本发明公开了一种尼龙泡沫材料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:无规共聚聚丙烯105-120、尼龙66 5-7、姜黄素0.3-1、双辛基二甲基氯化铵0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、硝酸镁0.4-1、硝酸锌0.3-1、氧化锆1-2、硅酸铝3-4、云母粉12-17、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7-1、磷酸三乙酯0.8-2、无纺布破碎料12-20、防腐助剂1-2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.6-1、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.1-0.2;本发明的产品的发泡倍率、泡孔尺寸分布及力学性能好,适宜进行刚性承载及热塑成型,成品具有很好的拉伸伸强度、抗冲击强度和抗弯曲强度等力学性能。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及塑料领域,尤其涉及一种尼龙泡沫材料。
背景技术
    随着社会的不断发展和进步,大量的无纺布制品因其具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点,而被广泛应用到生活、工作、生产的各个地方,同时又因为其价格便宜,很多产品质量不高,因此形成大量的废弃品,因其质轻,对于无纺布的回收又比较简单,且回收量大,所以基于节能和降低生产成本的考虑,本公司采用回收的无纺布破碎料,做成新的塑料片材。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种尼龙泡沫材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种尼龙泡沫材料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
无规共聚聚丙烯105-120、尼龙66 5-7、姜黄素0.3-1、双辛基二甲基氯化铵0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、硝酸镁0.4-1、硝酸锌0.3-1、氧化锆1-2、硅酸铝3-4、云母粉12-17、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7-1、磷酸三乙酯0.8-2、无纺布破碎料12-20、防腐助剂1-2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.6-1、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.1-0.2;
所述的防腐助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30-40、双丙酮丙烯酰胺0.3-1、硅酸乙酯1-2、丙酸钙3-5、脱氢乙酸2-3、偏钒酸铵0.8-1、无水乙醇4-6、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.3-1;
将硅酸乙酯加入到无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇酯溶液;
将脱氢乙酸与丙酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入到6-10倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入月桂基二甲基氧化胺,搅拌均匀,得分散液;
将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加热到100-105℃,加入醇酯溶液,搅拌均匀,加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入分散液,200-300转/分搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌后脱水,在70-80℃下干燥3-5分钟,即得所述防腐助剂。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的尼龙泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将尼龙66加热软化,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混至常温,得酯化尼龙;
(2)将双辛基二甲基氯化铵加入到5-7倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸镁、硝酸锌,搅拌均匀,加入硅酸铝,50-60℃下保温搅拌5-10分钟,冷却至常温,得分散液;
(3)将无纺布破碎料在100-105℃下预热10-20分钟,加入分散液,保温搅拌20-30分钟,脱水,烘干,加入酯化尼龙、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混合10-20分钟,熔融挤出,冷却、磨粉,得粉料;
(4)将与上述粉料和剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,通过发泡挤出机挤出成型。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的防腐助剂中将丙酸钙、脱氢乙酸与醇酯溶液混合,最后通过分散液与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯干燥成型,使得成品具有高强度、高耐候、轻质、防腐等优良特性。
    本发明的产品的发泡倍率、泡孔尺寸分布及力学性能好,适宜进行刚性承载及热塑成型,成品具有很好的拉伸伸强度、抗冲击强度和抗弯曲强度等力学性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种尼龙泡沫材料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
无规共聚聚丙烯120、尼龙66 7、姜黄素0.3、双辛基二甲基氯化铵0.6、纳米碳粉5、硝酸镁0.4、硝酸锌0.3、氧化锆1、硅酸铝3、云母粉17、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7、磷酸三乙酯0.8、无纺布破碎料20、防腐助剂2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.6、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.2;
所述的防腐助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯40、双丙酮丙烯酰胺0.3、硅酸乙酯2、丙酸钙5、脱氢乙酸2、偏钒酸铵0.8、无水乙醇4、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.3;
将硅酸乙酯加入到无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇酯溶液;
将脱氢乙酸与丙酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入到10倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入月桂基二甲基氧化胺,搅拌均匀,得分散液;
将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加热到105℃,加入醇酯溶液,搅拌均匀,加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺,保温搅拌2小时,加入分散液,300转/分搅拌混合20分钟,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌后脱水,在80℃下干燥5分钟,即得所述防腐助剂。
一种如权利要求1所述的尼龙泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将尼龙66加热软化,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混至常温,得酯化尼龙;
(2)将双辛基二甲基氯化铵加入到7倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸镁、硝酸锌,搅拌均匀,加入硅酸铝,60℃下保温搅拌10分钟,冷却至常温,得分散液;
(3)将无纺布破碎料在105℃下预热20分钟,加入分散液,保温搅拌30分钟,脱水,烘干,加入酯化尼龙、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混合20分钟,熔融挤出,冷却、磨粉,得粉料;
(4)将与上述粉料和剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,通过发泡挤出机挤出成型。
性能测试:
冲击强度:13.4KJ/cm3
邵氏硬度(HD):64.2;
发泡倍率:6.31;
泡孔密度(×1010个/cm3):1.10。

1.一种尼龙泡沫材料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
无规共聚聚丙烯105-120、尼龙66 5-7、姜黄素0.3-1、双辛基二甲基氯化铵0.6-1、纳米碳粉3-5、硝酸镁0.4-1、硝酸锌0.3-1、氧化锆1-2、硅酸铝3-4、云母粉12-17、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1-2、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.7-1、磷酸三乙酯0.8-2、无纺布破碎料12-20、防腐助剂1-2、偶氮二甲酰胺0.6-1、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.1-0.2;
所述的防腐助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯30-40、双丙酮丙烯酰胺0.3-1、硅酸乙酯1-2、丙酸钙3-5、脱氢乙酸2-3、偏钒酸铵0.8-1、无水乙醇4-6、月桂基二甲基氧化胺0.3-1;
将硅酸乙酯加入到无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇酯溶液;
将脱氢乙酸与丙酸钙混合,球磨均匀,加入到6-10倍去离子水中,搅拌均匀后加入月桂基二甲基氧化胺,搅拌均匀,得分散液;
将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯加热到100-105℃,加入醇酯溶液,搅拌均匀,加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺,保温搅拌1-2小时,加入分散液,200-300转/分搅拌混合10-20分钟,加入剩余各原料,充分搅拌后脱水,在70-80℃下干燥3-5分钟,即得所述防腐助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的尼龙泡沫材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将尼龙66加热软化,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混至常温,得酯化尼龙;
(2)将双辛基二甲基氯化铵加入到5-7倍水中,搅拌均匀后加入硝酸镁、硝酸锌,搅拌均匀,加入硅酸铝,50-60℃下保温搅拌5-10分钟,冷却至常温,得分散液;
(3)将无纺布破碎料在100-105℃下预热10-20分钟,加入分散液,保温搅拌20-30分钟,脱水,烘干,加入酯化尼龙、磷酸三乙酯,搅拌混合10-20分钟,熔融挤出,冷却、磨粉,得粉料;
(4)将与上述粉料和剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,通过发泡挤出机挤出成型。
