Abstract

高韧性高强度PEVA膜,包含以下的重量份数的组分制成:双峰PE 18.6份、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)6.3份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25份、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5份、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5份、PE白色母料3~5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)8~15份、防霉剂1~3份、流变母料0~1份,本发明的有益效果是由于组成成分中加入了一定量的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)使得PEVA膜再保留了原有的良好韧性的同时,也得到了较大的拉伸强度和硬度,提高了产品的抗划痕性。

高韧性高强度PEVA膜
技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,更具体地说是一种高韧性高强度PEVA膜。
背景技术
PEVA即聚乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯,是由PE和EVA两种材料共混合成的,有良好柔软性和少许的弹性,是制造薄膜的常用材料之一,该材料制作的PEVA膜虽然具有良好的韧性,但是拉伸强度不足、产品易产生划痕,在某些使用中,不但要求薄膜具有良好的韧性还要有较高的拉伸强度,使得现有的PEVA膜不能达到使用要求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种具有良好韧性,又有较高的拉伸强度、抗划痕性好的PEVA膜,技术方案为:所述的高韧性高拉伸强度PEVA膜,包含以下的重量份数的组分:双峰PE 18.6份、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)6.3份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25份、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5份、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5份、PE白色母料3~5份、改性苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)8~15份、防霉剂1~3份、流变母料0~1份。
按上述重量份数的组分混合配制成原材料,然后通过双向拉伸或流延即可生产出性能良好的高韧性高强度PEVA膜。
本发明的有益效果是高韧性高强度PEVA膜由于组成成分中加入了一定量的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)使得PEVA膜保留原有的良好韧性的同时,提高了拉伸强度,提高了产品的抗划痕性。

结合以下实施例对本发明进一步详细描述,以便公众更好地掌握本发明的实施方法:
实施例一:
称取:双峰PE  18.6千克、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) 6.3千克、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25千克、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5千克、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5千克、PE白色母料  3千克、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS) 8千克、防霉剂  1千克、流变母料 0.1千克。
将上述重量的组分充分混合,配制成高韧性高强度PEVA膜原材料,然后通过双向拉伸工艺即可生产出性能良好的高韧性高强度PEVA膜。
实施例二:
称取:双峰PE  18.6千克、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) 6.3千克、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25千克、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5千克、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5千克、PE白色母料  4千克、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS) 11.5千克、防霉剂  2千克、流变母料 0.5千克。
将上述重量的组分充分混合,配制成高韧性高强度PEVA膜原材料,然后通过流延工艺即可生产出性能良好的高韧性高强度PEVA膜。
实施例三:
称取:双峰PE  18.6千克、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE) 6.3千克、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25千克、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5千克、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5千克、PE白色母料  5千克、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS) 15千克、防霉剂  3千克、流变母料 1千克。
将上述重量的组分充分混合,配制成高韧性高强度PEVA膜原材料,然后通过双向拉伸工艺即可生产出性能良好的高韧性高强度PEVA膜。
经试验测得,本发明高韧性高强度PEVA膜与原始PEVA膜拉伸强度对比数据如图1所示。
本发明高韧性高强度PEVA膜由于组成成分中加入了一定量的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)使得PEVA膜再保留了原有良好韧性的同时,也较大提升了拉伸强度,提高了产品的抗划痕性。

1. 高韧性高强度PEVA膜,其特征是高韧性高强度PEVA膜的重量份数的组分为:双峰PE 18.6份、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)6.3份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)25份、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)8.5份、碳酸钙(CaCO3)5份、PE白色母料3~5份、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)8~15份、防霉剂1~3份、流变母料0~1份。
