技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗篮,具体说是一种气门挺住超声波清洗篮。
背景技术
目前气门挺住的清洗多使用气门挺住超声波清洗机,气门挺住超声波清洗机能全面清洗气门挺住在加工过程中产生的污垢,但传统清洗框多为方向,清洗的气门挺住内或泄留部分杂物,清洗不干净,无法发挥气门挺住超声波清洗机的清洗效果,且装篮、卸篮繁琐,为后续工艺增加工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种装篮快捷,清洗效果好,残留低的气门挺住超声波清洗篮。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括架盖、支柱、滑槽口、滑槽架、篮筐,所述架盖为圆形,所述架盖间外沿位置设有焊接的支柱,所述支柱沿架盖圆心均匀分布,所述架盖外侧中心设有可旋转的锁扣,所述锁扣四周架盖上设有滑槽口,所述架盖间焊接有与滑槽口四个角对应的滑槽架,所述滑槽架将内设有顶部开口的篮筐,所述滑槽架与篮筐开口对应的位置设有网隔。 
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:清洗蓝可随着气门挺住超声波清洗篮清洗机输送的运转转动,360度无死角清洗,篮筐为抽插式配合锁扣,篮筐填装迅速,使用小篮、多篮可有序往后续工艺输送,减缓后续工艺步骤。

如图1、2所示,本发明包括架盖1、支柱2、滑槽口3、滑槽架4、篮筐5,所述架盖1为圆形,所述架盖1间外沿位置设有焊接的支柱2,所述支柱2沿架盖1圆心均匀分布,所述架盖1外侧中心设有可旋转的锁扣6,所述锁扣6四周架盖1上设有滑槽口3,所述架盖1间焊接有与滑槽口3四个角对应的滑槽架4,所述滑槽架4将内设有顶部开口的篮筐5,所述滑槽架4与篮筐5开口对应的位置设有网隔7。
本发明的工作原理:将锁扣6旋转使滑槽口3通畅,将填装好的篮筐5推入滑槽口3内,旋转锁扣6锁住篮筐5两端。
