本发明公开了一种饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱，珠宝饰品加工设备制造技术领域，包括设有排气口的工作罩柜，在所述排气口上设有箱体，所述箱体于所述排气口上方设有与水箱连接的溢流槽、于所述溢流槽下方设有过滤槽和在这两者之间斜置有设有多个通风孔的水幕板；所述箱体于所述过滤槽下方设有积水箱。较之现有技术，本发明可以解决现有的饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱防尘作用差的问题。

饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱
技术领域
本发明涉及珠宝饰品加工设备制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于饰品打磨工作柜的出气缓冲箱。
背景技术
打磨是饰品加工的工序之一，饰品的打磨是在一个封闭柜式工作台内，操作者通过封闭柜式工作台上的透明视窗，并将手从遮有帆布的手孔中抻入工作台内进行打磨作业，因为操作者在打磨作业时手要不停的移动作业，粉尘会从手孔向外扩散对操作者呼吸系统的伤害；目前有人在封闭柜式工作台上装有与设有抽风机的排气管，目的是将工作柜内的粉尘外排。这种饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱在工作过程中存在如下问题：过大的抽风风量会把工作柜内一些微小饰品或贵金属颗粒被带走造成损失，因此，工作时很多操作者将抽风机开关关闭，使工作柜起不到真正在的防尘作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱，以解决现有的饰品打磨工作柜防尘作用差的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：这种饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱包括设有排气口的工作罩柜，在所述排气口上设有箱体，所述箱体于所述排气口上方设有与水箱连接的溢流槽、于所述溢流槽下方设有过滤槽和在这两者之间斜置有设有多个通风孔的水幕板；所述箱体于所述过滤槽下方设有积水箱。
上述饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱技术方案中，更具体的技术方案还可以是：在所述过滤槽底部设有滤网；在所述箱体侧壁设有出气口，所述出气口与所述排气管相连接。
进一步的：所述水幕板于每个所述通风孔上方斜置有一块导流板。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：由于在工作罩柜的排气口罩有一个箱体，并在排气口前方斜置有一设有多个通风孔的水幕板，从工作罩柜的排气口排出的气体经过水幕上水幕的冲刷，使混在气流中的微小饰品或贵金属颗粒会随着水流沉在过滤槽底的滤网上，每天可打开箱盖将滤网拿出清洗并把微小饰品取出、或是将贵金属颗粒进行收集；且在进气口上设有进气挡板，在进气挡板上设有多个开口向上倾斜的进风孔，工作罩柜内的空气能平稳置换，使本饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱起到良好的防尘作用。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1所示的饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱包括设有进气口1-11和排气口1-3的工作罩柜1，在工作罩柜1上设有透明视窗1-13和位于透明视窗1-13两侧的手孔1-1，工作罩柜1的排气口1-3上通过出气缓冲装置装有排气管3；出气缓冲装置包括罩在排气口1-3上的箱体1-7和盖上箱体1-7上的箱盖1-12；在排气口1-3上方的箱体1-7上焊接通过水管2-2与水箱2连接的溢流槽1-2，在水箱2内装有水位传感器2-1，水位传感器2-1的控制端通过导线与控制柜相连接，以方便监控水箱2内水位的高低；在溢流槽1-2下方的箱体1-7上焊接有过滤槽1-2，在过滤槽1-2与溢流槽1-2两者之间斜置有一块设有多个通风孔的水幕板1-10，于每个通风孔上方的水幕板1-10上斜置有一块导流板1-10；在过滤槽1-2底部装有滤网1-6；在箱体1-7一侧的侧壁上开有出气口，该出气口与排气管3相连接；箱体1-7于过滤槽1-2下方设有积水箱，在积水箱底部装有截止阀1-8。
工作时，从工作罩柜1的排气口1-3排出的气体经过水幕板1-10上水幕的冲刷，使混在气流中的微小饰品或贵金属颗粒会随着水流沉在过滤槽底的滤网上，每天可打开箱盖将滤网拿出清洗并把微小饰品取出、或是将贵金属颗粒进行收集。

Claims (3)

1.一种饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱，包括设有排气口（1-3）的工作罩柜（1），其特征在于：在所述排气口（1-3）上设有箱体（1-7），所述箱体（1-7）于所述排气口（1-3）上方设有与水箱（2）连接的溢流槽（1-2）、于所述溢流槽（1-2）下方设有过滤槽（1-2）和在这两者之间斜置有设有多个通风孔的水幕板（1-10）；所述箱体（1-7）于所述过滤槽（1-2）下方设有积水箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱，其特征在于：在所述过滤槽（1-2）底部设有滤网（1-6）；在所述箱体（1-7）侧壁设有出气口，所述出气口与所述排气管（3）相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的饰品打磨工作柜出气缓冲箱，其特征在于：所述水幕板（1-10）于每个所述通风孔上方斜置有一块导流板（1-10）。
