目前,在很多高温场所中,都需要用到电缆,而高温会给长时间处于高温环境里的电缆带来损害,容易使电缆线加速老化,现有的电缆还不能很好的满足现场使用需求,需要改进。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种隔热电缆。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种隔热电缆,包括有线芯,所述的线芯包括有正五边形橡胶骨架,在正五边形橡胶骨架的五边的中心分别开有内凹的半圆形凹槽,在每个半圆形凹槽内和正五边形橡胶骨架的内部分别放有导体并在外侧包有镀锡软铜丝加涤纶丝编织屏蔽层构成线芯,在每根导体的外侧分别包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,在一根线芯的外侧包有铝箔隔热绕包层一,并在其四周分别布置有四根线芯构成缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有铝箔隔热绕包层二、铝塑复合薄膜总屏蔽层、阻水芳纶纱填充层和氯磺化聚乙烯外护套。

所述的导体2是由多股镀锡铜丝束绞而成的。
