Abstract
本发明公开了一种导光板,包括两侧的入光面、上表面的出光面和下表面设有散射网点的散射面,所述散射面朝所述出光面方向凹陷。本发明还提供了一种显示模组,包括显示面板及背光单元,所述背光单元包括上述的导光板及设于所述导光板两侧的LED组件。通过使用双侧入光结构,同时底部的散射面朝出光面方向凹陷,很好地提高了导光板背光均匀性,有利于提高背光效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及背光显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种导光板及显示模组。
背景技术
随着消费电子产品技术的发展,显示设备的背光均匀性的提升对于提高产品竞争力具有重要意义。现有的导光板通常被设计为矩形的板状结构,同时在导光板底部设计有利于散光的网点,以实现光线的反射。但此种方式对于提升导光均匀性的效果并不显著,难以实现很大的突破。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种背光均匀性好的导光板及显示模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种导光板,包括两侧的入光面、上表面的出光面和下表面设有散射网点的散射面,所述散射面朝所述出光面方向凹陷。
其中,所述散射面由自两侧的所述入光面下端朝所述出光面倾斜的斜面组成。
其中,两个所述斜面相交于所述散射面的中部。
或者,所述散射面为弧面。
其中,所述散射面涂覆有反射材料。
同时,本发明还提供了一种显示模组,包括显示面板及背光单元,所述背光单元包括上述的导光板及设于所述导光板两侧的LED组件。
其中,所述背光单元包括依次设于所述散射面下的反射层和背板。
或者,所述反射层为所述散射面涂覆的反射材料。
其中,所述反射层为反射片,紧贴所述散射面。
其中,所述背板中部凸起并紧贴所述反射层下表面。
本发明的导光板使用双侧入光结构,同时底部的散射面朝出光面方向凹陷,很好地提高了导光板背光均匀性,有利于提高背光效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1~2,本实施例的导光板10包括两侧的入光面10a、上表面的出光面10b和下表面设有散射网点的散射面10c,散射面10c朝出光面10b的方向凹陷。
由于散射面10c朝出光面10b的方向凹陷,两侧的入光面10a射入的光线经过很短的光路即可射入到散射面10c,然后经过散射面10c朝四周发散,最终射出出光面10b的光线更加均匀。
具体地,散射面10c为弧面(如图1所示)。或者,散射面10c由自两侧的入光面10a下端朝出光面10b倾斜的斜面S组成(如图2所示),本实施例优选两个斜面S相交于散射面10c的中部。
如图3所示,本发明实施例采取导光板双侧入光的入光方式,显示模组包括显示面板20及背光单元100,背光单元100包括导光板10、设于导光板10两侧的LED组件60,以及依次设于散射面10c下的反射层40和金属的背板50。反射层40紧贴于背板50的上表面,用于反射穿透导光板10照射至反射层40的光线,提高光线利用率。
进一步地,背光单元100还可以包括用于保护LED组件60和导光板10的胶框70,显示面板20通过粘贴层90粘贴于背光单元100上表面。
实施例2
如图4所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的散射面10c涂覆有反射材料,该反射材料层10s即为背光单元100的反射层40,用以反射从两侧的LED组件60射入到散射面10c的光线。
实施例3
如图5所示,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的反射层40为单独设置的一层反射片,该反射片紧贴于散射面10c。
实施例4
如图6所示,在实施例1~3的基础上,本实施例的背板50中部凸起并紧贴反射层40下表面,可以用于对凹陷的散射面10c起到支撑的作用,相比上述实施例,显示模组的结构更紧凑,强度更高。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种导光板,其特征在于,包括两侧的入光面(10a)、上表面的出光面(10b)和下表面设有散射网点的散射面(10c),所述散射面(10c)朝所述出光面(10b)方向凹陷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述散射面(10c)由自两侧的所述入光面(10a)下端朝所述出光面(10b)倾斜的斜面(S)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导光板,其特征在于,两个所述斜面(S)相交于所述散射面(10c)的中部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述散射面(10c)为弧面。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的导光板,其特征在于,所述散射面(10c)涂覆有反射材料。
6.一种显示模组,其特征在于,包括显示面板(20)及背光单元(100),所述背光单元(100)包括权利要求1-4任一所述的导光板(10)及设于所述导光板(10)两侧的LED组件(60)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述背光单元(100)包括依次设于所述散射面(10c)下的反射层(40)和背板(50)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述反射层(40)为所述散射面(10c)涂覆的反射材料。
9.根据权利要求7所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述反射层(40)为反射片,紧贴所述散射面(10c)。
10.根据权利要求7-9任一所述的显示模组,其特征在于,所述背板(50)中部凸起并紧贴所述反射层(40)下表面。
