本发明公开了一种含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨及其制备方法,包括新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂 1~15 份,水性树脂 50~90 份和有机颜料 10~30 份,其中,所述新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂组分包括树枝状聚合物 60~80 份和有机物铵盐 20~40 份。 本发明中新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂尤其是适用于水性涂料油墨领域,具有用量少、色浆储存稳定性好、生产成本低、工艺简单等特点,并且易于工业化生产,市场潜力较大。

Description

一种含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性涂料油墨,具体涉及一种含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨。
背景技术
在涂料油墨生产中,颜料分散是一项至关重要的环节,选择合适的分散剂能够较易获得颜料分散均一、储存稳定的涂料。颜料分散剂是能有效实现颜料粒子在研磨过程中分散均匀,并且放置稳定的有效的、必要的助剂。在涂料制作工艺中,颜料在研磨剪切力下以微小的颗粒均匀分散于漆料中,由于颜料粒子表面极性低,不易在水性介质中稳定分散,使得在配制水性涂料油墨时分散稳定性问题难于解决, 缩小了其使用范围。因此,必须对颜料表面进行改性使颜料粒子表面覆盖某种分散剂,从而达到改善颜料应用性能的目的。
在涂料和油墨领域,有机颜料的分散始终是个难题,现有的高分子类分散剂具有用量大,色浆粘度高,成本高,且分散效果不够好,稳定性差等弊端,尤其是分散剂针对性强的特点,同一分散剂不能广泛适用于不同有机颜料的分散,导致用户生产成本提高。另外,现有高分子分散剂耐候性及耐老化性均不太理想。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂,包括新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂 1~15 份,水性树脂 50~90 份和有机颜料 10~30 份,其中,所述新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂组分包括树枝状聚合物 60~80 份和有机物铵盐 20~40 份。
   所述树枝状聚合物为不同官能团的聚酰胺-胺类、聚丙烯亚胺类或聚乙烯亚胺类树枝状聚合物中的任意一种。
   所述有机物铵盐为有机硅季铵盐、聚醚型铵盐、松香基铵盐或丙烯酸铵盐中的任意一种。
   优选的,所述有机物铵盐为丙烯酸铵盐。
   所述水性树脂为水性醇酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性环氧树脂中的任意一种。
   优选的,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂。
   所述有机颜料为颜料黄3G、颜料红122、卡博特炭黑430中的任意一种。
   本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种制备含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨的方法,包括如下步骤:在砂磨机混料罐中,按比例投入树枝状聚合物和有机物铵盐,加入水性树脂混合,最后按比例加入有机颜料和水混匀,即得新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂分散的新型水性涂料油墨。
   所述步骤中所用复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂和水的质量比 1:3~1:6。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂在水性涂料油墨中的应用。
该含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨具备以下有益效果:(1)该新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂添加量以质量百分比计算为分散系统总量的1%~15%;(2)生产原料来源广泛、工艺简单、易于工业化生产;(3)使用简便;(4)提高涂料分散剂分散性能及通用性,减少涂料生产中分散剂的种类,减少涂料分散剂的添加量从而降低工艺成本。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施案例对本发明作进一步详细的描述:
实施例 1
在砂磨机混料罐中,投入端氨基G1.0代聚酰胺~胺类树枝状聚合物和丙烯酸铵盐的复配混合物 1.6 kg (树枝状聚合物 60 份和有机物铵盐 40 份),加入水性丙烯酸树 84 kg 混合,最后加入有机颜料黄3G 为 84 kg,水和溶剂(DMF)各 3 kg 混匀即得新型水性涂料油墨。其中,复配型树枝状聚合物颜料分散剂添加量为 1.6 kg。同样配方架构下与传统分散剂对比试验:

实施例 2
在砂磨机混料罐中,投入聚丙烯亚胺类树枝状聚合物和丙烯酸铵盐的混合物,2 kg(树枝状聚合物 60 份和有机物铵盐 40 份),加入水性丙烯酸树脂 70 kg混合,最后加入有机颜料红PR122为 10 kg 和水为 18 kg 混匀,即得新型水性涂料油墨。其中复配型树枝状聚合物颜料分散剂添加量为 2 kg。样配方架构下与传统分散剂对比试验:
检测结果:
   实施例3
在砂磨机混料罐中,投入聚乙烯亚胺类树枝状聚合物和丙烯酸铵盐的混合物(树枝状聚合物 60 份和有机物铵盐 40 份)5 kg,加入水性丙烯酸树脂 70 kg 混合,最后加入卡波特炭黑430为 10 kg 、水为 15 kg 混匀,即得新型水性涂料油墨。其中复配型树枝状聚合物颜料分散剂添加量为 5 kg。样配方架构下与传统分散剂对比试验:
检测结果:
   结论分析:
   综合实施例 1-3 中实验数据表明,相比传统分散剂此新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂添加量更小,并且在颜料细度、分散效率、色浆液储存稳定性和色浆粘度等方面均能达到或更优于传统分散剂。

Claims (10)

1.一种含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,包括新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂 1~15 份,水性树脂 50~90 份和有机颜料 10~30 份,其中,所述新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂组分包括树枝状聚合物 60~80 份和有机物铵盐 20~40 份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述树枝状聚合物为不同官能团的聚酰胺-胺类、聚丙烯亚胺类或聚乙烯亚胺类树枝状聚合物中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述有机物铵盐为有机硅季铵盐、聚醚型铵盐、松香基铵盐或丙烯酸铵盐中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求 3 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述有机物铵盐优选为丙烯酸铵盐。
5.根据权利要求 4 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为水性醇酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性环氧树脂中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述水性树脂优选为水性丙烯酸树脂。
7.根据权利要求 6 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,所述有机颜料为颜料黄3G、颜料红122、卡博特炭黑430中的任意一种。
8.一种制备如权利要求 1-7 中任意一项所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在砂磨机混料罐中,按比例投入树枝状聚合物和有机物铵盐,加入水性树脂混合,最后按比例加入有机颜料和水混匀,即得新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂分散的新型水性涂料油墨。
9.根据权利要求 8 所述的制备含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤中所用复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂和水的质量比 1:3~1:6。
10.一种如权利要求 9 所述的含有新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂的水性涂料油墨,其特征在于,该新型复配树枝状有机颜料分散剂在水性涂料油墨中的应用。
