Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗胆囊炎的药物。
背景技术
胆囊炎（cholecystitis）系感染、胆汁刺激、胰液向胆道反流，以及胆红蓑和类脂质代谢失调等所引起的胆囊炎性疾病。胆囊炎又可分为急性胆囊炎和慢性胆囊炎。急性胆囊炎的典型表现为急性发作的右上腹持续或阵发性绞痛，可向右角放射，胆囊区压痛或反跳痛，肌紧张，发热，恶心呕吐，或有黄疸及血白细胞增高；而慢性胆囊炎表现为反复发作且轻重不一的腹胀，右上腹及上腹不适或疼痛，常放射至右肩背，伴嗳气泛酸等消化不良症状，进油腻食物症状加剧。是胆道系统感染性炎症的一种。本病多见于35-55岁的中年人，女性发病较男性为多，尤多见于肥胖且多次妊娠的妇女。
胆囊炎的治疗方法包括内科与外科治疗，内科治疗主要是消炎利胆的方法，如消炎利胆片、利胆醇、舒胆通、胆通、去氢胆酸以及熊脱氧胆酸等，有些病人有效，但难根治；外科治疗指手术治疗。胆结石的治疗方法包括非手术和手术治疗，常用的非手术疗法包括卧床休息、禁饮食、输液，必要时输血，纠正水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱，腹胀者应予以胃肠减压，应用广谱抗生素(头孢霉素类、氧氟沙星、甲哨唑)，适时应用解痉止痛与镇静剂。
目前，临床上使用的治疗胆囊炎的药物都具有一定的作用，但同时也存在着复发率高、副作用大、费用高等问题。而手术治疗又易对患者造成心理上和身体上的巨大痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种起效快、疗效好、副作用小的治疗胆囊炎的药物。
本发明的一种治疗胆囊炎的药物，按重量份计，包括以下原料药：
猪苦胆95-105份，绿豆25-35份，甘草2-10份，柴胡10-20份，龙胆10-20份，紫花地丁20-30份。
上述各原料药的优选重量份为：
猪苦胆100份，绿豆30份，甘草6份，柴胡15份，龙胆15份，紫花地丁25份。
本发明的一种治疗胆囊炎的药物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，按重量份取样，清洗；
（2）加水煎煮后去渣即得。
本发明药物按常规方法加入所需辅料，可制成片剂、丸剂等其他剂型。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有明显的有益效果，从以上技术方案可知：本发明选用猪苦胆、绿豆、甘草、柴胡、龙胆及紫花地丁为原料，通过各药物的协同作用来治疗胆囊炎。其费用低、起效快、疗效好、副作用小，且用药方便快捷。临床共200例使用，治疗前述病症的平均有效率92.6%。
具体实施方式
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果。
试验例：本发明药物的临床观察
临床资料：
全部病例200例，急性胆囊炎患者90例，慢性胆囊炎患者110例，其中，男性90例，女性110例，最大年龄68岁，最小年龄24岁。
诊断标准：
《中医病症诊断疗效标准》
治疗方法：
口服本发明药物煎煮液，每日3次，每次125毫升，3日1个疗程，3-5个疗程即可。
疗效标准：
有效：症状明显缓解。
无效：症状无改善。
治疗结果：
急性胆囊炎90例患者经本发明药物治疗，有效84例，无效6例，有效率93.3%；
慢性胆囊炎110例患者经本发明药物治疗，有效101例，无效9例，有效率91.8%。
实施例1
一种治疗胆囊炎的药物，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取猪苦胆95g，绿豆35g，甘草2g，柴胡20g，龙胆10g，紫花地丁20g，清洗；
（2）加水煎煮后去渣即得。
实施例2
一种治疗胆囊炎的药物，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取猪苦胆105g，绿豆25g，甘草10g，柴胡10g，龙胆20g，紫花地丁30g，清洗；
（2）加水煎煮后去渣即得。
实施例3
一种治疗胆囊炎的药物，包括以下步骤：
（1）筛选原料药，称取猪苦胆100g，绿豆30g，甘草6g，柴胡15g，龙胆15g，紫花地丁25g，清洗；
（2）加水煎煮后去渣即得。
