同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机;是根据拉力螺丝原理设计、结构简易,一个圆柱形缸筒中间开一个排气口、一条扇形左右牙螺丝轴构成旋转压缩腔、两端扇形横切面是进气口,两端轴承座轴承固定支承着主轴的高速旋转和定位,圆柱形缸筒和螺扇轴构成吸气、压缩、排气的功能;同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机结构简易所以重量轻、体积小、澡音低、排气脉动小、振动小、排气量大压力高、造价低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的压缩机同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机;工作原理同拉力螺丝相同,当动力驱动主轴转动时轴上的两个扇形状螺纹左右向轴中间旋卷压缩气体或从轴中间向左右两边旋卷压缩气体的压缩机,同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机。 
背景技术
目前所有的压缩机都没有那么简单高效、静音、振动更小的压缩机,轴输入动力根本上转为压缩的动力。同目前的活塞往复式、滚动转子式、螺杆式、回转式、涡旋式、螺旋式和离心式压缩机相比较具有体积小、重量轻、澡音低、排气脉动小、排气量大、结构简易、造价低、排气压力高、磨损零件小、实用性可靠等特点。 
为了克服压缩机行业低效率、大澡音、结构复杂、排气脉动大、排气压力低等决点,同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机是机械设备中最为简易的装置:一圆筒、一条扇形状左右牙螺丝轴、两面进气口轴承座,圆筒中间就有排气口;机构虽然简易一但工作有那想不到的效果,那就是一条左右牙螺丝轴高速转作用所发挥与众不同的作用。每当动力驱动主轴、轴上扇形状螺丝曲面旋转左右两端空间的气体被扇形状螺丝牙面旋转从左右进气口切割横切面,而被两端卷压到轴中间形成高压气体高压排出;同时完成吸气、压缩、排气过程。 
同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机是取用常用的拉力螺丝原理实行吸气、压缩、排气;拉力螺丝是两边分左右牙的,每当旋转螺丝时两端螺母向螺丝中心移动或向左右两端移动,同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机的同轴正反向旋卷压缩轴附图中2和圆形缸筒附图中1构成旋转压缩腔左右各一个,工作时在图中4联轴器的动力输入带动扇形面图中3旋转横切气体左右两边压缩到高压腔图中15成为高压气体在排气口图中13排出,轴承图中5、6轴承座图中9、10,轴承盖图中7、8固定轴承和轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩,压缩机工作时气体从进气口图中11、12进入在压缩螺纹扇形面图中14高速旋转向轴中心压缩气流如图中16组成整个同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机。特点在于结构简易、振动小、澡音低、排气连续脉动小、排量大、压力高、转动力平行,转速过高或偏低也会影响压缩机的性能,由于空气补充不上、转速太慢压力太低;螺扇面页多也影响压缩量,如果说单螺扇面旋转压缩作用力偏向一边转动力不平行造成磨擦零件磨损效率低寿命短,取用同轴正反向旋卷压缩刚好对消这个偏向力,把轴输入动力转为压缩动力,排气压力同螺扇圈数的增加压力也越高,这压缩机转动性良好、澡音、效率当然高。 
同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机应用广、排气压力范围大,广范应用于多行业领域:五金机电、气动、燃气轮压缩机、喷气发动机压缩机等行业。

1.同轴螺扇正反向旋卷压缩机;.是根据拉力螺丝左右牙旋转松紧、张开的简易原理而研制的常用压缩机,结构简单、体积小、重量轻、排气量大、压力范围大、振动小澡音低、排气脉动小等特点应用于多行业的螺丝旋转形压缩机.主要特殊性是:一个圆柱形缸筒套一条正反向扇形螺纹组成转动的两个压缩腔在中间形成高压气体流,在圆柱形缸筒中间开一个排气口排出被压缩的高压气体,简易结构的压缩机螺丝压缩机。广范应用于五金机械、气动行业、燃气轮机压缩机、喷气发动机压缩机。
