Abstract

一种管母线多孔连接装置,包括管母线、中间连接器、螺栓,所述管母线的端头向中间方向等分开有四道切口,每两道切口之间均设有至少一个沉孔;所述中间连接器两端为导电连接部,中部有一圈凸台,其中凸台的外径与管母线的外径相等,导电连接部的外径与管母线的内径相等,其两端导电连接部各设有至少四个与管母线沉孔相对应的螺孔;所述中间连接器的导电连接部嵌入管母线中,所述螺栓穿过沉孔和螺孔,将管母线和中间连接器紧固在一起。由于将管母线连接端分成了四等分,再在上面开了至少四个沉孔,并且相应地在中间连接器上设有至少四个螺孔,然后通过螺栓进行紧固,这样就能够使管母线的内表面和中间连接器接触更充分、更紧密。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力输变电技术领域,具体地说是一种管母线连接装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,管母线的连接通常都是通过连接器嵌入管母线进行连接,然后再在外部采用抱箍或焊接予以固定,因而容易出现管母线和连接器的接触不够紧密、导电效果差等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种接触面紧密、连接牢固的管母线连接装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种管母线多孔连接装置,包括管母线、中间连接器、螺栓,所述管母线的端头向中间方向等分开有四道切口,每两道切口之间均设有至少一个沉孔;所述中间连接器两端为导电连接部,中部有一圈凸台,其中凸台的外径与管母线的外径相等,导电连接部的外径与管母线的内径相等,其两端导电连接部各设有至少四个与管母线沉孔相对应的螺孔;所述中间连接器的导电连接部嵌入管母线中,所述螺栓穿过沉孔和螺孔,将管母线和中间连接器紧固在一起。
采用上述技术方案,由于管母线的端头开有四道切口,将管母线连接端分成了四等分,再在上面开了至少四个沉孔,并且相应地在中间连接器上设有至少四个螺孔,然后通过螺栓进行紧固,这样就能够使管母线的内表面和中间连接器接触更充分、更紧密,提高了导电接触面,减少发热量,更加利于电流的传输。

如图1、2所示,一种管母线多孔连接装置,包括管母线1、中间连接器2、内六角沉头螺栓,所述管母线1的端头向中间方向等分开有四道切口5,每两道切口5之间均设有两个沉孔3;所述中间连接器2两端为导电连接部21,中部有一圈凸台22,其中凸台22的外径与管母线1的外径相等,导电连接部21的外径与管母线1的内径相等,其两端导电连接部21各设有八个与管母线沉孔相对应的螺孔4;所述中间连接器2的导电连接部21嵌入管母线1中,所述内六角沉头螺栓穿过沉孔3和螺孔4,将管母线1和中间连接器2紧固在一起。

1.一种管母线多孔连接装置,包括管母线、中间连接器、螺栓,其特征是:所述管母线的端头向中间方向等分开有四道切口,每两道切口之间均设有至少一个沉孔;所述中间连接器两端为导电连接部,中部有一圈凸台,其中凸台的外径与管母线的外径相等,导电连接部的外径与管母线的内径相等,其两端导电连接部各设有至少四个与管母线沉孔相对应的螺孔;所述中间连接器的导电连接部嵌入管母线中,所述螺栓穿过沉孔和螺孔,将管母线和中间连接器紧固在一起。
