本发明公开了一种防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.2-2.4份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.4-4.5份,乳液6.2-7.5份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.5-1.2份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.3-3.5份,稳定剂0.2-0.5份,二氧化钛3.5-5.6份,增稠剂0.5-0.8份,防冻剂0.4-0.6份。本发明具有高生产效率、低耗能与低成本等优点,获得的漆膜具有外观好、耐刮划佳、耐磨性和耐溶剂性佳之特点;对环境污染性低,可作为环保材料;既具有一般紫外线光固化涂料的特征,又能赋予产品深厚的层次感及特殊光泽,提高了涂料的分散性、稳定性,又能在生产过程中降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其是涉及一种防紫外线的涂料,属于涂料领域。   
背景技术
近年来,伴随现代科技的高速发展,抗紫外线涂料作为一种新型固化技术涂料,出现了日新月异、迅猛发展的良好势头。抗紫外线涂料因其具有固化速度快 (0.1-10 秒完成固化)、节省能源( 耗能约为热固化涂料的1/5-1/10) 以及涂层性能优异( 如高光泽、高硬度、耐化学药品性好等) 等优点而被广泛应用于建筑材料、体育用品、电子通讯、包装材料和汽车部件等不同领域。然而,现有的紫外线光固化涂料存在着稳定性差、不环保和防紫外线性能差的缺点,从而在一定程度上限制了其应用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防紫外线的涂料,提高了涂料的防紫外线性能和稳定性,无毒环保,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成: 
N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.2-2.4份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.4-4.5份,乳液6.2-7.5份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.5-1.2份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.3-3.5份,稳定剂0.2-0.5份,二氧化钛3.5-5.6份,增稠剂0.5-0.8份,防冻剂0.4-0.6份。
优化的,上述防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.2份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.4份,乳液6.2份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.5份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.3份,稳定剂0.2份,二氧化钛3.5份,增稠剂0.5份,防冻剂0.4份。  
优化的,上述防紫外线的涂料,其防冻剂为丙二醇。
优化的,上述防紫外线的涂料,其稳定剂为油酸甲酯。
本发明具有高生产效率、低耗能与低成本等优点,获得的漆膜具有外观好、耐刮划佳、耐磨性和耐溶剂性佳之特点;另外水性有色涂料组合物具有不含挥发性有机化合物或其含量较低的优点,对环境污染性低,可作为环保材料;既具有一般紫外线光固化涂料的特征,又能赋予产品深厚的层次感及特殊光泽,提高了涂料的分散性、稳定性,又能在生产过程中降低能耗,从而更适合工业化生产,易于推广应用。

下面结合其实施例对发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明为一种防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成: 
N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.2份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.4份,乳液6.2份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.5份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.3份,稳定剂0.2份,二氧化钛3.5份,增稠剂0.5份,防冻剂0.4份。  
防冻剂为丙二醇。稳定剂为油酸甲酯。
实施例2
本发明为一种防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成: 
N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺2.4份,乙酰乙酸乙酯4.5份,乳液7.5份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯1.2份,尿素乙二醛树脂3.5份,稳定剂0.5份,二氧化钛5.6份,增稠剂0.8份,防冻剂0.6份。
防冻剂为丙二醇。稳定剂为油酸甲酯。 
实施例3
本发明为一种防紫外线的涂料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成: 
N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.4份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.9份,乳液6.8份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.9份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.8份,稳定剂0.3份,二氧化钛3.9份,增稠剂0.6份,防冻剂0.5份。
防冻剂为丙二醇。稳定剂为油酸甲酯。本发明具有高生产效率、低耗能与低成本等优点,获得的漆膜具有外观好、耐刮划佳、耐磨性和耐溶剂性佳之特点;另外水性有色涂料组合物具有不含挥发性有机化合物或其含量较低的优点,对环境污染性低,可作为环保材料;既具有一般紫外线光固化涂料的特征,又能赋予产品深厚的层次感及特殊光泽,提高了涂料的分散性、稳定性,又能在生产过程中降低能耗,从而更适合工业化生产,易于推广应用。

N- 环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺1.2-2.4份,乙酰乙酸乙酯3.4-4.5份,乳液6.2-7.5份,季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯0.5-1.2份,尿素乙二醛树脂2.3-3.5份,稳定剂0.2-0.5份,二氧化钛3.5-5.6份,增稠剂0.5-0.8份,防冻剂0.4-0.6份。
