本发明属于腐蚀防护技术领域,涉及一种输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液。其特征在于:所述化学转化涂刷液成分为15-35g/L的无机酸、5-10g/L的有机酸络合剂、2-5g/L的缓蚀剂、3-5g/L的表面活性剂组成,所述无机酸为H3PO4,H2SO4的一种或两种,所述有机酸络合剂为柠檬酸、单丁酸、酒石酸、桂酸的一种或几种,所述缓蚀剂为硫脲,六次甲基四胺(乌洛托品)一种或两种,所述表面活性剂为OS-15,OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。本发明可直接涂刷在有锈的金属表面与其发生反应生成均匀、光滑、致密的转化膜,成膜速率快,操作简便,成本低廉、应用范围广,所形成的膜层具有良好的耐蚀性和漆膜附着性。

技术领域
本发明属于腐蚀防护技术领域,涉及一种输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液。
背景技术
腐蚀与防护问题一直是困扰各行各业发展的重大问题,海洋石油、船运、风电工业等行业发展过程中常常由于遭受海水侵蚀、潮差、泥砂及水汽的侵蚀而使原来的防腐保护层受到严重破坏。随着国民经济的快速发展,以输电铁塔、变电架构及换流站阀厅为代表的钢结构件在输变电工程中大量应用,而与之相对应的钢结构或钢构架的腐蚀是影响电网安全最为普遍和重要的灾害之一。因此钢结构或钢构架的腐蚀与防护也引起足够的重视。这些设备构架中有很多属于大型或特大型构架,为了使这些设备设施能够在原地得到有效的腐蚀维护,化学转化涂刷液应运而生。目前工业上所应用的许多化学转化工艺往往都需要先除去金属表面的锈蚀层并经过严格精细的人工打磨或机械喷砂等机械除锈后再涂刷防腐涂料进行防腐,这些工艺费工费时,再次涂刷涂层附着力很差,往往达不到理想的除锈防腐效果。而人们虽然对带锈基体中直接刷涂低表面处理的防腐涂料的研究已有多年,但实际应用中仍存在很多问题,不能解决长效的防腐蚀效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于开发一种新型化学转化液配方,使其能直接应用于带锈基体表面与锈蚀部分发生转化而形成结实的膜层,起到很好的防护作用,从而简化除锈工序,提高工作效率,降低成本。
技术方案:
一种带锈基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述转化液成分如下:
无机酸  15-35g/L
有机酸络合剂 5-10g/L
缓蚀剂 2-5g/L
表面活性剂  3-5g/L。
所述无机酸的成分为H3PO4、H2SO4的一种或两种。
所述有机酸络合剂为柠檬酸,单丁酸,酒石酸、桂酸的一种或几种。
所述缓蚀剂为硫脲,六次甲基四胺一种或两种。
所述表面活性剂为OS-15,OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点及应用效果是:
将本发明直接涂刷在有锈的金属表面与其发生反应生成均匀、光滑、致密的转化膜,成膜速率快,工程施工操作简便,能够代替喷砂,成本低廉、应用范围广,所形成的膜层具有良好的耐蚀性和漆膜附着性。本发明制备的膜层适合于后续涂覆各种有机防腐涂料对构件进行腐蚀与防护。
具体实施方式:
本发明公开了一种输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,所述化学转化涂刷液成分为15-35g/L的无机酸、5-10g/L的有机酸络合剂、2-5g/L的缓蚀剂、3-5g/L的表面活性剂组成,所述无机酸为H3PO4,H2SO4的一种或两种,所述有机酸络合剂为柠檬酸、单丁酸、酒石酸、桂酸的一种或几种,所述缓蚀剂为硫脲,六次甲基四胺(乌洛托品)一种或两种,所述表面活性剂为OS-15,OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。本发明可直接涂刷在有锈的金属表面与其发生反应生成均匀、光滑、致密的转化膜,成膜速率快,操作简便,成本低廉、应用范围广,所形成的膜层具有良好的耐蚀性和漆膜附着性。
下面根据具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:本实施例中,使用变电站设备废弃钢质构件取试样块,经带锈转化制备涂层的方法如下:
首先除去厚重的腐蚀产物层,使表层没有附着不牢的氧化皮、铁锈和旧防腐涂层等附着物。除锈之后使用输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液进行化学转化处理。其配方如下:H3PO4  8g/L、H2SO4  8g/L、单丁酸 3g/L、酒石酸 3g/L、硫脲 1.5g/L、六次甲基四胺 1.5g/L、OS-15 1.5g/L、OP-10 1.5g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠 1.5g/L。制备的化学转化膜层在5%的NaCl溶液中的阻抗为58KΩ.cm2
该表层适合涂刷制备有机防腐蚀涂层,经过涂刷环氧铁红底漆,环氧云铁中间漆,丙烯酸面漆制备防腐蚀涂层,涂膜层表面的附着力可达0级,中性盐雾时试样块的一侧制备划痕,试验结束后划格处没有出现鼓泡现象,并且中性盐雾试验明显大于1000小时。
实施例2:
一种输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其配方如下:H3PO4  19g/L、柠檬酸4g/L、酒石酸 3g/L、硫脲 2g/L、六次甲基四胺 0.5g/L、OP-10 1g/L、十二烷基苯磺酸钠 1g/L、十二烷基硫酸钠1g/L。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述转化液成分如下:
无机酸  15-35g/L
有机酸络合剂 5-10g/L
缓蚀剂 2-5g/L
表面活性剂  3-5g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述无机酸的成分为H3PO4、H2SO4的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述有机酸络合剂为柠檬酸,单丁酸,酒石酸、桂酸的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带锈基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为硫脲,六次甲基四胺一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输变电设备带锈构件基体涂覆有机涂层化学转化涂刷液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为OS-15,OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或几种。
