本发明总体涉及一种混合动力模块,并且更具体而言涉及一种具有离合器平衡腔的混合动力模块。
背景技术
混合动力模块是已知的。在共同转让给Lindemann等的标题为HYBRID DRIVEMODULE HAVING A ROTOR SECURED TO A HUB VIA STAKING(具有经由铆接紧固到毂的转子的混合动力驱动模块)的2016/0105060号美国公开申请中示出了一个示例,其通过引用并入本文,如同在本文中进行充分阐述。
发明内容

扭矩转换器壳体116驱动地接合到转子。背板118固定到扭矩转换器壳体。活塞120密封到扭矩转换器壳体和背板。例如,活塞120可以通过片簧121与壳体驱动地接合。该活塞形成流体腔122和流体腔124的至少一部分。毂126固定到壳体116并且包括布置为与流动通道114及流体腔124流体连通的流动通道128。尽管示出的流动通道128布置为与流体腔124流体连通,但是其他实施例(未示出)可以具有布置为与流体腔122流体连通的流动通道128。
流体腔122为活塞120提供平衡。即,在壳体116通过转子108或内燃机(未示出)转动期间,腔122和124中的动压得到均衡,使得活塞120更容易通过腔124中的压力变化来控制。换句话说,腔122和124减小或消除了活塞120上的动态油压效应。通过用于将活塞密封到壳体和将背板密封到活塞的密封件的基本相同的径向位置,进一步改善了这种效应。
模块100包括用于将毂密封到轴的密封件130和132。流体腔122至少部分地由扭矩转换器壳体形成,并且流体腔124至少部分地由背板形成。毂126包括布置为与流体腔122流体连通的流动通道134。经由通道134接收在腔122中的油确保上述活塞平衡。扭矩转换器壳体116、背板118和/或活塞120可以包括轴向孔或故意的密封泄漏,以排出捕获的空气并且确保腔122和/或腔124的完全填充。毂126可以包括与流动通道134流体连通的流动通道136,用于向电动机提供冷却流。

壳体316例如通过密封件326密封到轴312。流体腔322至少部分地由扭矩转换器壳体形成,并且流体腔324至少部分地由背板形成。流动通道314布置为与流体腔322流体连通。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力模块,其包括:
电机壳体,其包括第一流动通道;
电动机,其包括转子和定子;
轴,其与所述转子驱动地接合,并且包括布置为与所述第一流动通道流体连通的第二流动通道;
扭矩转换器壳体,其与所述转子不可转动地驱动地接合;
背板,其固定到所述扭矩转换器壳体;
活塞,其密封到所述扭矩转换器壳体和所述背板,并且形成第一流体腔和第二流体腔的至少一部分;和
毂,其包括第三流动通道,所述第三流动通道布置为与所述第二流动通道以及所述第一流体腔或所述第二流体腔中的一者流体连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中所述轴和所述毂由单件材料一体地形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述第一流体腔至少部分地由所述扭矩转换器壳体形成,并且所述第二流体腔至少部分地由所述背板形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述毂包括布置为与所述第二流体腔流体连通的第四流动通道。
5.一种混合动力模块,包括:
电机壳体,其包括第一流动通道;
电动机,其包括转子和定子;
轴,其与所述转子驱动地接合,并且包括布置为与所述第一流动通道流体连通的第二流动通道;
扭矩转换器壳体,其与所述转子不可转动地驱动地接合;
背板;和
活塞,其密封到所述扭矩转换器壳体、所述背板和所述轴,并且形成第一流体腔和第二流体腔的至少一部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述扭矩转换器壳体密封到所述轴。
7.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块,还包括固定到所述轴的密封板,其中,所述扭矩转换器壳体密封到所述密封板。
8.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述第一流体腔至少部分地由所述扭矩转换器壳体形成,并且所述第二流体腔至少部分地由所述背板形成。
9.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述第二流动通道布置为与所述第一流体腔流体连通。
10.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块,还包括用于冷却所述电动机的第三流动通道,所述第三流动通道布置为与所述第一流体腔流体连通。
