Abstract

本发明公开了一种四层铝箔复合袋及其制备方法,四层铝箔复合袋由从外到内的聚酯膜层、尼龙膜层、铝箔层和聚丙烯树脂层组成,聚酯膜层的厚度为0.06微米,尼龙膜层的厚度为0.06微米,铝箔层的厚度为0.06微米,聚酰胺层的厚度为1.2微米,所述聚丙烯树脂层的厚度为2微米。本发明铝箔膜复合时胶粘剂用量少,铝箔膜复合后质地柔软,隔断、耐热等性能优良,水汽透过率小于1.5g(m2·24h)、氧气透过率小于5cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa),于121℃蒸煮40分钟,袋不变形、不分层、外形无褶皱。

Description

一种四层铝箔复合袋及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于软包装技术领域,涉及一种四层铝箔复合袋,本发明还涉及该四层铝箔复合袋的制备方法。
背景技术
铝箔包装袋由于外层铝箔具有金属光泽,对热和光具有较高的反射能力,因而隔绝性能良好,保护性能强,不透气体和水汽,能有效防止内容物吸潮及气化,不易受细菌和昆虫的侵害;同时铝箔复合包装袋形状稳定性好,其表面光泽印刷时色彩精美明亮。
铝箔包装袋其材料采用聚酯(PET)、铝箔(AL)、尼龙(PA)、流延聚丙烯(CPP)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)等薄膜的一种或几种复合而成。其中,聚酯、尼龙作为外层薄膜,聚偏二氯乙烯、铝箔、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物作为阻隔性薄膜,聚丙烯、高密度聚乙烯作为热封性薄膜。铝箔包装袋常见为三层,典型结构是表层/胶黏剂/铝箔/胶黏剂/热封层(CPP),通常情况下,这种三层结构的铝箔包装袋的隔断性能较差,难以满足一些特殊产品的包装要求,如水汽透过率大于3g(m2·24h)、氧气透过率大于15cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)。另外,铝箔在复合时使用的胶粘剂大多为普通型聚氨酯胶粘剂,由于铝箔质地硬脆,复合时使用的胶粘剂量有限制,当使用这种普通型聚氨酯胶粘剂时,粘结强度大多小于6.5kN/m,粘结力小于30MPa,耐热性能也较差,同样也难以满足一些特殊产品的包装要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高阻隔性、胶粘剂用量少、柔软性好的四层铝箔复合袋。
本发明的另一目的是提供这种四层铝箔复合袋的制备方法,该制备方法无需增加特殊设备,制备成本较低。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种四层铝箔复合袋,由从外到内的聚酯膜层、尼龙膜层、铝箔层和聚丙烯树脂层组成,所述聚酯膜层的厚度为0.06微米,尼龙膜层的厚度为0.06微米,铝箔层的厚度为0.06微米,聚酰胺层的厚度为1.2微米,所述聚丙烯树脂层的厚度为2微米,
所述四层铝箔复合袋按照如下步骤制备而成:
(1)取聚酯膜与尼龙膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0gg/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(2)取铝箔膜与上述(1)所得复会层,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(3)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为0.5~2.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液20~50质量份、氯丁胶乳100~200质量份、氧化锌5~20质量份、环氧树脂0.1~0.5质量份以及酚类防老剂5~10质量份,于100~150℃下固化20~40min制备而成;
(4)置入熟化室,40~60℃熟化72~96小时,得成品。
为进一步确保铝箔膜与聚丙烯树脂膜复合严重密、不起皱,上述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液30质量份、氯丁胶乳150质量份、氧化锌10质量份、环氧树脂0.3质量份以及酚类防老剂6质量份,于100~150℃下固化200~40min制备而成。
上述步骤(1)和步骤(1)的胶粘剂为多异氰酸树脂胶粘剂,如JQ-1胶。
另外,本发明一种四层铝箔复合袋的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取聚酯膜与尼龙膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0gg/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(2)取铝箔膜与上述(1)所得复会层,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(3)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为0.5~2.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液20~50质量份、氯丁胶乳100~200质量份、氧化锌5~20质量份、环氧树脂0.1~0.5质量份以及酚类防老剂5~10质量份,于100~150℃下固化20~40min制备而成;
(4)置入熟化室,40~60℃熟化72~96小时,得成品。
本发明生产工艺简单,在本领域常用的干式复合机上进行复合生产,未增加生产成本,铝箔膜复合时使用专用胶粘剂,不仅用量少降低了成本,而且铝箔膜复合后质地柔软,性能优良,其中水汽透过率小于1.5g(m2·24h)、氧气透过率小于5cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa),粘结强度大于6.5kN/m,粘结力大于30MPa。
铝箔专用胶粘剂中加入环氧树脂进行改性,充分利用环氧分子的刚性耐热结构和分子链上能与异氰酸酯反应的羟基,从而增加大分子之间的缠绕和交联,提高了耐热性能,铝箔复合袋在121℃蒸煮40分钟,袋不变形、不分层、外形无褶皱,可满足大多数食品蒸煮或灭菌的需要。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种四层铝箔复合袋,由从外到内的聚酯膜层、尼龙膜层、铝箔层和聚丙烯树脂层组成,所述聚酯膜层的厚度为0.06微米,尼龙膜层的厚度为0.06微米,铝箔层的厚度为0.06微米,聚酰胺层的厚度为1.2微米,所述聚丙烯树脂层的厚度为2微米,制备方法如下:
(1)取聚酯膜与尼龙膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂为JQ-1胶(由三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯20质量份和氯苯80质量份,于0.3MPa压力、140℃下固化30min),涂胶量为3.0g/m2,烘箱温度为60℃;
(2)取铝箔膜与上述(1)所得复会层,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂与步骤(1)相同,涂胶量为3.0g/m2,烘箱温度为60℃;
(3)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为1.0g/m2,烘箱温度为60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液30质量份、氯丁胶乳150质量份、氧化锌10质量份、环氧树脂0.3质量份以及酚类防老剂6质量份,于120℃下固化30min制备而成;
(4)置入熟化室,60℃熟化72小时,得成品。
实施例2
一种四层铝箔复合袋,制备方法中,步骤(1)(2)(4)与实施例1相同;步骤(3)中:涂胶量为0.5g/m2,其它条件不变。
实施例3
一种四层铝箔复合袋,制备方法中,步骤(1)(2)(4)与实施例1相同;步骤(3)中:涂胶量为2.0g/m2,其它条件不变。
实施例4
一种四层铝箔复合袋,制备方法中,步骤(1)(2)(4)与实施例1相同;
步骤(3)中:
铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液20质量份、氯丁胶乳100质量份、氧化锌5质量份、环氧树脂0.1质量份以及酚类防老剂50质量份,于120℃下固化30min制备而成,其它条件不变。
实施例5
一种四层铝箔复合袋,制备方法中,步骤(1)(2)(4)与实施例1相同;
步骤(3)中:
铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液50质量份、氯丁胶乳200质量份、氧化锌20质量份、环氧树脂0.5质量份以及酚类防老剂10质量份,于120℃下固化30min制备而成,其它条件不变。
对比例1
一种三层铝箔复合袋,与本发明相比较,少了尼龙膜层,制备方法如下:
(1)取聚酯膜与铝箔膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂为JQ-1胶(由三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯20质量份和氯苯80质量份,于0.3MPa压力、140℃下固化30min),涂胶量为3.0g/m2,烘箱温度为60℃;
(2)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为1.0g/m2,烘箱温度为60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液30质量份、氯丁胶乳150质量份、氧化锌10质量份、环氧树脂0.3质量份以及酚类防老剂6质量份,于120℃下固化30min制备而成;
(3)置入熟化室,60℃熟化72小时,得成品。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,不同之处在于:步骤(3)复合进使用的胶粘剂为JQ-1胶。
将实施例1到4,以及对比例1和2制备的铝箔复合袋进行对水和氧气的阻隔性测试,测试结果见下表:
由上表可知,由本发明制备的铝箔复合袋对氧气和水汽均具有较高的隔断性,水汽透过率小于1.5g(m2·24h)、氧气透过率小于5cm3(m2·24h·0.1MPa)。
另外,本发明制备的铝箔复合袋耐热性能良好,于121℃蒸煮40分钟,袋不变形、不分层、外形无褶皱。

Claims (4)

1.一种四层铝箔复合袋,由从外到内的聚酯膜层、尼龙膜层、铝箔层和聚丙烯树脂层组成,其特征在于:所述聚酯膜层的厚度为0.06微米,尼龙膜层的厚度为0.06微米,铝箔层的厚度为0.06微米,聚酰胺层的厚度为1.2微米,所述聚丙烯树脂层的厚度为2微米,
所述四层铝箔复合袋按照如下步骤制备而成:
(1)取聚酯膜与尼龙膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0gg/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(2)取铝箔膜与上述(1)所得复会层,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(3)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为0.5~2.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液20~50质量份、氯丁胶乳100~200质量份、氧化锌5~20质量份、环氧树脂0.1~0.5质量份以及酚类防老剂5~10质量份,于100~150℃下固化200~40min制备而成;
(4)置入熟化室,40~60℃熟化72~96小时,得成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种四层铝箔复合袋,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)的铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液30质量份、氯丁胶乳150质量份、氧化锌10质量份、环氧树脂0.3质量份以及酚类防老剂6质量份,于100~150℃下固化20~40min制备而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种四层铝箔复合袋,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)和步骤(1)的胶粘剂为多异氰酸树脂胶粘剂。
4.一种如权利要求1所述四层铝箔复合袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述四层铝箔复合袋按照如下步骤制备而成:
(1)取聚酯膜与尼龙膜,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0gg/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(2)取铝箔膜与上述(1)所得复会层,在干式复合机用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为3.0~4.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~80℃;
(3)将聚丙烯树脂膜与上述(2)所得复会层再次在干式复合机用铝箔专用胶粘剂复合,涂胶量为0.5~2.0g/m2,烘箱温度为50~60℃;所述铝箔专用胶粘剂由苯酚封闭的40%MDI水分散液20~50质量份、氯丁胶乳100~200质量份、氧化锌5~20质量份、环氧树脂0.1~0.5质量份以及酚类防老剂5~10质量份,于100~150℃下固化20~40min制备而成;
(4)置入熟化室,40~60℃熟化72~96小时,得成品。
