具体实施方式
图1A和1B说明用于混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的模块10,模块10包括:具有旋转输出12的发动机;扭转阻尼器14,其固定至发动机输出12;输入轴16,其通过花键18固定至阻尼器14的输出20;分离式离合器22,其支承在通过花键26固定至输入轴16的离合器毂24上;电机28,其包括用螺栓安装至前部隔板32的定子30和通过第一腿状部36和第二腿状部38支承围绕轴线39的旋转的转子34;转子毂40,其优选地通过焊接点固定至腿状部38;以及挠性板42,挠性板42在一端通过花键连接44或通过螺栓110固定至转子毂40并且在相对端通过螺栓46固定至扭矩转换器外壳48,扭矩转换器外壳48封闭液力扭矩转换器49。电机28可以是电动机或电动发电机。
适合于在动力传动系统中使用的扭矩转换器在参考2011年12月14日提交的美国专利申请号13/325,101的图4a、4b、5、12和15中公开和描述,该美国专利申请文件的全部公开通过引用合并于此。
扭矩转换器49包括:位于外壳48里面并且固定至外壳48的叶片叶轮;叶片涡轮,其通过叶轮液压动力地驱动并且通过花键50固定至自动变速器54的输入轴52;以及叶片定子轮,其位于涡轮和定子之间并且固定至定子轴56,叶片定子轮保持在变速器外壳58上不旋转。
通过螺栓62固定至变速器外壳58的后部隔板60,用液压密封件64安装在它的径向内表面上,液压密封件64接触转子毂40的径向外表面。
通过螺栓68固定至发动机的旋转输出12的飞轮66,承载发动机启动齿轮70,启动齿轮70通过焊接至启动齿轮和飞轮的圆盘72固定。
轴承74支承第一腿状部36在前部隔板32上的旋转。轴承76支承第二腿状部38在转子毂40上的旋转。与轴线39对准并且支承转子34围绕轴线的旋转的管78,固定至第一腿状部36和第二腿状部38。分别在管78的前端和后端的唇状部80、82可以径向向外地卷以将转子34固定至管78并且阻止转子34相对于管的轴向位移。管78的内表面由轴花键81形成,轴花键81接合腿状部36、38和分离式离合器22的间隔板83。离合器22的摩擦板84通过形成在离合器毂24的径向外表面上的轴花键固定。
用于驱动离合器22的液压伺服包括活塞86、平衡坝状部88、回位弹簧90以及用于将驱动压力传递至在活塞86的右边的压力控制体(pressurecontrol volume)92并传递至在活塞的左边的压力平衡体94的液压管路。当驱动压力且液压液体供应至体92时,活塞86通过使用密封件151和152在由后部腿状部38形成的圆柱体中向左移动,因此引起离合器22接合转子34和发动机输出12并且通过阻尼器14、输入轴16、离合器毂24以及离合器22可驱动地连接转子34和发动机输出12。
由于活塞86、平衡坝状部88和回位弹簧90支承在转子毂40上,活塞86、平衡坝状部88和回位弹簧90的转动惯量位于输出侧即离合器22的转子侧。
转子34通过扭矩路径不断可驱动地连接至变速器输入轴52,扭矩路径包括后部腿状部38、转子毂40、挠性板42、扭矩转换器外壳48、扭矩转换器叶轮和涡轮之间的液力驱动连接,液力驱动连接通过花键50连接至变速器输入轴52。
用于测量旋转的角度的旋转电力变压器的高度精确类型——分解器100,通过螺栓102固定至前部隔板32、支承在前部隔板32和第一腿状部上,并且轴向地位于前部隔板32和后部隔板60之间。
花键44的齿——其在挠性板42和转子毂40之间产生旋转驱动连接——安装在一起,使得当扭矩在挠性板和转子毂之间传递时不产生空隙。挠性板42由具有在腹板(web)108上终止的螺纹孔106的厚壁部分104形成。通过接合转子毂40的右端中的螺纹孔的螺栓110,挠性板42上的外部花键齿被促使与转子毂40上的内部花键齿轴向地接合。一俟移除螺栓110并且将较大的螺栓穿入孔106中,在花键连接44上的接合的花键齿脱离,使得螺栓接触腹板,因此促使挠性板轴向向右。
转子毂40由多个轴向定向的液压通道120和横向定向的通道122、124、126、128、129形成,通道从变速器54的液压系统输送液压液体和压力至模块10。通道122、124、126、128、129输送包括:至位于活塞86的右边的离合器22的伺服的控制体92,至在平衡坝状部88和活塞之间的压力平衡体94,至变力电磁阀(VFS)130,以及至转子34和定子30的表面——该表面通过液体冷却——的液压液体和压力。后部隔板60由通道128形成,通道128与VFS130液压地连通。
后部隔板60支承液箱132,液箱132包含从变速器54的液压系统供应至模块10的液体。变速器54包括液箱136,液箱136包含通过变速器泵134供应至变速器液压系统的液压液体,液体和控制压力从变速器液压系统供应至模块10、扭矩转换器49、变速器离合器和制动器、轴承、轴、齿轮等。
安装在前部隔板32中的轴承140和安装在转子毂40中的轴承142,支承输入轴16围绕轴线39的旋转。前部隔板32还支承相对于转子34在它的适当的轴向和径向位置中的定子30。安装在后部隔板60和转子毂40之间的轴承76和轴承142支承转子毂40围绕轴线39的旋转。前部和后部隔板32、60由于安装在隔板32中的轴承74和安装在隔板60中的轴承76,共同支承转子34围绕轴线39的旋转。
安装在后部隔板60中的密封件64和安装在前部隔板32中的密封件141,阻止位于隔板32、60之间的来自模块10的液体的通道。另一动态密封件144阻止在发动机曲轴146和模块10之间的污染物的通道。
模块10的组件安装并且装配在模块中。装配的模块然后可以安装在发动机输出12和扭矩转换器外壳48之间并连接至发动机输出12和扭矩转换器外壳48。
在操作中,当发动机输出12由发动机驱动时,扭矩从发动机通过转子毂40和挠性板42传递至扭矩转换器外壳48,条件是离合器22接合。转子34电机28通过管78、腿状部38、转子毂40和挠性板42不断可驱动地连接至扭矩转换器外壳48。因此,扭矩转换器外壳48可以单独由发动机驱动,条件是电机28关闭并且离合器22接合;扭矩转换器外壳48可以单独由电机驱动,条件是发动机关闭或发动机在操作中并且离合器脱离;并且,扭矩转换器外壳48可以由发动机和电机两者同时驱动。
在图2中,输入轴160通过飞轮66、挠性板162和花键18可驱动地连接至发动机输出12。穿过前端模块的正面安装的螺栓164,穿过输入轴160中的孔并且穿过转子毂40的腹板108插入。螺栓164旋进形成在耦合器轴166的正面上的螺纹孔中,因此提供转子毂40和耦合器轴166之间的轴向力的连续性。为了旋转,耦合器轴166通过花键连接167与转子毂40连接,花键连接167包括彼此接合的形成在转子毂40的内部径向表面上的轴花键齿和形成在耦合器轴166的外部径向表面上的轴花键齿。
挠性板168优选地通过焊接点170固定至扭矩转换器外壳48并且通过一系列铆钉172固定至耦合器轴166的凸缘174,因此将转子毂40固定至扭矩转换器外壳48。螺栓164将扭矩转换器49固定至前端模块10并且承载扭矩转换器49和模块10之间的轴向载荷。
在图3中,输入轴180通过飞轮66、挠性板162和花键18可驱动地连接至发动机输出12。挠性板168优选地通过焊接点170固定至扭矩转换器外壳48并且通过一系列铆钉172固定至耦合器轴182的凸缘174,因此将转子毂40固定至扭矩转换器外壳48。
为了旋转,耦合器轴182通过花键连接184连接至转子毂40,花键连接184包括彼此接合的形成在转子毂40的内部径向表面上的轴花键齿和形成在耦合器轴182的外部径向表面上的轴花键齿。
转子毂40由位于转子毂中的孔的径向内表面上的环形凹部形成。同样地,耦合器轴182由位于径向外表面上并且与转子毂40的凹部轴向地对准的环形凹部形成。C-夹子186共同接合转子毂40的凹部和耦合器轴182,因此将扭矩转换器49固定至前端模块10并且承载扭矩转换器49和模块10之间的载荷。
图4表明深冲挠性板(deep drawn flex plate)200,挠性板200从铆钉172径向向外并且轴向向后地延伸,挠性板200通过铆钉172固定至耦合器轴182。挠性板200的相对端通过一系列围绕轴线39隔开的螺栓202固定并且与形成在安装块206的孔中的内螺纹204接合,安装块206固定至扭矩转换器外壳48的外表面。
优选地,挠性板200围绕扭矩转换器49的前部延伸至扭矩转换器的后部在螺栓202和安装块206位于的地方。优选地,螺栓202在安装块206中径向地安装而没有增加后部隔板60和变速器54的前部表面之间的轴向尺寸。
可选地,挠性板200可以由在它的水平或径向长度部分中的孔形成。挠性板200的水平长度部分可以包含一系列从它的径向长度部分延伸的成角度地隔开的水平腿状部。
按照专利法规的规定,已经描述了优选的实施例。然而,应该注意的是,可选的实施例可以以不同于具体说明和描述的其它方式实践。

Claims (10)

1.一种总成,其特征在于,包含:
与轴线同心并且包括外壳的扭矩转换器;
为了围绕轴线的旋转而可驱动地连接至电机的转子毂;
连接至转子毂的耦合器;
固定至耦合器和背对着耦合器的外壳的表面的挠性板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,耦合器位于扭矩转换器的前面并且外壳的表面位于扭矩转换器的后面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,挠性板从耦合器径向向外并且轴向向后地延伸至外壳的表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,进一步地包含:
固定至外壳表面的安装块,安装块包括用螺纹形成的孔;
与挠性板和螺纹接合的螺栓。
5.根据权利要求4所述的总成,其特征在于,螺纹和螺栓朝向轴线径向地定向。
6.根据权利要求1所述的总成,其特征在于,耦合器进一步地包含凸缘和用于将挠性板固定至凸缘的紧固件。
7.一种总成,其特征在于,包含:
与轴线同心并且包括外壳的扭矩转换器;
为了围绕轴线的旋转而可驱动地连接至电机并且通过分离式离合器有选择地连接至发动机的转子毂;
连接至转子毂的耦合器;
固定至耦合器和背对着耦合器的外壳的表面的挠性板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的总成,其特征在于,耦合器位于扭矩转换器的前面并且外壳的表面位于扭矩转换器的后面。
9.根据权利要求7所述的总成,其特征在于,挠性板从耦合器径向向外并且轴向向后地延伸至外壳的表面。
10.根据权利要求7所述的总成,其特征在于,进一步地包含:
安装块,每个安装块固定至外壳的表面,以及孔,每个孔由螺纹形成;
螺栓,每个螺栓与挠性板接合并且与螺纹中的一个接合。
