Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于壳体的、特别是用于机动车内燃机的节流阀套管的加热/冷却装置,其具有布置在壳体中的、用于通流加热或冷却介质的通道、具有与通道连接的管、具有布置在管上的、用于使引导介质的软管连接到通道处的连接套管。
背景技术
加热/冷却装置经常用于机动车的应当热控制的部件、如节流阀套管的传感器壳体中,并且其由实践中已公知。应当热控制的壳体大部分由轻金属制成。加热/冷却介质的用于流入/流出的两根管大部分由黄铜制成并且压入到壳体中。应连接到通道处的软管借助软管箍连接到该管处。
已知的加热/冷却装置的缺点是,软管的接口具有很大的重量并且生产成本极高。
发明内容
本发明基于以下问题,即改进前述类型的加热/冷却装置,使其制造成本特别的低廉。
根据本发明,该问题由此来解决,管由塑料制成并且能拆卸地固定在壳体中,并且在壳体和管之间布置密封元件。
通过这种设计,管能够成本特别低廉地以注塑法由塑料制成。此外,管还具有很小的重量。这种设计的其他优势在于,引导介质的软管的几乎任意的接口几何形状都能喷射注塑在管上。因为管能拆卸地固定在壳体中,由本发明,管能够制造成具有不同接口几何形状的并且能够与不同的壳体相组合。此外,这还有助于减少应储备的零件种类。
根据本发明的其他有利改进方案,当连接套管设计为快速联接装置的公部件时,在壳体上安装和拆卸软管呈现为特别简单的。优选地,快速联接装置的公部件具有用于针对母部件来密封的支承缘和用于与快速联接装置的母部件卡紧的止动空隙。所谓的VDA水接口特别适合作为快速联接装置。
密封元件例如能够设计为轴向密封环。但是在这种轴向密封环的情况下,在管上的颠覆载荷能够导致不密封性。根据本发明的其他有利改进方案,当密封元件设计用于相对于壳体径向密封的密封管时,该管特别可靠地相对于壳体地被密封。
根据本发明的其他有利改进方案,当管具有用于容纳设计为径向密封件的密封元件的凹槽时,有助于继续简化密封元件的安装。
根据本发明的其他有利改进方案,当管具有带小直径的截面的凸缘,并且该小直径截面支撑了径向密封的密封元件并被引导通过直至管的自由端时,能够以能特别简单地脱模的工具来制造管。通过这种设计能够避免例如对于制造凹槽不可避免的脱模率。优选的,壳体具有形状互补的凸缘。
根据本发明的其他有利的改进方案,当管具有法兰并且管的法兰轴向地相对于壳体的法兰预加应力时,作用在管上的力能够可靠地远离了密封元件。如此有助于提高管在壳体上的连接的密封可靠性。
管例如能够具有螺纹并旋转到壳体中。但是这样能导致,在旋转方向上加载时管的脱落。根据本发明的其他有利改进方案,当至少一个固定螺栓为了支撑管平行于管地布置在壳体上时,管是可靠地与壳体相连的。
根据本发明的有利改进方案,当通道壳体中引导向两个构造相同的、用于各一个管的容纳部时,壳体的流入和流出接口呈现为特别简易的。通过这种设计,加热/冷却装置能够由特别少量的相同零件组装而成。

图1示出了机动车内燃机的节流阀套管的壳体1。壳体1设计为普遍已知的节流阀的未详细示出的驱动装置的传感器壳体,并且具有带通道3的加热/冷却装置2。通道3置于两个接口4,5之间并且用于通流加热或冷却介质以加热或冷却壳体1。对于每根管8,9,壳体1具有容纳部6,7。在管中的一根管9上,借助快速联接装置11例如连接了引导介质的软管10。

Claims (8)

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热/冷却装置,其特征在于,所述密封元件(12,112)设计用于相对于所述壳体(1,101)径向密封地密封所述管(9,109)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热/冷却装置,其特征在于,所述管(9)具有用于容纳设计为径向密封件的所述密封元件(12)的凹槽(13)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的加热/冷却装置,其特征在于,所述管(109)具有带有小直径的截面(122)的凸缘(121),并且小直径的所述截面(122)支撑径向密封的所述密封元件(112)并且被引导通过直至所述管(109)的自由端。

7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的加热/冷却装置,其特征在于,至少一个固定螺栓(19)为了支撑所述管(9,109)平行于所述管(9,109)地布置在所述壳体(1,101)上。
