技术领域
本发明属于中医中药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗肾结石、尿路结石的中药配方。
背景技术
肾结石、尿路结石等一直是困扰人们的常见病和多发病，其患病率约占15％，并且还有上升的趋势。已知的肾结石、尿路结石成分有数十种。临床上通常把结石分为四大类：含钙结石、感染性结石、尿酸结石和胱氨酸结石。肾结石、尿路结石的病因很多，有遗传性因素、代谢性因素、感染性因素、环境因素、饮食因素、解剖因素、药物因素等。目前治疗结石病的方法有西医疗法和中医疗法。
西医疗法如使用国外生产的消石素，难以有效推广。国内目前西医临床治疗泌尿系结石采取的是开放性手术、经皮肾镜取石术、体外超声波碎石治疗，这些方法均难以有效根治，容易造成感染，且结石复发率较高，施行手术尤其是多次手术会给人体带来诸多不利及痛苦。相对于西医疗法中存在的不足，更多患者愿意采用中医疗法。
中药已经在肾结石、尿路结石用药市场占有重要地位，因为中药副作用小，疗效确切，适用于长期用药，适应了肾结石、尿路结石容易复发的特点，临床应用非常广泛。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗肾结石、尿路结石的中药配方，通过中药调理，清热解毒、利尿通淋、软坚散结、补益肝肾，有效化石、利尿排结石，治疗肾结石、尿路结石，无需手术，减轻患者的痛苦。
本发明的治疗肾结石、尿路结石的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：
扁蓄2-4份、玉米须2-4份、鸡骨草2-4份、蝼蛄2-3份、扛板归2-3份、车前子1-3份、冬葵子2-3份、灯芯草2-4份、金沙牛1-3份、蒲黄2-4份、鸡内金1-3份、海金沙2-4份、猫须草2-3份、肉苁蓉2-3份、菟丝子2-3份、熟地黄2-3份、枸杞子2-3份、桑螵蛸2-3份、桑寄生2-3份、萆薢2-3份、泽泻2-3份、草石蚕4-6份、茯苓2-3份、薏仁2-3份和香加皮2-3份。
作为优选，按如下重量份数配制：

本发明的中药，按下述步骤制备：
按照配方称取中药原料，桑螵蛸、蒲黄、鸡内金、蝼蛄研磨成粉末，其余药材加入到容器中，加水漫过药面浸泡10～20分钟，再加水没过药面3～5厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮20～30分钟，取滤液；然后再加水没过药面3～5厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮15～20分钟，然后去渣取滤液，两次滤液合并并加入研磨的桑螵蛸、蒲黄、鸡内金、蝼蛄粉末即可。
使用时，每次200～300ml，早晚各一次。
药理分析：
扁蓄：味苦，性微寒。归膀胱经。利尿通淋，杀虫，止痒。用于热淋涩痛，小便短赤，虫积腹痛，皮肤湿疹，阴痒带下等证。
玉米须：味甘性平，有利尿消肿、降血压、止血、利胆等作用。
鸡骨草：味甘微苦、性凉，归肝、胆、胃经。清热利湿，散瘀止痛。主黄疸型肝炎，胃痛，风湿骨痛，跌打瘀痛，乳痛。
蝼蛄：性味咸，寒。入胃、膀胱经。功能利水通便。可用于治疗水肿、石淋、小便不利、瘰疬、臃肿恶疮等。
扛板归：酸，平，无毒。利水消肿，清热，活血，解毒。治水肿，黄疸，泄泻，疟疾，痢疾，百日咳，淋浊，丹毒，瘰疬，湿疹，疥癣。
车前子：味甘，性寒。归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。用于热淋涩痛，水肿胀满，暑湿泄泻，目赤肿痛，痰热咳嗽。
冬葵子：甘，寒，能利水，滑肠，下乳。
灯芯草：清心降火，利尿通淋。治淋病，水肿，小便不利，湿热黄疸，心烦不寐，小儿夜啼，喉痹，创伤。
金沙牛：辛、咸，温。归肾、膀胱经。解热，镇痉，散结，利尿通淋，化疔毒。用于小儿高热，肾及尿道结石，小便不利，瘰疬，疔疮。
蒲黄：甘，平。归肝、心包经。止血，化瘀，通淋。用于吐血，衄血，咯血，崩漏，外伤出血，经闭痛经，脘腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛，血淋涩痛。
鸡内金：甘，平。归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经；功效：消食健胃助消化，涩精止遗。可以促进胃液分泌，提高胃酸度及消化力，使胃运动功能明显增强，胃排空加快。涩精止遗。
海金沙：甘、淡，性寒；归小肠经、膀胱经。无毒。有通利小肠，疗伤寒热狂，治湿热肿毒，小便热淋膏淋血淋，石淋经痛，解热毒气。
猫须草：甘淡微苦，凉。清热去湿，排石利水。治急性肾炎，膀胱炎，尿路结石，风湿性关节炎。
菟丝子：气味辛，甘，平无毒。补肾益精，养肝明目。适用于肝肾不足的腰膝筋骨酸痛，腿脚软弱无力、阳痿遗精、呓语、小便频数、尿有余沥、头晕眼花、视物不清、耳鸣耳聋以及妇女带下、习惯性流产等症。
熟地黄：甘，微温。归肝、肾经。补血养阴，填精益髓。
枸杞：甘，平。枸杞叶：苦、甘；性凉；养肝，滋肾，润肺。枸杞叶：补虚益精，清热明目。
肉苁蓉：咸；性温；归肾；大肠经；补肾阳；益精血；润肠道。主肾阳虚衰；精血不足之阳痿；遗精；白浊；尿频余沥；腰痛脚弱；耳鸣目花；月经衍期；宫寒不孕；肠燥便秘。
桑螵蛸：咸甘，平。入肝、肾经、膀胱经；补肾助阳、固精缩尿；龙骨敛汗固精、止血涩肠。
桑寄生：味苦、甘，性平。肝、肾经。用于风湿痹痛，腰膝酸软，筋骨无力，崩漏经多，妊娠漏血，胎动不安，头晕目眩。
萆薢：味苦，性平。肾、胃经。有利湿去浊，祛风除痹的功效。
泽泻：甘，寒。主风寒湿痹，乳难，消水，养五脏，益气力，肥健。
草石蚕：和五脏，下气，清神。泡酒喝，除风破血。煮食，治溪涧砂毒。焙干吃，主治走注风，散血止痛。茎叶上的节也可捣成末和酒服。但不宜生吃或多食，否则生寸白虫。倘若与各各鱼同食，会使人呕吐。
茯苓：主治水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
薏仁：味甘、淡，性凉。归脾、胃、肺经。有利水渗透湿，健脾止泻，除痹，排脓，解毒散结的作用。用于水肿，脚气，小便不利，脾虚泄泻，湿痹拘挛，肺痈，肠痈；赘疣，癌肿。
香加皮：性味性温，味辛、苦；功能主治祛风湿，强筋骨。用于风寒湿痹、腰膝酸软、心悸气短、下肢浮肿。
临床试验结果如下：
(1)、一般资料
纳入标准：腰部及肾区或下腹部疼痛不适，尿频、尿急、尿痛，经肾脏B超、X线或造影确诊为肾部或尿路结石；结石直径6-10mm；肾功能正常；排除过敏体质者、妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及有严重肝肾、造血系统等疾病者。共入选50例，其中男性28例，女性21例，年龄28-55岁。
(2)、研究方法
50例入选患者分为两组，治疗组25例，对照组25例。
治疗组：服用本发明中药组合物制得的汤剂，每次200-300ml，每次两次，每天保证饮水1500ml以上。
对照组：口服五淋化石丸，一日三次，每次5粒，每天饮水1500ml以上。
(3)、疗效判定标准
痊愈：症状体征消失，肉眼见排出砂石，B超及腹平片检查肾、输尿管、膀胱正常。好转：症状体征消失，B超及腹平片检查见结石下移或变小。无效：症状体征及检查无明显改善。
(4)、研究结果
治疗30天后，两组疗效比较：

(5)、结论
治疗30天后，治疗组的总有效率为88％，高于对照组的72％(P<0.05)，且治疗组的治愈率显著高于对照组的治愈率，对肾结石、尿路结石具有较好的治疗效果。服用本发明中药组合物未出现肝肾功能损害等不良反应，表明本发明中药组合物具有较好的安全性。
考虑结石乃与肾相关的疾病，肾虚水液气化失司乃结石形成的主因，故在溶石、排石、软坚、消积，攻其有形病邪的同时辅以补肾固本，以策万全。本发明配方中，选用鸡内金、海金沙、猫须草作为化石要药，辅以扁蓄、玉米须、鸡骨草、蝼蛄、扛板归、车前子、冬葵子、灯芯草等多味利尿通淋药，有效化石排石；泽泻、茯苓、草石蚕、薏仁、香加皮利水渗湿，用以排除结石阻塞后的积水，排除肾湿，防止复发；肉苁蓉、菟丝子、熟地、枸杞子、桑螵蛸、桑寄生、萆薢，补益肝肾、强肾健骨，以防止泄下太过；诸药相伍，共奏软坚散结、化石、利尿排石，利水渗湿，有效治疗肾结石、尿路结石，有效防止结石复发，标本兼治。

白茅根3份、玉米须3份、鸡骨草3份、龙骨2份、金钱草2份、车前子2份、冬葵子2份、灯芯草3份、金沙牛2份、蒲黄3份、鸡内金2份、海金沙3份、猫须草3份、肉苁蓉2份、菟丝子2份、熟地黄3份、枸杞子3份、桑螵蛸3份、桑寄生2份、萆薢3份、厚朴5份、陈皮2份、薤白3份、大腹皮3份、泽泻5份和茯苓5份。
本发明的中药配方，按下述方法制备和使用：
按照配方称取中药原料，桑螵蛸、蒲黄、鸡内金、蝼蛄研磨成粉末，其余药材加入到容器中，加水漫过药面浸泡15分钟，再加水没过药面4厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮30分钟，取滤液；然后再加水没过药面4厘米，用武火煎煮至沸腾再改用文火煎煮20分钟，然后去渣取滤液，两次滤液合并并加入研磨的桑螵蛸、蒲黄、鸡内金、蝼蛄粉末即可。
使用时，每次250ml，早晚各一次。

1.一种治疗肾结石、尿路结石的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：扁蓄2-4份、玉米须2-4份、鸡骨草2-4份、蝼蛄2-3份、扛板归2-3份、车前子1-3份、冬葵子2-3份、灯芯草2-4份、金沙牛1-3份、蒲黄2-4份、鸡内金1-3份、海金沙2-4份、猫须草2-3份、肉苁蓉2-3份、菟丝子2-3份、熟地黄2-3份、枸杞子2-3份、桑螵蛸2-3份、桑寄生2-3份、萆薢2-3份、泽泻2-3份、草石蚕4-6份、茯苓2-3份、薏仁2-3份和香加皮2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肾结石、尿路结石的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：扁蓄3份、玉米须3份、鸡骨草3份、蝼蛄2份、扛板归2份、车前子2份、冬葵子2.5份、灯芯草3份、金沙牛1份、蒲黄3份、鸡内金2份、海金沙3份、猫须草2.5份、肉苁蓉2.5份、菟丝子2.5份、熟地黄2.5份、枸杞子2.5份、桑螵蛸2.5份、桑寄生2.5份、萆薢2.5份、泽泻2.5份、草石蚕6份、茯苓3份、薏仁3份和香加皮2份。
