Abstract

本发明涉及一种低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统,包括一旋压机,该旋压机顶部设置有上主轴和下主轴,上主轴吊装在旋压机内上顶部且通过液压驱动,上主轴底部固装有卡具,在与下主轴的旋压机内底部安装有下主轴,该下主轴底部贯穿旋压机底部壳体且由伺服电机驱动,在与卡具对应的下主轴顶部固装有放置车轮毛坯的模具,该旋压机前端开放且旋压机内呈三个内侧壁,在与模具对应的三个内侧壁位置上分别安装有三个喷涂组件。本发明通过合理装配,在旋压机内壁上间隔设置了三个喷涂组件对车轮毛坯进行圆周式的涂抹,再通过下主轴驱动模具带动车轮毛坯升降,使车轮毛坯轴向各位置均得到了喷涂组件的涂抹,由此对车轮毛坯外表面进行了均匀涂抹。

技术领域
本发明属于车轮喷涂设备领域,尤其是一种低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统。
背景技术
车轮旋压过程中,在车轮毛坯与模具之间会产生强大的摩擦力和结合力,对成形造成极大影响。在旋压过程中为了保证成形且减少旋压裂纹、鼓包等缺陷,需要减小或消除摩擦力带来的影响,这就需要在毛坯或模具上涂一层能减少这种力的脱模剂。
目前,在喷涂时通常采用手动喷涂或喷淋的方式完成脱模剂的涂抹,但是在高转速的车轮毛坯上,上述方式无法保证脱模剂涂抹均匀,而且容易造成脱模剂飞溅,对于旋压机内部环境以及操作员均会造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种涂抹均匀且避免浪费的低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统,包括一旋压机,该旋压机顶部设置有上主轴和下主轴,上主轴吊装在旋压机内上顶部且通过液压驱动,上主轴底部固装有卡具,在与上主轴对应的旋压机内底部安装有下主轴,该下主轴底部贯穿旋压机底部壳体且由伺服电机驱动,在与卡具对应的下主轴顶部固装有放置车轮毛坯的模具,该旋压机前端开放且旋压机内设置三个内侧壁,在与模具对应的三个内侧壁位置上分别安装有三个喷涂组件。
而且,每个喷涂组件包括基板、夹持板、滚轮、电磁阀、雾化仓以及喷头,基板分别安装在三个内侧壁对应喷涂组件的位置上,每个基板上均安装一对平行设置的夹持板,两夹持板之间安装一滚轮,夹持板相对于模具保持倾斜,保证滚轮与模具上的车轮毛坯外表面留有微小间隙,在每个基板上顶面安装有两个电磁阀,两个电磁阀分别控制一条压缩空气输送管路和一条脱模剂输送管路,压缩空气输送管路进口端与压缩空气源连接,压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口连接,脱模剂输送管路进口端与脱模剂料桶连接,脱模剂输送管路进口端出口端与雾化仓进口连接,雾化仓出口连接有喷头。
而且,在压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口的管路上安装有进气量调节阀。
本发明优点和积极效果为:
1、本发明通过合理装配,在旋压机内壁上间隔设置了三个喷涂组件对车轮毛坯进行圆周式的涂抹,再通过下主轴驱动模具带动车轮毛坯升降,使车轮毛坯轴向各位置均得到了喷涂组件的涂抹,由此对车轮毛坯外表面进行了均匀涂抹。
2、本发明通过合理设计,将脱模剂通过压缩空气进行雾化,喷涂在滚轮上,由此通过滚轮与车轮毛坯摩擦的同时,对车轮毛坯涂抹脱模剂,对于不同规格的车轮毛坯以及不同的脱模剂,可以适当体征压缩空气雾化时的进气量,由此保证涂抹效果。

具体实施方式:
下面通过附图结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统,包括一旋压机,该旋压机顶部设置有上主轴3和下主轴9,上主轴吊装在旋压机内上顶部且通过液压驱动1,上主轴底部固装有卡具4,在与上主轴对应的旋压机内底部安装有下主轴,该下主轴底部贯穿旋压机底部壳体2且由伺服电机(图中未示出)驱动,在与卡具对应的下主轴顶部固装有放置车轮毛坯的模具8,卡具通过上主轴带动,通过气缸驱动下压,卡紧模具上的车轮毛坯,模具由下主轴带动,通过液压缸驱动实现升降。
本发明的创新点是:
该旋压机前端开放且旋压机内设置三个内侧壁,在与模具对应的三个内侧壁位置上分别安装有三个喷涂组件,在旋压机内壁上间隔设置了三个喷涂组件对车轮毛坯进行圆周式的涂抹,同时通过下主轴驱动模具带动车轮毛坯升降实现旋压,使车轮毛坯轴向各位置均得到了喷涂组件的涂抹,由此对车轮毛坯外表面进行了均匀涂抹。
每个喷涂组件包括基板7、夹持板5、滚轮6、电磁阀12和13、雾化仓11以及喷头10,基板分别安装在三个内侧壁对应喷涂组件的位置上,每个基板上均安装一对平行设置的夹持板,两夹持板之间安装一滚轮,夹持板相对于模具保持倾斜,保证滚轮与模具上的车轮毛坯外表面留有微小间隙,在每个基板上顶面安装有两个电磁阀,两个电磁阀分别控制一条压缩空气输送管路和一条脱模剂输送管路,压缩空气输送管路进口端与压缩空气源连接,压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口连接,脱模剂输送管路进口端与脱模剂料桶连接,脱模剂输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口连接,雾化仓出口连接有喷头,将脱模剂通过压缩空气进行雾化,通过喷头喷涂在滚轮上,由此通过滚轮与车轮毛坯损失摩擦的同时,对车轮毛坯涂抹脱模剂。
在压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口的管路上安装有进气量调节阀14,对于不同规格的车轮毛坯以及不同的脱模剂,可以适当体征压缩空气雾化时的进气量,由此保证涂抹效果。

1.一种低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统,包括一旋压机,该旋压机工作室内有上主轴和下主轴,上主轴吊装在旋压机内上顶部且通过液压驱动,上主轴底部固装有卡具,在与上主轴对应的旋压机内底部安装有下主轴,该下主轴底部贯穿旋压机底部壳体且由伺服电机驱动,在与卡具对应的下主轴顶部固装有放置车轮毛坯的模具,其特征在于:该旋压机前端开放且旋压机内设置三个内侧壁,在与模具对应的三个内侧壁位置上分别安装有三个喷涂组件,每个喷涂组件包括基板、夹持板、滚轮、电磁阀、雾化仓以及喷头,基板分别安装在三个内侧壁对应喷涂组件的位置上,每个基板上均安装一对平行设置的夹持板,两夹持板之间安装一滚轮,夹持板相对于模具保持倾斜,保证滚轮与模具上的车轮毛坯外表面留有微小间隙,在每个基板上顶面安装有两个电磁阀,两个电磁阀分别控制一条压缩空气输送管路和一条脱模剂输送管路,压缩空气输送管路进口端与压缩空气源连接,压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口连接,脱模剂输送管路进口端与脱模剂料桶连接,脱模剂输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口连接,雾化仓出口连接有喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压双边浇铝合金车轮喷涂系统,其特征在于:在压缩空气输送管路出口端与雾化仓进口的管路上安装有进气量调节阀。
