Description

混合动力组件的轴流耦合器
技术领域
本公开涉及一种混合动力组件,其包括模块毂,所述模块毂具有至少一个通道,以使得能够将流体从变速器输入轴传输至混合动力组件的混合动力模块的转换离合器,而无需在混合动力模块的壳体上钻孔或操作。
背景技术
已知将混合动力模块加到用于内燃机的传动系中。混合动力模块包括电动机和控制从内燃机通过混合动力模块的扭矩传递的转换离合器。混合动力模块不包括用于控制输送泵和冷却混合动力模块的车载泵送和流体系统,并且必须连接至用于变速箱的泵送系统。为了提供与变速箱泵送系统的连接,可在用于混合动力模块的壳体上钻孔。
发明内容
根据本文所示的方面,提供了一种混合动力组件,其包括:扭矩变换器;模块轴;混合动力模块;以及模块毂。扭矩变换器包括:盖;叶轮;与叶轮流体连通的涡轮;定子;以及布置成不可相对转动地连接至变速器输入轴的输出毂。模块轴布置成能够接收扭矩并且包括第一模块轴通道。混合动力模块包括:电动机,其包括电动机定子和不可相对转动地连接至盖的转子;转换离合器,其布置成能够控制从模块轴到盖的扭矩传递。模块毂不可相对转动地连接至所述盖,并且包括第一模块毂通道,所述第一模块毂通道:具有连接至扭矩变换器的第一端口;并且布置成能够从变速器输入轴中的第一变速器通道接收第一加压流体。第一模块轴通道布置成能够从变速器输入轴中的第二变速器通道接收第二加压流体,以控制转换离合器的操作。

在图1的示例中,离合器130是常开离合器,并且包括由活塞板142和板192形成的施加腔191。密封件194密封板142和192。流体PF2传输至施加腔191以使活塞板142沿方向AD1移位,以如上所述地闭合离合器130。在不存在流体PF2的情况下,或者当来自PF2的力小于来自弹性元件144的沿方向AD2的力时,元件144使活塞板142沿方向AD2移位以打开离合器130。在图1的示例中,承载件136不可相对转动地连接至驱动板196,所述驱动板196不可相对转动地连接至轴107。
组件100避免了上述在混合动力模块壳体上钻孔以将工作流体传输到混合动力模块的问题。变速器输入轴通常包括多个通道。轴TIS包括至少两个通道:通道CH1和通道CH2。扭矩变换器104仅需要使用通道CH1。毂100、密封件152、154和156以及塞子P提供了一种使用通道CH1将流体PF1供应至扭矩变换器104同时又使得能够使用通道CH2为转换离合器130提供流体PF2的方式。由此,在图1的示例中,实现离合器118和130的独立控制,并且免除了模块106、特别是壳体198的昂贵且费时的更改。

对于转换离合器的分离模式,弹性元件布置成能够使活塞板沿与第一轴向方向相反的第二轴向方向移位,以使得模块轴与盖之间能够相对旋转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力组件,其中:
第一模块毂通道包括布置成连接至第一变速器通道的端口;
模块毂包括:
布置成能够使模块毂在变速器输入轴上密封的第一密封件;以及,
布置成能够使模块毂在变速器输入轴上密封的第二密封件;以及,
第一模块毂通道的端口在轴向上设置在第一密封件与第二密封件之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力组件,其中:
模块毂包括布置成能够使模块毂在变速器输入轴上密封的第一密封件;
第一模块毂通道的至少一部分在轴向上设置在第一密封件与输出毂之间;以及,
在轴向上在第一密封件与输出毂之间未设置第二密封件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力组件,其中:
毂包括与第一模块轴通道流体连通的第二模块毂通道;以及,
第二模块毂通道布置成能够从变速器输入轴中的第二通道接收第二加压流体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力组件,其中,第一模块毂通道和第二模块毂通道沿周向方向偏置90度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力组件,其中:
模块轴包括第二模块轴通道,所述第二模块轴通道:
与混合动力模块流体连通;以及,
布置成能够从变速器输入轴中的第三变速器通道接收第三加压流体;以及,
第二模块轴通道布置成能够从模块轴与变速器输入轴之间的轴向空间接收第三加压流体。
10.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力组件,其中:
模块轴包括第二模块轴通道,所述第二模块轴通道布置成能够从变速器输入轴中的第三变速器通道接收第三加压流体;
转换离合器包括释放腔,所述释放腔至少部分地由活塞板和不可相对转动地连接至模块轴的第一板限界;
弹性元件设置在释放腔中;以及,
第二模块轴通道包括连接至释放腔的第一端口。
