Abstract

本发明是一种新型的长效微粒香乳及其工艺方法。这种香乳采用无毒高分子化合物膜包裹香精油形成直径为0.05-50微粒的小球分散在香乳内。香精球的球膜有多孔性,使香乳长效稳定地释香。球膜的表面张力小,表面积大,对纸张和织物的附着性能强。香乳的生产工艺中摒除了使用乙醇,使香乳的香味纯正。用本方法制成的香乳,根据不同用途其释香时间长达100天。

Description

本发明属日用化工制品,用于各种纸张、织物的上香剂,空气的芳香剂。
目前市售的上香剂和空气芳香剂多使用大量乙醇。因为香精油都不溶解于水,加入乙醇作为芳香剂中的助溶剂。但乙醇有刺鼻的酒精味,乙醇中的杂醇更具有其他杂味,这样往往使芳香剂的香味品位下降。芳香剂中含有多量乙醇后对皮肤也有刺激性,限制了芳香剂的使用范围。由于芳香剂中香精油的含量甚低,为了拖长释香时间,传统的方法是在芳香剂中加入一些载体液体如聚乙烯醇,蓖麻油、甘油等,但效果不佳,其释香太快,释香时间太短,香味也不均一,一般开始使用时香味浓些,稍后香味迅减。
近来有人提出在花露水,香水的配方中加入表面活性剂-聚氧乙烯醚类化合物,使香精油溶解于表面活性剂在乙醇的水溶液中分散成小于0.05微粒的小颗粒,以达到减少乙醇用量的目的。但仍要使用乙醇,释香太快的问题没有触及。
本发明的目的是为了增加上香剂和空气芳香剂的释香时间,并完全摒除对乙醇的使用,以便提高上香剂和空气芳香剂的品位,降低生产成本。
本发明采用了与传统工艺完全不同的制造过程和原材料。它的基本原理是在有少量表面活性剂存在的条件下,经过高速搅拌,可使互不相溶的水与香料油,被一层可塑性的固体高分子膜隔开。这种高分子膜的形状呈球形。在它的内部是香料油,外部是表面活性剂和水。对这种新颖结构的悬浊液形态,发明人称之谓微粒香乳。该微粒的表面张力很低,约为19-40达因/厘米,因此附着性极好。高分子膜的表面有较多的分子间隙,允许被包裹的香精以分子状态透过。又由于这种间隙是固定不变的,因此可以使香精分子稳定缓慢地释放。这种微粒直径为0.05-50(微米),具有极大的表面积,因此释香的浓度又是大的。将这种乳剂喷撒或涂于织物之上,房间的装饰品之上诸如:贴墙纸、绢花、假花、干花、无纺布服装内衬等等。可使之长期保持香味,根据不同的目的配制的乳剂其保香时间可由5-100天。
香乳的制作方法:将水溶解0.05-5%的无不良气味的阳离子、阴离子或非离子型的表面活性剂得溶液Ⅰ;将非水溶性的表面张力为19-40达因/厘米无毒的0.5-20%的高分子化合物和不溶于水的香精配成液体Ⅱ;以大于100转/分的转速搅拌溶液Ⅰ1-120分钟,再将溶液Ⅱ徐徐加入。继续搅拌1-20小时最后将该混合乳液静置或离心分离出水与表面活性剂,得到微粒香乳。

Claims (4)

1、一种长效微粒香乳,其特征是由香精油、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、聚氧化乙烯等表面活性剂、表面张力为19—40达因/厘米的无毒高分子化合物和水搅拌混合形成香乳。
2、如权利要求1所述的长效微粒香乳,其特征是在离心分离前表面活性剂的含量的重量百分比在0.05-5%之间,无毒高分子化合物的含量的重量百分比在0.5-20%之间,
3、如权利要求1所述的长效微粒香乳,其特征是香乳中由高分子包裹香精油形成的膜微粒呈园球状,其直径在0.05-50微米之间。
4、一种用于制造权利要求1所述的长效微粒型香乳的工艺方法,其特征是将表面活性剂配成水溶液Ⅰ,将香精油、成膜高分子化合物和水配成液体Ⅱ,以大于100转/分的转速搅拌溶液Ⅰ,在搅拌过程中将液体Ⅱ徐徐加入溶液Ⅰ,继续搅拌Ⅰ和Ⅱ1-20小时,将该混合乳液静置或分离出水与表面活性剂以形成长效微粒香乳。
