Abstract

本发明涉及一种橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室。所述橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室包括箱体、喷雾嘴、风机、排水管、橡胶轮胎、传动滚筒、滚筒毛刷;所述橡胶轮胎从箱体左侧进入,由传动滚筒传动向右运动,喷雾嘴向下迅速喷淋出水雾至橡胶轮胎上带走大量的热量;橡胶轮胎向右传动,毛刷刷去橡胶轮胎上粘带的大块水珠;橡胶轮胎继续向右传动经过上下排列风机,风机急速吹出的大量风,吹去橡胶轮胎上剩余的水珠,并继续降低橡胶轮胎温度;橡胶轮胎继续传动,从箱体右侧导出,进入下一道工序。所述橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室采用大量水雾喷淋取代传统水箱蓄水,能快速降温,减少之前水箱占地面积,节省土地资源,并提高生产作业效率。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶再生机械领域,涉及一种新型橡胶轮胎压出生产线降温冷却设备,具体是橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室。
背景技术
随着能源、资源和环保对经济发展压力的增大,废旧资源的回收和再利用被受到日益广泛的重视。我国是橡胶消费和进口大国,据橡胶工业协会统计,08年我国轮胎产量已达到3.5亿条,废旧轮胎达到1.9亿条,是仅次于美国的第二大废旧轮胎产生国家,废旧轮胎造成的环境污染与资源浪费问题日渐凸显。因此,提高企业技术创新能力和改进生产工艺,充分利用废旧轮胎资源是解决环保和资源的唯一途径。
目前橡胶轮胎压出生产线上轮胎从压出机挤出后采用的是蓄水水箱进行冷却,轮胎从距离比较长的蓄水水箱里漂浮前进冷却,距离长,占地多,降温效率不高,导致橡胶韧性不好,影响后道工序。因此开发改进现有降温冷却设备,以达到高效降温,减少占地面积的目的的设备具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明之目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,提供一种结构合理,作业效率高,占地面积小的橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:所述橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室包括箱体、喷雾嘴、风机、排水管、橡胶轮胎、传动滚筒、滚筒毛刷;所述箱体1独立安装在橡胶压出流水线上;所述喷雾嘴并列分布在箱体内部,平行布置于橡胶轮胎上方;所述风机对称安装在橡胶轮胎上下两侧,所述排水管开孔在箱体下方;所述橡胶轮胎从箱体左侧穿过,经过传动滚筒传动,从箱体右侧穿出;所述滚筒毛刷安置在传动滚筒后方,橡胶轮胎下方、上端与橡胶轮胎接触。
本发明与现有技术相比有点在于:所述橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室采用大量水雾喷淋取代传统水箱蓄水,能快速降温,减少之前水箱占地面积,节省土地资源,并提高生产作业效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示:本发明主要由箱体1、喷雾嘴2、风机3、排水管4、橡胶轮胎5、传动滚筒6、滚筒毛刷7组成;所述箱体1独立安装在橡胶压出流水线上;所述喷雾嘴2并列分布在箱体1内部,平行布置于橡胶轮胎5上方;所述风机3对称安装在橡胶轮胎5上下两侧,所述排水管4开孔在箱体1下方;所述橡胶轮胎5从箱体1左侧穿过,经过传动滚筒6传动,从箱体1右侧穿出;所述滚筒毛刷7安置在传动滚筒后方,橡胶轮胎5下方、上端与橡胶轮胎接触。
具体应用时,所述橡胶轮胎5从箱体1左侧进入,由传动滚筒6带动向右运动,喷雾嘴2向下迅速喷淋出水雾至橡胶轮胎5上带走大量的热量,多余的水落在箱体1下部,由排水管4排出;橡胶轮胎5向右传动,经过滚筒毛刷7,毛刷7刷去橡胶轮胎5上粘带的大块水珠;橡胶轮胎5继续向右传动经过上下排列风机3,风机3急速吹出的大量风吹去橡胶轮胎5上剩余的水珠,并继续降低橡胶轮胎5温度;橡胶轮胎5继续被传动,从箱体1右侧导出,进入下一道工序。

1.橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室,其特征在于:该橡胶轮胎压出线冷却室主要由箱体(1)、喷雾嘴(2)、风机(3)、排水管(4)、橡胶轮胎(5)、传动滚筒(6)、滚筒毛刷(7)组成;所述箱体(1)独立安装在橡胶压出流水线上;所述喷雾嘴(2)并列分布在箱体(1)内部,平行布置于橡胶轮胎(5)上方;所述风机(3)对称安装在橡胶轮胎(5)上下两侧,所述排水管(4)开孔在箱体(1)下方;所述橡胶轮胎(5)从箱体(1)左侧穿过,经过传动滚筒(6)传动,从箱体(1)右侧穿出;所述滚筒毛刷(7)安置在传动滚筒后方,橡胶轮胎(5)下方、上端与橡胶轮胎接触。
