本发明涉及一种废水处理剂,具体涉及电镀废水综合处理剂。
背景技术
电镀废水是电镀生产过程中所排出的各种废水。电镀废水主要来源有:(1)镀件清洗废水;(2)电镀废液;(3)其他废水(包括冲刷车间、刷洗地板以及通风设备冷凝水和由于镀槽渗漏或操作管理不当造成跑、冒、滴、漏的各种槽液和排水);(4)冷却设备水。其废水成分复杂,水质变化较大,酸碱度不稳定,含有铬、铜、镍、镉、锌等重金属离子和氰化物硫化物,各种螯合物及络合物,固体悬浮物,有机需氧物质,有色、泡沫、油类等污染物,并且具有毒性。国家环保部要求电镀行业需按照GB21900—2008《电镀污染物排放标准》排放,使用常规的处理方法处理成分复杂的电镀废水,难以分流彻底,难以处理达标,生化困难,或需要通过设施改造或多级处理等,这样药物投加量大,工艺重复产生污泥也多、成本高,也难以保证污水的达标排放。
2014年6月公开了一种“综合电镀废水处理剂”(公开号CN103991916),其特征是综合电镀废水处理剂由下述质量百分含量的组分组成:还原剂10~35%、硫化物20~50%、铝盐10~30%、吸附材料10~30%、碱性物质5~15%。其对络合物,螯合物缺乏针对作用,并对氰化物的作用不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对电镀废水处理能力强,成本低的电镀综合废水处理剂,能对废水中重金属螯合物,氰化物,COD,有色物质,富营养现象进行去除,作用方便高效,成本低廉。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:精选氧化钙50~70%、活性氧化铝5~10%、过硫酸盐10~20%、氧化剂5~15%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯2~10%、活性硅藻土5~15%、碱性催化剂1~3%。
优选地,所述电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:氧化钙51%、活性氧化铝9%;过流酸钾18%、氧化剂13%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯2%、活性硅藻土5%、碱性催化剂2%。
优选地,所述电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:氧化钙58%、活性氧化铝5%、过硫酸钾10%、氧化剂6%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯8%、活性硅藻土12%、碱性催化剂1%。

本发明的有益效果:本发明原料组分不仅发挥出了各自的优势作用,而且通过进行相互的协同作用,能有效去除镍、铬、铜、锌等重金属,能作用于氰化物,也能去除COD,同时其他悬浮的无机物以及有色物质都能被吸附沉淀。本发明处理方法简单,程序简捷,成本低廉易得,极大的降低处理综合电镀废水的成本。

实施例1
一种电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:精选级氧化钙51%、活性氧化铝9%、过流酸钾18%、高锰酸钾13%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯2%、精选级活性硅藻土5%、碱性催化剂Li+/SiO22%。
取电镀废水处理站废水1L于烧杯中,该电镀综合废水的原水指标分别为pH 5.3,COD 1650mg/L,Cr6+ 3.68mg/L,Ni2+ 87.5mg/L,Cu2+ 32.22mg/L,CN 19.15mg/L,Zn2+ 212mg/L,Z-P 50.04mg/L,NH3-N 47.92mg/L,加入3g该电镀废水处理剂,反应40分钟,处理剂作用过后,废水中上液澄清完全,测得上液各项指标结果分别为:pH 8.7,COD 78.4mg/L,Cr6+ 0.004mg/L,Ni2+ 0.23mg/L,Cu2+ 0.05mg/L,CN 0.012mg/L,Zn2+ 0.05mg/L,Z-P 0.17mg/L,NH3-N 1.3.7mg/L。
本发明组分中,碱性物质可调节pH值,提供废水处理的碱性条件,并且可以沉淀Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+等离子。活性氧化铝可用作絮凝吸附固体悬浮物,过硫酸盐具有助凝性质,在碱性条件下可将一些重金属离子如Ni2+转化成氧化物沉淀。氧化剂高锰酸钾可将亚硝酸盐、氰化物等无机物氧化,对废水中的COD、铬、硫等有良好的去除作用,能清除电镀废液中的富里酸、悬浮物等富营养现象。不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯是废水中Cu2+和Zn2+良好的吸附剂。精选硅藻土用来去除废液中的有色物质。碱性催化剂使上述其他组分对废水作用达到最佳协同效果。
实施例2
一种电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:由精选级氧化钙58%、活性氧化铝5%,过硫酸钾10%、高铁酸钾6%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯8%、精选级活性硅藻土12%、K+/SiO21%。
取综合电镀废水1L于烧杯中,该综合电镀废水的原水指标分别为:pH5.3,COD 1730mg/L,Cr6+ 4.63mg/L,Ni2+ 60mg/L,Cu2+ 36.7mg/L,CN 16mg/L,Zn2+ 242mg/L,Z-P 53.9mg/L,NH3-N 42mg/L,加入3g该电镀废水处理剂,反应40分钟,处理剂作用过后,废水中上液澄清完全,测得上液各项指标结果分别为:pH8.2,COD 44.3mg/L,Cr6+ 0.004mg/L,Ni2+ 0.14mg/L,Cu2+ 0.07mg/L,CN 0.004mg/L,Zn2+ 0.023mg/L,Z-P 0.183mg/L,NH3-N 1.13mg/L。
实施例3
一种电镀废水综合处理剂,按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:精选级氧化钙70%、活性氧化铝5%、过硫酸钠10%、高铁酸钾5%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯2%、精选级活性硅藻土5%、K+/SiO23%。
取综合电镀废水1L于烧杯中,该综合电镀废水的原水指标分别为:pH4.9,COD 1902mg/L,Cr6+ 4.2mg/L,Ni2+ 79mg/L,Cu2+ 38.4mg/L,CN 25mg/L,Zn2+ 189mg/L,Z-P 47.46mg/L,NH3-N 39.51mg/L,加入3g该电镀废水处理剂,反应40分钟,处理剂作用过后,废水中上液澄清完全,测得上液各项指标结果分别为:pH7.8,COD 78.4mg/L,Cr6+ 0.004mg/L,Ni2+ 0.23mg/L,Cu2+ 0.05mg/L,CN 0.012mg/L,Zn2+ 0.05mg/L,Z-P 0.17mg/L,NH3-N 13.7mg/L。

3.根据权利要求1所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:氧化钙58%、活性氧化铝5%、过硫酸钾10%、氧化剂6%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯8%、活性硅藻土12%、碱性催化剂1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:按质量百分数计,由以下组分组成:氧化钙70%、活性氧化铝5%、过硫酸钠10%、氧化剂5%、不溶性淀粉黄原酸酯2%、活性硅藻土5%、碱性催化剂3%。
5.据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:所述钙为精选级氧化钙。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:所述活性硅藻土为精选级选活性硅藻土。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:所述的过硫酸盐为过硫酸钠或过硫酸钾。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:所述的碱性催化剂为K+/SiO2或Li+/SiO2。
9.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的电镀废水综合处理剂,其特征在于:所述的氧化剂为高铁酸钾或高锰酸钾。
