Abstract
一种注胶成型模具。提供了一种制造成本低,生产效率高,产品质量高,一次能生产多种颜色的注胶成型模具。包括前模组件和后模组件,所述前模组件设于所述后模组件上,所述前模组件包括隔热板、面板、分流板、热流道分流板、热嘴固定板、前模芯固定板、前模芯和至少两组注胶机构,所述隔热板设于所述面板上,所述面板设于所述分流板上,所述热流道分流板设于所述分流板内,所述热嘴固定板设于所述分流板上,所述前模芯设于所述前模芯固定板上,所述后模组件包括后模芯固定板、后模芯、底板、顶针托板、顶针固定板、一对侧固定板和若干顶针,所述热嘴固定板、前模芯和后模芯上均设有若干水道。本发明提高生产效率,降低制作成本,提高产品质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及模具领域,尤其涉及一种用于制造牙刷的注胶成型模具。
背景技术
对于牙刷这类日用品,通常同一款牙刷具有多种颜色,以符合不同人群对颜色的喜爱。目前市场上大部分牙刷的柄体主要有两大部分组成:柄体主体(俗称“白板”)和注胶体,通常生产出若干白板后,根据设计,在白板上成型不同颜色的注胶体,从而得到不同颜色的牙刷。目前,现有技术中,通过是一套颜色的注胶体对应一套注胶模具,若多种颜色就对应多套注胶模具,大大增加了模具的制造成本,降低了生产效率,也难以保证货物交付率。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种制造成本低,生产效率高,产品质量高,一次能生产多种颜色的的注胶成型模具。
本发明的技术方案是:包括前模组件和后模组件,所述前模组件设于所述后模组件上,所述前模组件包括隔热板、面板、分流板、热流道分流板、热嘴固定板、前模芯固定板、前模芯和至少两组注胶机构,所述隔热板设于所述面板上,所述面板设于所述分流板上,所述热流道分流板设于所述分流板内,所述热嘴固定板设于所述分流板上,所述前模芯设于所述前模芯固定板上,所述前模芯固定板设于所述热嘴固定板上;
所述注胶机构连通在所述前模组件内,所述注胶机构包括定位环、主灌嘴、流道和至少两组进胶热嘴,所述定位环设于所述隔热板上、且所述定位环内设有圆台形导向孔,所述流道设于所述热流道分流板内,所述主灌嘴设于所述面板内、且所述主灌嘴上端连通所述导向孔、下端连通所述流道,所述流道连通所述进胶热嘴,所述进胶热嘴设于所述热流道分流板上、且穿设过所述热嘴固定板和前模芯;
所述前模芯上设有与所述进胶热嘴一一对应的前模腔;
所述进胶热嘴的下端连通至所述前模腔;
所述热流道分流板上设有若干曲线形电阻丝,所述电阻丝的两端连接有感温器;
所述前模组件的外部设有接线盒,所述接线盒连接所述电阻丝;
所述后模组件包括后模芯固定板、后模芯、底板、顶针托板、顶针固定板、一对侧固定板和若干顶针,所述一对侧固定板分别设于所述底板的两侧,所述后模芯固定板设于所述一对侧固定板上,所述后模芯设于所述后模芯固定板上;所述顶针设于所述顶针固定板上,所述顶针固定板设于所述顶针托板上,所述顶针托板活动设于所述底板上、且所述顶针托板和顶针固定板位于所述一对侧固定板之间;
所述后模芯设有与所述前模腔一一对应的后模腔;
所述顶针穿设过所述后模芯固定板和后模芯、且连通所述后模腔;
所述底板上设有穿设孔;
所述热嘴固定板、前模芯和后模芯上均设有若干水道。
所述电阻丝围绕所述流道布置。
每个所述后模腔内至少设有两根所述顶针。
本发明通过在注胶成型上设置至少两组注胶机构,同时由一个主灌嘴控制至少两个进胶热嘴,而进胶热嘴与前模腔一一对应,使得一个主灌嘴至少控制两个前模腔,最终实现多个注胶机构同时工作,生产出多种颜色,甚至是多种形态的牙刷,大大提高了生产效率,降低了模具的制作成本。同时,在前模组件上设有电阻丝和水道,在保证橡胶的流动的前提下,有效保护模具,加快牙刷的冷却定型,提高产品质量,防止脱模时牙刷未完全定型导致变形。

具体实施方式
本发明如图1-4所示,包括前模组件1和后模组件2,所述前模组件1设于所述后模组件2上,所述前模组件1包括隔热板11、面板12、分流板13、热流道分流板14、热嘴固定板15、前模芯固定板16、前模芯17和至少两组注胶机构18,所述隔热板11设于所述面板12上,所述面板12设于所述分流板13上,所述热流道分流板14设于所述分流板13内,所述热嘴固定板15设于所述分流板13上,所述前模芯17设于所述前模芯固定板16上,所述前模芯固定板16设于所述热嘴固定板15上;
所述注胶机构18连通在所述前模组件1内,所述注胶机构18包括定位环181、主灌嘴182、流道183和至少两组进胶热嘴184,所述定位环181设于所述隔热板11上、且所述定位环181内设有圆台形导向孔1811,所述流道183设于所述热流道分流板14内(所述流道183实质是在所述热流道分流板14上开设的孔,从而形成流通通道),所述主灌嘴182设于所述面板12内、且所述主灌嘴182上端连通所述导向孔1811、下端连通所述流道183,所述流道183连通所述进胶热嘴184,所述进胶热嘴184设于所述热流道分流板14上、且穿设过所述热嘴固定板15和前模芯17,通过所述导向孔1811便于注塑机的喷嘴与所述主灌嘴182配合准确。
所述前模芯17上设有与所述进胶热嘴184一一对应的前模腔171;
所述进胶热嘴184的下端连通至所述前模腔171;
所述热流道分流板14上设有若干曲线形电阻丝141,用于加热橡胶,防止因温度降低,导致橡胶流动性降低或凝固,所述电阻丝141的两端连接有感温器142,用于控制所述电阻丝141的发热温度,确保温度在可控范围内;
所述前模组件1的外部设有接线盒19,所述接线盒19连接所述电阻丝141;
所述电阻丝141围绕所述流道183布置,确保热量的使用的最大化。
所述后模组件2包括后模芯固定板21、后模芯22、底板23、顶针托板24、顶针固定板25、一对侧固定板26和若干顶针27,所述一对侧固定板26分别设于所述底板23的两侧,所述后模芯固定板21设于所述一对侧固定板26上,所述后模芯22设于所述后模芯固定板21上;所述顶针27设于所述顶针固定板25上,所述顶针固定板25设于所述顶针托板24上,所述顶针托板24活动设于所述底板23上、且所述顶针托板24和顶针固定板25位于所述一对侧固定板26之间;
所述后模芯22设有与所述前模腔171一一对应的后模腔221,所述前模组件1和后模组件2合模时,所述前模腔171和后模腔221形成一个完整的、密闭的用于注胶的腔体;
所述顶针27穿设过所述后模芯固定板21和后模芯22、且连通所述后模腔221;
为保证脱模时的平衡性,每个所述后模腔221内至少设有两根所述顶针27;
所述底板23上设有穿设孔231,用于压力机上顶杆通过所述穿设孔231顶至所述顶针托板24,最终实现脱模。
所述热嘴固定板15、前模芯17和后模芯22上均设有若干水道3,用于降低所述前模芯17和后模芯22的温度,以便注胶后的牙刷柄能更好的冷却、定型,同时也及时降低模具的整体温度,确保模具的使用寿命。
Claims (3)
1.一种注胶成型模具,包括前模组件和后模组件,所述前模组件设于所述后模组件上,其特征在于,所述前模组件包括隔热板、面板、分流板、热流道分流板、热嘴固定板、前模芯固定板、前模芯和至少两组注胶机构,所述隔热板设于所述面板上,所述面板设于所述分流板上,所述热流道分流板设于所述分流板内,所述热嘴固定板设于所述分流板上,所述前模芯设于所述前模芯固定板上,所述前模芯固定板设于所述热嘴固定板上;
所述注胶机构连通在所述前模组件内,所述注胶机构包括定位环、主灌嘴、流道和至少两组进胶热嘴,所述定位环设于所述隔热板上、且所述定位环内设有圆台形导向孔,所述流道设于所述热流道分流板内,所述主灌嘴设于所述面板内、且所述主灌嘴上端连通所述导向孔、下端连通所述流道,所述流道连通所述进胶热嘴,所述进胶热嘴设于所述热流道分流板上、且穿设过所述热嘴固定板和前模芯;
所述前模芯上设有与所述进胶热嘴一一对应的前模腔;
所述进胶热嘴的下端连通至所述前模腔;
所述热流道分流板上设有若干曲线形电阻丝,所述电阻丝的两端连接有感温器;
所述前模组件的外部设有接线盒,所述接线盒连接所述电阻丝;
所述后模组件包括后模芯固定板、后模芯、底板、顶针托板、顶针固定板、一对侧固定板和若干顶针,所述一对侧固定板分别设于所述底板的两侧,所述后模芯固定板设于所述一对侧固定板上,所述后模芯设于所述后模芯固定板上;所述顶针设于所述顶针固定板上,所述顶针固定板设于所述顶针托板上,所述顶针托板活动设于所述底板上、且所述顶针托板和顶针固定板位于所述一对侧固定板之间;
所述后模芯设有与所述前模腔一一对应的后模腔;
所述顶针穿设过所述后模芯固定板和后模芯、且连通所述后模腔;
所述底板上设有穿设孔;
所述热嘴固定板、前模芯和后模芯上均设有若干水道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注胶成型模具,其特征在于,所述电阻丝围绕所述流道布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注胶成型模具,其特征在于,每个所述后模腔内至少设有两根所述顶针。
