技术领域
 本发明属于化工涂料领域,具体是涉及一种隔热防水涂料。
背景技术
建筑物用涂料的品种有很多,乳液的出现也使得涂料的发展更加迅速,使涂料各方面的性能都有提高。然而,能够有效地阻止太阳的热量传进室内的涂料品种却很少。隔热涂料因其具有良好的隔热性能和简单的施工过程,在现代工业和生产中的作用越来越大。隔热防水涂料含有一种微泡玻璃球,它有着无数闭合胶体。为这种微泡玻璃提供载体的是具有高性能的特种树脂,是聚合物和共聚物的总和体。
聚苯乙烯的耐水性、保温性、绝缘性都比较好,聚苯乙烯的这些性能使得其可能被制造为保温、防水、防腐涂料。如果能够有效的利用这种废弃的聚苯乙烯,不仅可以减少环境污染,还可以变废为宝,实现资源的重复利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的隔热防水涂料,不仅具有良好的隔热防水效果,而且还能把废弃的聚苯乙烯重新再利用,减少了环境污染,实现了资源的重复利用。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种隔热防水涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚苯乙烯泡沫15-20份;环氧树脂8-12份;苯丙乳液6-10份;钛白粉18-25份;分散剂6-12份;填料20-30份;助溶剂1-5份;增塑剂7-10份;其余为去离子水。
所述填料为低导热系数的填料。
所述分散剂为水性涂料分散剂。
所述增塑剂优选为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
所述助溶剂优选为浓度 96%-98% 的丙二醇。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所提供的隔热防水涂料,不仅具有良好的隔热防水效果,而且还能把废弃的聚苯乙烯重新再利用,减少了环境污染,实现了资源的重复利用。

实施例2,一种隔热防水涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚苯乙烯泡沫18份;环氧树脂10份;苯丙乳液8份;钛白粉20份;分散剂10份;填料25份;助溶剂3份;增塑剂8份;其余为去离子水。
实施例3,一种隔热防水涂料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚苯乙烯泡沫20份;环氧树脂12份;苯丙乳液10份;钛白粉25份;分散剂12份;填料30份;助溶剂5份;增塑剂10份;其余为去离子水。

1.一种隔热防水涂料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚苯乙烯泡沫15-20份;环氧树脂8-12份;苯丙乳液6-10份;钛白粉18-25份;分散剂6-12份;填料20-30份;助溶剂1-5份;增塑剂7-10份;其余为去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热防水涂料,其特征在于:填料为低导热系数的填料。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔热防水涂料,其特征在于:分散剂为水性涂料分散剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的隔热防水涂料,其特征在于:增塑剂优选为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的隔热防水涂料,其特征在于:助溶剂优选为浓度 96%-98% 的丙二醇。
