本发明公开一种用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,包括位于中心的受力单元和依次绞合于受力单元外表面的第一铝合金导电层、第二铝合金导电层;铝导体包覆层由19~21根截面为“Z”字形的“Z”字形铝合金导体绞合而成;所述受力单元包括位于中心的第一碳纤维单线和绞合于第一碳纤维单线外表面6根第二碳纤维单线;所述第一碳纤维单线、第二碳纤维单线由若干根碳纤维原丝绞合而成;聚酯胶黏填充部由第一组分与第二组分混合而成,第一组分是由下述重量份的原料组成:N‑307不饱和聚酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、正丁醇、甲苯、滑石粉、铝粉、碳酸钙、三乙烯四胺。本发明既保证了铝层内的若干根碳纤维原丝圆整,也避免了后续在使用中铝层的损坏,从而保证了电性能的可靠性,弯曲半径下降至为6倍电缆直径。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力传输导线,尤其涉及一种用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线。
背景技术
我国国民经济续高速增长对电力的需求量在不断增加,根据国网建设有限公司的规划,近几年内将重点建设1100kV特高压输电线路。输电线路建设,需要更大截面导线、但又不希望导线外径太大。导线设计要考虑诸多因素,特别是导线的输送容量和经济电流密度、电晕临界电压、机械强度等。一方面,在线路狭窄的地区,只需要更换相近截面规格的导线,基本上不需要更换铁塔即能满足强度和导线对地的要求,但是在应用中随着导线温度的上升,其弧垂必然增加。而原有的杆塔不可能有很大的余度来满足其弧垂的增加量,故要达到在原有走廊上不改变铁塔增容40~50%是有困难的。
另一方面,现有铝导线使用镀锌钢绞线作为受力单元,这种结构使用了一百多年,是传统结构。但镀锌钢绞线强度不高,抗腐蚀性不强,缩短了导线整体使用寿命。80年代,出现铝包钢单线,当时因工艺复杂,难于推广,现在,已经在大跨越线路使用,其抗腐蚀性大大加强,但强度比钢绞线降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,此用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线结构既保证了铝层内的若干根碳纤维原丝圆整,也避免了后续在使用中铝层的损坏,从而保证了电性能的可靠性,聚酯胶黏填充剂粘接力强,在若干根碳纤维原丝之间形成了无缝密封结构,具有良好的耐热、耐寒性、耐酸碱盐介质腐蚀和热稳定性,固定性好,抗滑移性强。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,包括位于中心的受力单元和依次绞合于受力单元外表面的第一铝合金导电层、第二铝合金导电层;
所述第一铝合金导电层由10~14根第一铝单线绞合而成,所述第二铝合金导电层由16~20根第二铝单线绞合而成;
所述第二铝合金导电层外表面依次绞合有铝导体包覆层,铝导体包覆层由19~21根截面为“Z”字形的“Z”字形铝合金导体绞合而成;
所述受力单元包括位于中心的第一碳纤维单线和绞合于第一碳纤维单线外表面6根第二碳纤维单线,所述第一碳纤维单线和第二碳纤维单线外表面均包覆有铝层,所述铝层的厚度为0.1~0.4mm;
所述第一碳纤维单线、第二碳纤维单线由若干根碳纤维原丝绞合而成;位于铝层内且在若干根碳纤维原丝之间填充有聚酯胶黏填充部;
所述聚酯胶黏填充部由第一组分与第二组分按照1:2~4的质量比混合而成,所述第一组分由以下重量份的组分组成:

1. 本发明用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,其铝层内若干根碳纤维原丝之间填充有特定配方的聚酯胶黏填充部,既保证了铝层内的若干根碳纤维原丝圆整,也避免了后续在使用中铝层的损坏,从而保证了电性能的可靠性,聚酯胶黏填充剂粘接力强,在若干根碳纤维原丝之间形成了无缝密封结构,具有良好的耐热、耐寒性、耐酸碱盐介质腐蚀和热稳定性,固定性好,抗滑移性强,防止了由于碳纤维原丝光滑带来的缺陷,确保了受力均匀,阻热性能优良;第一铝合金导电层由10~14根第一铝单线绞合而成,所述第二铝合金导电层由16~20根第二铝单线绞合而成,第二铝合金导电层外表面依次绞合有铝导体包覆层,其结构紧密,弯曲半径下降至为6倍电缆直径,减小了安装布局的空间,减小了安装成本,更易于敷设,紧压系数高在同等截面下提高了载流量,也能有效地防止雨水等进入导线内部,减少或避免了导线表面积水结冰,大幅地提高了导线的防冰雪能力,铝导体包覆层由19~21根“Z”字形铝合金导体绞合而成也提高了电缆的导电性能、弯曲性能和耐腐蚀性能,减少了线缆发热量,其广泛使用能够大幅提高整个输电系统运行的可靠性和安全性,具有广阔的应用前景,尤其适用于需要改建增容、扩容的输电线路。
2. 本发明用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,其铝包碳纤维单线直径小、方便用于绞合结构,碳纤维丝采用绞合结构,弯曲性能及其优良,完全避免碳纤维丝弯曲折断问题,单根碳纤维原丝偶尔断裂不影响铝包碳纤维单线性能,单根铝包碳纤维单线小的缺陷不会较大影响整个铝包碳纤维绞合加强芯受力单元的性能,使输电线路安全系数提高;其次,其铝包覆层厚度可以做到很薄,从而使得铝包碳纤维单线直径可以做到2mm~4mm,与镀锌钢丝差不多,以多根绞合方式制作导线的受力单元,改变了现在碳纤维棒的单根,直径5mm~12mm的现状,小的铝包碳纤维单线直径和多根绞合结构使得导线的受力单元(铝包碳纤维绞合芯)弯曲直径大为减小,避免目前单根碳纤维芯棒直径大,弯曲应力大,要求装盘,施工弯曲直径很大,导致导线展放,接头要求高,频繁出现芯棒压接施工不当隐患而至的导线掉线输电线路停电故障。
3. 本发明用于电力传输的抗拉铝型绞线,铝包覆层对里面的碳纤维发生很好的包覆紧压作用,里面的一百多根碳纤维原丝采用绞合结绳方式,这样的结构使得单根碳纤维丝断裂接头不太影响碳纤维丝整体性能,拉断力高,延长了线路的使用寿命;其次,在大跨距高压架空输电线路上,耐腐蚀性优良、重量轻、拉断力高、导电率高和高性价比,在原有走廊上基本不改变铁塔,达到增容60%,载流量大、质量轻、弧垂特性好,延长了线路的使用寿命。
