技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
颈肩、颈椎痛疾病的发病率很高，给患者带来很多痛苦和日常生活的不便。这种病从中医理论上讲，其主要致病原因：一是损伤；二是外邪，主要为风、寒、湿外袭；三是卫阳不固，腠理开泻或血气不足，或相应脏器隐伏性病变（各脏器正气不足）所导致的患病原因。其病理机制为：在损伤、外邪袭入，正气不足的致病因素作用下，导致血瘀气滞，造成经脉气血阻塞不畅，中医所谓痹，即闭塞不通之意，而“不通则痛”。
治疗颈肩、颈椎病，常用药物分为两大类，及西药和中药。
西药有镇痛药，如阿司匹林、布洛芬、芬必得等；调节神经系统营养性药有维生素B1、维生素B12、谷维素、刺五加片、健脑合剂等，这些西药能起到治疗疼痛的作用，但是并没有起到有效的根治效果。常用的中成药有风湿寒痛片、养血荣筋片、骨仙片、骨刺片、颈痛片、颈复康、灵仙颈、颈必复等。常用的中药方剂有独活寄生汤、桃红四物汤、骨刺汤、伸筋活血汤等，这些中成药或方剂对颈肩、颈椎病都有一定的治疗作用，但是疗效慢，治疗效果不十分令人满意。
发明内容
鉴于上述不足之处，本发明的目的在于提供一种起效快、疗效好的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物是由下述重量份数的药物原料制成：白芍30-40份，威灵仙30-40份，黄芪20-30份，丹参10-20份，川芎20-30份，桂枝10-20份，香附10-20份，地黄20-30份，甘草10-20份，杜仲10-20份，三七10-20份，天麻10-20份，独活10-20份，秦艽10-20份，菊花30-40份、白附子30-40份、白芷30-40份、细辛5-10份。
进一步的，所述治疗颈椎病的中药组合物是由下述重量份数的药物原料制成：白芍35份，威灵仙35份，黄芪25份，丹参15份，川芎25份，桂枝15份，香附15份，地黄25份，甘草15份，杜仲15份，三七15份，天麻15份，独活15份，秦艽15份，菊花35份、白附子35份、白芷35份、细辛5份。
所述中药组合物为片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、丸剂。
一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将丹参、三七、天麻加75%乙醇回流提取二次，每次2小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，得水溶液备用；
（2）将三七、丹参、天麻药渣与白芍、威灵仙、黄芪、川芎、桂枝、香附、地黄、甘草、杜仲、独活、秦艽、菊花、白附子、白芷以及细辛加水煎煮三次，每次1.5小时，第一次加12倍量水，第二次加8倍量水，第三次加4倍量水，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液与上述水溶液合并，浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.2~1.3，得浸膏；
（3）将浸膏与药学上可接受的载体制成片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂或丸剂，其中浸膏与载体的质量比为1:4。
本发明根据中医的辩证理论，结合颈肩、颈椎痛疾病是由于外感之邪乘虚而入，使气血痹阻，引起气血运行不畅，造成经络不通，或劳逸外伤致使瘀血停滞、经脉不通，造成筋骨失养，经络痹阻，日久而发病。本发明组方中以桂枝、香附、菊花、川芎、白附子、白芷、天麻除风祛湿、温经散寒、止痛通痹为君，以细辛、三七、丹参、独活、秦艽散结消肿、祛风止痛为臣，佐以白芍、威灵仙、地黄，使以黄芪、甘草、杜仲，以上诸药互补互促驱邪而不伤正，扶正而不留邪，共凑活血化瘀，行血理气，通窍活络，消肿止痛，使人体关节失血筋骨得以涵养，血脉经络通畅，从而使各种痹症得以消除，该药物对颈椎疼痛、颈部活动受限、伴有头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等病症具有独特疗效。
具体实施方式
下面我们将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例1
治疗颈椎病的中药组合物颗粒剂：
（1）将150g丹参、150g三七、150g天麻加75%乙醇回流提取二次，每次2小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，得水溶液备用；
（2）将步骤（1）所得三七、丹参、天麻药渣与350g白芍、350g威灵仙、250g黄芪、250g川芎、150g桂枝、150g香附、250g地黄、150g甘草、150g杜仲、150g独活、150g秦艽、350g菊花、350g白附子、350g白芷以及50g细辛加水煎煮三次，每次1.5小时，第一次加12倍量水，第二次加8倍量水，第三次加4倍量水，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液与上述水溶液合并，浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.3，得浸膏；
（3）将浸膏与药学上可接受的颗粒剂载体制成颗粒剂，其中浸膏与颗粒剂载体的质量比为1:4。
实施例2
治疗颈椎病的中药组合物丸剂：
（1）将200g丹参、200g三七、200g天麻加75%乙醇回流提取二次，每次2小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，得水溶液备用；
（2）将步骤（1）所得三七、丹参、天麻药渣与400g白芍、400g威灵仙、400g黄芪、300g川芎、200g桂枝、200g香附、300g地黄、200g甘草、200g杜仲、200g独活、200g秦艽、400g菊花、400g白附子、400g白芷以及100g细辛加水煎煮三次，每次1.5小时，第一次加12倍量水，第二次加8倍量水，第三次加4倍量水，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液与上述水溶液合并，浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.3，得浸膏；
（3）将浸膏与药学上可接受的颗粒剂载体制成颗粒剂，其中浸膏与颗粒剂载体的质量比为1:4。
实施例3
治疗颈椎病的中药组合物胶囊剂：
（1）将100g丹参、100g三七、100g天麻加75%乙醇回流提取二次，每次2小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，得水溶液备用；
（2）将步骤（1）所得三七、丹参、天麻药渣与300g白芍、300g威灵仙、200g黄芪、200g川芎、100g桂枝、100g香附、200g地黄、100g甘草、100g杜仲、100g独活、100g秦艽、300g菊花、300g白附子、300g白芷以及50g细辛加水煎煮三次，每次1.5小时，第一次加12倍量水，第二次加8倍量水，第三次加4倍量水，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液与上述水溶液合并，浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.2，得浸膏；
（3）将浸膏与药学上可接受的颗粒剂载体制成颗粒剂，其中浸膏与颗粒剂载体的质量比为1:4。
目前对本发明进行了如下功效评价试验：
现将80名（男女各半）患有颈肩、颈椎痛疾病即颈椎疼痛、颈部活动受限、伴有头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等病症的患者进行试验。
试验方法：将实施例1所制得的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物颗粒剂给予患者服用。
服用剂量：每次10g，一日3次，温开水冲服，经过6个月的服用观察发现本发明效果显著，具体结果如下：
将80名患者（男女各半）根据年龄的不同按照表一进行分类，按照年龄差异分成：20～30岁组：30人，31～40岁组：30人，41～50岁组：30人，51～60岁组：30人。
表一：
在实验过程中，停止用其他颈肩、颈椎痛疾病治疗药物。
表二统计比较：
其中康复是指症状消失（颈椎疼痛、颈部活动受限、头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等症状消失）；具一定效果是指症状大大减轻（颈椎疼痛感大大减轻、颈部活动未见明显受限，头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等症状大大减轻）；无效是指没有改变。
经统计比较，本发明的有效效率为95%，疗效显著。
表三时间比较：
其中显效时间为患者达到“颈椎疼痛感大大减轻、颈部活动未见明显受限，头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等症状大大减轻”效果时间；康复时间为患者达到“颈椎疼痛、颈部活动受限、头昏头痛、肩痛、上肢麻木等症状消失”效果时间；
经过以上数据分析：使用实施例1所制得的产品，四个月内康复18例，为22.5%；五个月内康复40例，占总额的50%；到六个月为止，康复72例，达到康复率90%。故本发明具有效果好、时间短的优点。
同时上述80位受试者无一例出现不良反应，故本发明无配伍禁忌，不存在相生，相须，相畏，相杀等多种相互作用关系。
同样的，对实施例2和3所得治疗颈椎病的中药组合物丸剂以及胶囊剂也做了相应的功效评价试验，试验结果与实施例1的功效评价试验结果无明显差别，故在此不作敷述。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于：所述方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量份配比计，将10-20份丹参、10-20份三七、10-20份天麻加75%乙醇回流提取二次，每次2小时，合并提取液，滤过，滤液回收乙醇，得水溶液备用；
（2）将三七、丹参、天麻药渣与30-40份白芍、30-40份威灵仙、20-30份黄芪、20-30份川芎、10-20份桂枝、10-20份香附、20-30份地黄、10-20份甘草、10-20份杜仲、10-20份独活、10-20份秦艽、30-40份菊花、30-40份白附子、30-40份白芷以及5-10份细辛加水煎煮三次，每次1.5小时，第一次加12倍量水，第二次加8倍量水，第三次加4倍量水，合并煎煮液，滤过，滤液与上述水溶液合并，浓缩至60℃时相对密度1.2~1.3，得浸膏；
（3）将浸膏与药学上可接受的载体制成片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂或丸剂，其中浸膏与载体的质量比为1:4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，按重量份配比计，所述各药物原料用量为：白芍35份，威灵仙35份，黄芪25份，丹参15份，川芎25份，桂枝15份，香附15份，地黄25份，甘草15份，杜仲15份，三七15份，天麻15份，独活15份，秦艽15份，菊花35份、白附子35份、白芷35份、细辛5份。
