本发明涉及一种水性隔热涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯丙乳液50-100份、空心微珠30-50份、硅酸铝纤维1-10份、二氧化硅10-30份、醇酯-121-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份和隔热助剂0.1-0.5份。本发明所述的水性隔热涂料具有较好的隔热效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种水性隔热涂料。
背景技术
由于能源的短缺,节约能源和降低消耗材料引起了人们越来越多的关注。隔热涂料是最近开发的一种新的节能材料,它反射太阳光,有效的降低物体表面太阳辐射能量的吸收,从而起到隔热效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性隔热涂料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种水性隔热涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯丙乳液50-100份、空心微珠30-50份、硅酸铝纤维1-10份、二氧化硅10-30份、醇酯-121-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份和隔热助剂0.1-0.5份。
优选地,本发明所述的水性隔热涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:苯丙乳液80份、空心微珠35份、硅酸铝纤维5份、二氧化硅15份、醇酯-122份、羟乙基纤维素2份和隔热助剂0.2份。
更优选地,所述阻燃助剂为1,2-二甲基-5-乙酰氧基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯。
最优选地所述水性隔热涂料可以制成胶乳。
本发明所述的水性隔热涂料具有较好的隔热效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取苯丙乳液80克、空心微珠35克、硅酸铝纤维5克、二氧化硅15克、醇酯-122克、羟乙基纤维素2克和1,2-二甲基-5-乙酰氧基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯0.2克,苯丙乳液为亮涂士APC-5100APC-5,空心微珠购自长治市郊区兰科保温材料厂,
将上述原料加入涂料分散机中,在转速为1200转/min的条件下搅拌约2小时,制得隔热涂料。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备水性隔热涂料,不同之处在于不使用1,2-二甲基-5-乙酰氧基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯。
实验例
根据下列方法来测定涂料的导热系数:
闵凯,刘斌,温广.导热系数测量方法与应用分析[J].保鲜与加工,2005,6(31):35-38
实施例1中的涂料的导热系数为0.0154W/(m·K),实施例2中的涂料的导热系数为0.0298W/(m·K),两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。这说明,1,2-二甲基-5-乙酰氧基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯的加入大大强化了涂料的隔热效果。

1.一种水性隔热涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯丙乳液50-100份、空心微珠30-50份、硅酸铝纤维1-10份、二氧化硅10-30份、醇酯-121-5份、羟乙基纤维素1-5份和隔热助剂0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性隔热涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:苯丙乳液80份、空心微珠35份、硅酸铝纤维5份、二氧化硅15份、醇酯-122份、羟乙基纤维素2份和隔热助剂0.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃助剂为1,2-二甲基-5-乙酰氧基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸乙酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水性隔热涂料,其特征在于,所述水性隔热涂料可以制成胶乳。
