技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有壳体盖的用于蓄电池单池的壳体、蓄电池单池、蓄电池模块以及机动车。
背景技术
显然,将来不仅在例如在风力发电设备的静态的应用中,而且在例如混合动力车辆和电动车辆的车辆中越来越多地使用新的蓄电池系统。在本说明书的范围内,概念蓄电池和蓄电池系统与蓄能池或蓄能池系统同义。
对于所述应用,目前优选使用锂离子蓄电池。然而,锂离子蓄电池单池对湿气的侵入非常敏感,因为通过水解能够形成氟化氢。
由于要求的超过10年和更长的高的使用寿命,因此为了在车辆中使用优选具有坚固的壳体的单池、所谓的硬壳单池。其由用于容纳电化学元件(Cell Can(单池外壳))的壳体和密封壳体的壳体盖(CapPlate(底板))构成。两个部件例如通过焊接彼此连接。蓄电池壳体通常基于金属材料,例如其能够由铝构成。壳体盖大部分由金属板构成,在金属板的上侧上有两个极连接端。极连接端中的一个在此与壳体电绝缘。
为了能够可靠地驱动锂离子蓄电池单池,根据现有技术需要蓄电池管理系统(BMS)。蓄电池管理系统尤其防止单池过充电或深放电、单池承受不允许的高的充电或放电电流。对于用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆中的蓄电池系统,由于在这种蓄电池中安装的大量的蓄电池单池,所以需要复杂的电子装置来进行蓄电池管理。
对于蓄电池单池的监控使用所谓的CSC(Cell SupervisionCircuit(单池监控电路))电子模块,其监控多个蓄电池单池。电子模块要么在相关的蓄电池单池附近作为“分布式卫星”放置,要么整个电子装置以“集中式电子装置”来实现。
在DE 20207721 U1中公开了一种车用蓄电池,其具有带有壳体盖的壳体,在壳体盖上布置用于控制的部件。
发明内容
据本发明,提供带有金属的壳体盖的用于蓄电池单池的壳体(硬壳),其中,在壳体盖上电子部件布置在金属芯电路板上。
在此,金属芯电路上的电子部件能够粘合在壳体盖上或金属芯电路板是金属壳体盖的一部分。
优选地,在壳体盖的表面上构成两个极连接端,其中,电子部件布置在这两个极连接端之间。
电子部件优选是用于监控蓄电池单池的电路,所谓的CSC(单池监控电路),例如用于电压获取和温度获取。
该部件优选是蓄电池管理系统的一部分,优选在机动车中。
材料的选择和在金属基体、所谓的金属芯电路板(MGPGB)上的电路板的制造对于本领域技术人员而言是已知的。
通常,在此环氧玻璃纤维组织(FR4)电路板通过介电层——大部分电绝缘的但导热良好的粘合剂——被施加到由铝或铜构成的金属基体上。
该电路板技术具有如下优点,与标准电路板相比,能够实现非常低的热传递阻力。因此该技术使用在如下应用中,其中电子器件以较大的损耗功率运行或所使用的器件的效率随温度增高而下降。
单池壳体优选由金属、尤其优选由铝或不锈钢构成。
根据本发明也要求保护蓄电池单池、优选是锂离子单池,其具有前面所述的单池壳体,以及要求保护由多个蓄电池单池构建的蓄电池模块。
直接将用于蓄电池单池的监控电子装置施加到壳体盖上具有如下优点:
●由于监控电子装置非常好地热耦合到壳体盖上,所以蓄电池的温度能够非常精确地且成本低廉地获取。
●监控电子装置不必单独地以机械方式固定,因为其与壳体盖机械地牢固连接。
●监控电子装置与特定的蓄电池单池持久地连接,使得显著影响蓄电池单池老化的相关的工作数据能够被记录。这一方面对质保是有利的,另一方面这些信息也能够用于所谓的“第二寿命”,也就是说在其他领域中的重复使用。这尤其在以下背景下是决定性的优点,车辆制造商今天已经要求蓄电池制造商10年或更长的质保。
电子装置施加到壳体盖上适用于在蓄电池模块中使用多个单池,其中多个单池通过大面积的端面彼此安装在挤压复合结构中。当为了提高蓄电池单池的使用寿命通过机械夹紧防止蓄电池单池在充电和放电过程中机械膨胀时,尤其使用这种蓄电池模块,其中由此生成的机械应力会使单池较快老化。电子装置施加到壳体盖上也适于空气冷却的蓄电池系统,其中单池通过空气流冷却。在该情况下,单池并不被直接挤压向彼此,而是借助间隔保持器安装,以便空气流可在单池之间流经。
此外,本发明的主题是具有用于驱动机动车的电驱动电机和与电驱动电机相连接的或可连接的蓄电池模块的机动车。
