本发明公开了一种自锁式防脱井盖,包括井盖和井盖座,井盖置于井盖座上,其特征在于:所述井盖座设有与其可转动连接的锁钩,所述井盖的表面设有用于容纳锁钩的凹槽,凹槽的底部设有楔形突出部,锁钩的弯钩形端头与楔形突出部相勾连;所述的楔形突出部和锁钩均为两个。这种自锁式防脱井盖防脱效果好,不易被井盖下的水流冲开,在发生内涝时能增加路面的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及井盖技术领域,具体是一种自锁式防脱井盖。
背景技术
现代城市因硬地面积过大经常出现内涝,位于街道路面上的城市管道维护井盖经常被涌出的水冲开,而水漫过街道路面行人和车辆看不到井口,因而出现了人在城市踩入水井,被水流冲走丧生的惨剧。现代自来水井盖对自上而下的压力可以承受,而且由于其自身重量较大,一般可以保持稳定的位置,而对来自井盖下面的水流冲击抵抗能力较差,特别是当井盖上面由于内涝有积水的时候,更容易被井盖下的水流冲开,致使路面的危险性大大增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述情况,而提供一种自锁式防脱井盖,这种防脱效果好,不易被井盖下的水流冲开,在发生内涝时能增加路面的安全性。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种自锁式防脱井盖,包括井盖和井盖座,井盖置于井盖座上,与现有技术不同的是:所述井盖座设有与其可转动连接的锁钩,所述井盖的表面设有用于容纳锁钩的凹槽,凹槽的底部设有楔形突出部,锁钩的弯钩形端头与楔形突出部相勾连。
所述的楔形突出部和锁钩均为两个。
当井盖正常放置在井口上时,锁钩置于凹槽内,容易搬开锁钩打开井盖。
当城市内涝发生时井水从井中涌出推动井盖向上运动时,由于井盖向上发生位移,锁钩与楔形突出部相勾连形成钩锁锁扣,锁扣将自动锁住井盖。
因此,这种自锁式防脱井盖防脱效果好,不易被井盖下的水流冲开,在发生内涝时能增加路面的安全性。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明内容作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
参照图1图2,一种自锁式防脱井盖,包括井盖1和井盖座2,井盖1置于井盖座2上,所述井盖座2设有与其可转动连接的锁钩3,所述井盖1的表面设有用于容纳锁钩3的凹槽4,凹槽4的底部设有楔形突出部5,锁钩3的弯钩形端头6与楔形突出部5相勾连。
图1图2中所示的楔形突出部5和锁钩3均为两个,凹槽4呈直线形,凹槽4也可以按其他形状设置。
楔形突出部5用于与锁钩3前端的弯钩形端头6钩住井盖1,当井盖1正常放置于井盖座2上时,锁钩3置于凹槽4内、楔形突出部5上,容易搬开相勾连的弯钩形端头6与楔形突出部5形成的锁扣打开井盖1,当内涝发生时井水从井中涌出推动井盖1向上运动,这时由于井盖1向上发生位移,锁扣将自动锁住井盖1,防止井盖1位移。

1.一种自锁式防脱井盖,包括井盖和井盖座,井盖置于井盖座上,其特征在于:所述井盖座设有与其可转动连接的锁钩,所述井盖的表面设有用于容纳锁钩的凹槽,凹槽的底部设有楔形突出部,锁钩的弯钩形端头与楔形突出部相勾连;
所述的楔形突出部和锁钩均为两个;
楔形突出部用于与锁钩前端的弯钩形端头钩住井盖,当井盖正常放置于井盖座上时,锁钩置于凹槽内、楔形突出部上,容易搬开相勾连的弯钩形端头与楔形突出部形成的锁扣打开井盖,当内涝发生时井水从井中涌出推动井盖向上运动,这时由于井盖向上发生位移,锁扣将自动锁住井盖,防止井盖位移。
