Abstract

本发明涉及一种水处理剂,尤其涉及一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂,该阻垢剂由羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、膦酰基羧酸共聚物、葡萄糖酸钠和水组成,各组分所占重量百分比为:羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物?10-15%、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA9-10%、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物16-18%、膦酰基羧酸共聚物7-10%、葡萄糖酸钠8-10%,余量为水,其中所述的组分原料均为市售工业品。本发明主要用于工业循环水的处理。

Description

一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水处理剂,尤其涉及一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂。
背景技术
近三十年来我国经济得到了快速的发展,其中以石油、化工和钢铁行业发展尤为迅速,这样就造成了工业循环用水量的不断提高,随着浓缩倍数的提高,工业循环冷却水中结垢性离子Ca2+、Mg2+、HCO3 -等的浓度大量增加,这样就容易造成设备结垢,影响设备的导热,容易造成生产事故;为了解决设备结垢的问题,循环冷却水通常采用投加阻垢剂的方法,常用的阻垢剂有聚磷酸盐、磷酸酯、有机磷酸和聚合物类等。其中,有机磷酸类药剂以其高效的缓蚀与阻垢双重功能而被广泛应用,该类水处理药剂具有化学性能稳定、能耐较高温度和pH值、有明显的溶限效应和协同效应等特点。但含磷类阻垢剂易造成环境水域的富营养化,促进菌藻的生长形成赤潮而引起水源污染。而无磷阻垢剂又因加药量大,阻垢效率低而受到限制,因此,低磷高效阻垢分散剂已成为水处理药剂的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂,它可在较宽的给水pH范围内使用,能有效地控制CaCO3、CaSO4、BaSO4、SrSO4等沉积垢物,由于是一种低磷高效的产品,与常规的含磷类阻垢分散剂相比,可减轻系统生物污染和细菌超标的隐患,具有加药量小,适用范围广的特点。
本发明要解决的技术问题由如下方案来实现:一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂,其特征在于:该阻垢剂由羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、膦酰基羧酸共聚物、葡萄糖酸钠和水组成,各组分所占重量百分比为:羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物10-15%、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA9-10%、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物16-18%、膦酰基羧酸共聚物7-10%、葡萄糖酸钠8-10%,余量为水,其中所述的组分原料均为市售工业品。
本发明的有益效果:本分散剂的应用,在碱度50-600mg.L-1、硬度50-800mg.L-1在7-9.5、电导控制在500μs.cm-1~3500μs.cm-1工业循环水中,直接进行处理,其投加量为10mg.L-1~30mg.L-1,试验结果显示该药剂阻垢性能优异。
具体实施方式
实施例1-6,组分原料按照百分比组成。
制备方法:制备时依次将各组分加入搅拌容器中,常温、常压下,搅拌速度60转/分钟,搅拌时间为1h,即得产品。在实际应用中投加量为10-30mg/l,也可根据水质情况做适当调整。
分散剂的配方:见表1

将上表的实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5及实施例6中的一组,选其一制备:将纯净水、羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、膦酰基羧酸共聚物、葡萄糖酸钠和水组成,依次加入搅拌容器中,常温、常压下,搅拌速度60转/分钟,搅拌时间为1h,即得产品。
上表的实施例是本一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂与某市售有机磷药剂应用效果对比试验,本实验用水为某企业循环冷却水补充水,水质见表2。

按照国家标准GB/T16632-2008“水处理剂阻垢剂性能测定”评价阻垢剂的性能。及根据中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准SY/T5673-93"油田用防垢剂性能评价方法“进行阻垢评价,本产品与市售有机磷药剂阻垢性能的对比结果见表3。
表3试验结果
由表3得知,本产品分散剂效果明显优于对比例,阻垢性能良好。
对比例为我国内地一厂家生产的阻垢剂分散剂。

1.一种低磷高效阻垢分散剂,其特征在于:该阻垢剂由羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、膦酰基羧酸共聚物、葡萄糖酸钠和水组成,各组分所占重量百分比为:羧酸盐-磺酸盐-N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺三元共聚物10-15%、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸PBTCA9-10%、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物16-18%、膦酰基羧酸共聚物7-10%、葡萄糖酸钠8-10%,余量为水,其中所述的组分原料均为市售工业品。
