防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域，尤其涉及一种防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物。
背景技术
鱼类饲养过程中，在水环境差、温度高、养殖密度大、强化投喂饲料或饲料腐败、滥用药物以及维生素缺乏的情况下，容易发生此病。在确诊为肝胆综合症后可见，肝胆肿大、变色。初期肝胆略肿大，色略淡；胆囊色较暗，略显绿色。严重时肝脏明显肿大，比正常情况大1倍以上，颜色逐渐变黄发白有的形成“花肝”或“绿肝”；胆囊明显肿大1-2倍，胆汁深绿或墨绿，重者充血发红。此病危害品种多，发病时间长，死亡率可达50％-60％，甚至达60％-90％。
针对肝胆综合症对鱼类的危害性广，造成经济损失大，发明一种好的治疗技术十分必要。我国的中医技术博大精深，采用中草药技术治疗鱼类肝胆综合症，药品易取，价格便宜、无毒副作用、治疗效果好、无残留、治愈率高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物，以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量比的物质组成：菊花7份、蒲公英7份、连翘7份、大青叶7份、三黄粉8份、苦参5份、当归5份、灵芝5份、麻黄5份、生地8份、三七8份、桂枝8份。
所述三黄粉由大黄50％、黄柏30％、黄芩20％组成。
本发明的内容是这样实现的：根据鱼类肝胆综合症的特点，选用具有解毒护肝、疏肝理气的中药组成方剂治疗这类肝胆综合症。该方剂还具有抗脂肪肝、解毒、抗肝损伤、促进肝细胞再生和功能恢复、抑制肝硬化发生等特点。
使用方法：在每公斤饲料中添加本方剂50—100克，连用10天。本方剂已使用多年，效果良好，特别对黑鱼、草鱼、鲤鱼等鱼类效果明显。
本发明的有益效果是：

实施例
防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物，由以下重量比的物质组成：菊花7g、蒲公英7g、连翘7g、大青叶7g、三黄粉8g、苦参5g、当归5g、灵芝5g、麻黄5g、生地8g、三七8g、桂枝8g。
某黑鱼养殖池塘，面积2.5亩，水深1.3米，7月份发病时养殖成鱼1.2万斤,经过解剖检查后,确诊为肝胆综合症。将该方剂粉碎磨成粉后,在150公斤颗粒饲料中(每天投喂量)拌入本方剂中药7.5千克,连用10天后,该病治愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防治鱼类肝胆综合症的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述三黄粉由大黄50％、黄柏30％、黄芩20％组成。
