的入光侧31相对。
所述定位柱8设于所述导光板3的入光侧31附近,用于保持导光板3与LED灯条2之间的耦光距离。所述导光板定位块9于所述底板11上设于所述侧板12与导光板非入光侧33之间。具体的,如图8所示,所述定位柱8的数量为两个,该两个定位柱8分别于导光板3的入光侧31附近相对设置;所述导光板定位块9的数量为两个,该两个导光板定位块9分别于导光板非入光侧33的边角处相对设置。
如图6所示,上述液晶显示装置在25℃左右的常温环境下,所述导光板定位块9与导光板3之间预留有配合间隙,便于组装和吸收制造公差。如图7所示,在0℃以下至-20℃的低温环境下,所述液体93遇冷凝结膨胀、体积增大,使所述定位块本体91的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板3遇冷收缩的尺寸。在50℃以上,如60℃的高温环境下,所述液体93的膨胀非常小,通过所述定位块本体91的弹性吸收所述导光板3因受热而膨胀的尺寸,实现导光板定位块9能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板3进行有效定位,使得液晶显示装置的可靠性高,画面品味稳定。
请参阅图9至图13,本发明还提供一种上述液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、如图10所示,提供定位块本体91。
所述定位块本体91由弹性材料,如橡胶制成,从而使该定位块本体91具有一定弹性。具体的,该定位块本体91包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽912、与所述密封槽912相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体91内部的通道913、及与所述通道913相连通位于所述定位块本体91内部的容置腔914。
步骤2、如图11所示,提供液体93,将所述液体93注入所述通道913与容置腔914。
所述液体93具有遇冷凝结、体积增大的特性,优选的,所述液体93为蒸馏水。
步骤3、如图12所示,在所述密封槽912内涂布密封胶915。
步骤4、如图13所示,抚平所述密封胶915,使其固化,从而通过所述密封胶915将液体93密封于定位块本体91内,完成导光板定位块9的制作。
上述液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,先将液体93注入定位块本体91内部,再涂布、固化密封胶915将液体93密封于定位块本体91内部,由该方法制得的导光板定位块9,在低温环境下,所述液体93遇冷凝结膨胀、体积增大,使所述定位块本体91的尺寸增大,补偿导光板遇冷收缩的尺寸;在高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体91的弹性吸收导光板因受热而膨胀的尺寸,从而能够实现导光板定位块9能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板3进行有效定位。
综上所述,本发明的液晶显示装置,其导光板定位块包括具有弹性的定位块本体、及密封于定位块本体内的液体,在低温环境下,所述液体凝结膨胀,使所述定位块本体的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板遇冷收缩的尺寸;在高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体的弹性吸收所述导光板因受热而膨胀的尺寸,从而实现导光板定位块能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位,使得液晶显示装置的可靠性高,画面品味稳定。本发明的一种液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,先将液体注入定位块本体内部,再涂布、固化密封胶将液体密封于定位块本体内部,由该方法制得的导光板定位块,能够随环境温度变化进行调整,对导光板进行有效定位。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括背光模组(20)、设于背光模组(20)上的胶框(5)、设于胶框(5)上的液晶面板(6)、及设于液晶面板(6)上的前框(7);
所述背光模组(20)包括背板(1)、设于背板(1)内的LED灯条(2)、设于背板(1)内的导光板(3)、设于导光板(3)上的光学膜片组(4)、及用于定位导光板(3)的定位柱(8)与导光板定位块(9);
所述导光板定位块(9)包括定位块本体(91)、及密封于定位块本体(91)内的液体(93),所述定位块本体(91)具有弹性;
低温环境下,所述液体(93)凝结膨胀,使所述定位块本体(91)的尺寸增大,补偿所述导光板(3)遇冷收缩的尺寸;高温环境下,通过所述定位块本体(91)的弹性吸收所述导光板(3)因受热而膨胀的尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背板(1)包括底板(11)及垂直连接于底板(11)的侧板(12),所述LED灯条(2)设于侧板(12)上;所述导光板(3)包括入光侧(31)与远离入光侧(31)的非入光侧(33),所述LED灯条(2)的发光面与所述导光板(3)的入光侧(31)相对;
所述定位柱(8)设于所述导光板(3)的入光侧(31)附近,用于保持导光板(3)与LED灯条(2)之间的耦光距离;所述导光板定位块(9)于所述底板(11)上设于所述侧板(12)与导光板非入光侧(33)之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述定位柱(8)的数量为两个,该两个定位柱(8)分别于导光板(3)的入光侧(31)附近相对设置;所述导光板定位块(9)的数量为两个,该两个导光板定位块(9)分别于导光板非入光侧(33)的边角处相对设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述定位块本体(91)包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽(912)、与所述密封槽(912)相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体(91)内部的通道(913)、及与所述通道(913)相连通位于所述定位块本体(91)内部的容置腔(914);所述液体(93)填充于所述容置腔(914)与通道(913)内,所述密封槽(912)用于密封液体(93)。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述密封槽(912)内填充有密封胶(915),通过所述密封胶(915)密封液体(93)。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液体(93)为蒸馏水。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述定位块本体(91)的材料为橡胶。
8.一种液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、提供定位块本体(91);
所述定位块本体(91)具有弹性,包括凹陷于其上表面的密封槽(912)、与所述密封槽(912)相连通并延伸至所述定位块本体(91)内部的通道(913)、及与所述通道(913)相连通位于所述定位块本体(91)内部的容置腔(914);
步骤2、提供液体(93),将所述液体(93)注入所述通道(913)与容置腔(914);
步骤3、在所述密封槽(912)内涂布密封胶(915);
步骤4、抚平所述密封胶(915),使其固化,从而通过所述密封胶(915)将液体(93)密封于定位块本体(91)内,完成导光板定位块(9)的制作。
9.如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,其特征在于,所述液体(93)为蒸馏水。
10.如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置的导光板定位块的制作方法,其特征在于,所述定位块本体(91)的材料为橡胶。
