背景技术
葡萄酒厂对葡萄的收购都使用塑料葡萄箱，盛装葡萄后的葡萄箱沾附很多杂物，需要对葡萄箱进行清洗。过去是用水管对葡萄箱喷水，冲刷箱上存留杂物，效率很低，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了解决上述问题，而提供一种葡萄箱冲洗装置，可以实现对葡萄箱的连续冲洗，大大提高工作效率。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种葡萄箱冲洗装置，包括支架，支架上设有由横向加强筋和纵向加强筋形成的通道，其特征是：所述通道上下设有沿通道设置的横向水管，所述横向水管连接纵向水管，所述纵向水管上设有入水口，所述横向水管上面向通道一侧设有若干喷水嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是，将葡萄箱推入通道内，喷水嘴喷出的高压水喷射在葡萄箱上，实现对葡萄箱的冲洗，大大提高了效率。

由附图1和附图2可知，本实用新型包括支架1，支架1上设有由横向加强筋8和纵向加强筋3形成的通道2，所述通道2上下设有沿通道设置的横向水管6，所述横向水管6连接纵向水管4，所述纵向水管4上设有入水口5，所述横向水管6上面向通道2一侧设有若干喷水嘴7。将葡萄箱推入通道2内，喷水嘴7喷出的高压水喷射在葡萄箱上，实现对葡萄箱的冲洗。本实用新型可将通道2设置成向一端倾斜的密闭结构，这样可水在密闭空间喷射，也便于对水回收，减少水的浪费。
