Abstract

本发明涉及一种装饰用的阻燃地板革涂料，包含邻苯二甲酸二辛脂，三氧化二锑，碳酸钙，亚磷酸铅和硫酸铅，颜料，氯化石蜡。涂用该涂料生产出的地板革，阻燃成分高，阻燃性能好，阻燃氧指数达到28%以上，可有效避免各种火灾发生。

Description

一种阻燃地板革涂料
本发明涉及一种装饰用的阻燃革制品涤料，属于革类。
目前人们所用的涂料生产出的地板革阻燃成分低，阻燃性能差，达不到阻燃规定的氧指数28％的标准，易造成火灾等灾害。
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃性能好，阻燃指标高的阻燃地板革涂料。
本发明的技术解决方案如下：一种阻燃地板革涂料，其成分包括聚氯乙烯树脂(PVC)、增塑剂、阻燃剂、填充剂、热稳定剂、着色剂、润滑剂，其特殊之处在于：各种成分的重量配比为每100份聚氯乙烯树脂PVC配60-75份增塑剂，20-28份阻燃剂，15-40份填充剂，3-6份热稳定剂，3-5份着色剂，10-15份润滑剂。
其中增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二辛脂，阻燃剂采用三氧化二锑，填充剂采用碳酸钙，热稳定剂采用亚磷酸铅和硫酸铅，着色剂采用颜料，润滑剂采用氯化石蜡。
为了达到阻燃效果、要求和经济，阻燃剂的配比最好采用23-25份。
本发明阻燃地板革涂料生产出的地板革，阻燃成分高，阻燃性能好，达到阻燃规定的氧指数28％以上，可有效避免各种火灾的发生。
下面给出本发明的具体实施例，用来进一步说明本发明的阻燃地板革涂料：
实施例1，一种阻燃地板革涂料，其成分包括聚氯乙烯树脂PVC，邻苯二甲酸二辛脂DOP，三氧化二锑Sb2O3，碳酸钙CaCO3，颜料，氧化石蜡，亚磷酸铅，硫酸铅，其配比采用每100份聚氯乙烯树脂PVC配60份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂DOP，20份三氧化二锑，15份碳酸钙，3份颜料，10份氯化石蜡，1份亚磷酸铅，2份硫酸铅。其中邻苯二甲酸二辛脂用作增塑剂，增加聚合物塑性，使地板革聚合物的硬度、模量、软化温度和脆化温度下降，而伸长率、曲挠性和柔韧性提高；三氧化二锑用作阻燃剂，用于提高耐燃性和自熄性；碳酸钙用作填充剂，加入树脂中作为基本组份以改善其性能或降低成本；亚磷酸铅和硫酸铅用作热稳定剂，可有效防止聚氯乙烯及其他含氯聚合物由于受热引起降解；颜料用作着色剂，用于改变塑料颜色；氯化石蜡用作润滑剂，用于改善塑料在加热成型加工时的流动性和脱模性。
实施例2，该实施例与实施例1的区别在于，其配比为每100份聚氯乙烯树脂PVC配65份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂DOP，24份三氧化二锑，28份碳酸钙，4份颜料，12份氯化石蜡，2份亚磷酸铅，2份硫酸铅。
实施例3，该实施例与实施例1的区别在于，其配比为每100份聚氯乙烯树脂PVC配73份邻苯二甲酸二辛脂DOP，27份三氧化二锑，38份碳酸钙，5份颜料，14份氯化石蜡，2.5份亚磷酸铅，3份硫酸铅。

Claims (2)

1、一种阻燃地板革涂料：其成分包括聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、填充剂、热稳定剂、着色剂、润滑剂，其特征在于：增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二辛脂，阻燃剂采用三氧化二锑，填充剂采用碳酸钙，热稳定剂采用亚磷酸铅和硫酸铅，着色剂采用颜料，润滑剂采用氯化石蜡，各种成分的重量配比为每100份聚氯乙烯树脂PVC配60-75份增塑剂，20-28份阻燃剂，15-40份填充剂，3-6份热稳定剂，3-5份着色剂，10-15份润滑剂。
2、按照权利要求1所述的一种阻燃地板革涂料，其特征在于：阻燃剂的配比最好为23-25份。
