Abstract

本发明纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,包含A组份和B组份,A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:氟碳树脂20~50%,其氟含量为20 ~ 32%;有机醋酸丁酯10~18%;触变剂1~2%;消泡剂1~2%;钛白粉15~22%;纳米微球6~12%;重晶石12~25%;流平剂1~2%;B组份为异氰酸酯树脂 100%,其NCO含量为15 ~ 30%;涂装前将A、B组份按重量百分比A:B=80~90:10~20混合使用。本发明将纳米微球与氟碳树脂成膜物相结合,既利用氟碳树脂在紫外光照射下稳定、耐候性优越的特长,又利用纳米微球阻隔和反射太阳光辐射的结构特性,使纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料既有优异的耐候性,又有对太阳光的低吸收性,能较好地应用于钢结构的防腐保护。

Description

纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及钢结构防腐面漆、防护涂层技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于石化行业以及有高耐候性要求的钢结构用面漆防护涂料——纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料。
背景技术
目前,常规面漆涂料多采用聚氨酯涂层,但其耐候性较为有限。很多涂料(层)在施工几年之后就发生明显的光泽降低、颜色褪变的现象。这对于一些对装饰性要求较高的行业来说是很尴尬的事,而维修或者重涂既不易操作又花费多多。此外,对存储化学品的储罐以及一些有特殊结构(部位)的钢结构来说,其对面漆(防护涂层)的要求并不局限于装饰性和长时间的耐候性,而且还要求对太阳光具有低吸收性(LSR)。现在的常规面漆涂料在性能上显然难以达到这样的要求。
而氟碳树脂就其结构与常规丙烯酸树脂的结构相比,由于氟碳树脂的C-F键能比C-H键能更高,因此在紫外光照射下更稳定,其耐候性能也更为优越。所以,采用高性能氟碳树脂作为成膜物是制备高耐候性面漆的一种较好的方式。然而,常规的氟碳涂料还不能满足对太阳光具有低吸收性的要求。业界需要一种在紫外光照射下稳定、耐候性能优越、对太阳光具有低吸收性的防腐面漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,它含有纳米微球,能利用纳米微球独特的结构特性,阻隔和反射太阳光辐射;再结合氟碳树脂成膜物,使所述纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料既有优异的耐候性,又具有对太阳光的低吸收性(LSR),能较好地应用于石化及相关行业钢结构的防腐保护。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案。
一种纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,包含A组份和B组份,其特征是,所述A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂     20~50%;
溶剂         10~18%;
触变剂        1~2%
消泡剂        1~2%;
钛白粉       15~22%;
纳米微球      6~12%;
重晶石       12~25%;
流平剂        1~2%;
所述B组份为异氰酸酯树脂 100%;
涂装前将所述A组份与B组份按重量比A:B=80~90:10~20混合使用。
可选的,所述氟碳树脂的氟含量为2032%。
可选的,所述溶剂为有机醋酸丁酯,其比重在0.80.9之间。
可选的,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,比重在3.84.3之间。
进一步,所述纳米微球为超轻纳米级空心微球,其粒径为10999纳米。
可选的,在所述异氰酸酯树脂的固体树脂中, 异氰酸酯基(NCO)的含量为1530%。
本发明纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的积极效果是:
将纳米微球与氟碳树脂成膜物相结合,既利用氟碳树脂在紫外光照射下稳定、耐候性优越的特长,又利用纳米微球阻隔和反射太阳光辐射的结构特性,使纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料既有优异的耐候性,又具有对太阳光的低吸收性,能较好地应用于石化及相关行业钢结构的防腐保护。
具体实施方式
以下给出本发明纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的具体实施方式,给出3个实施例。但是应当指出,本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
实施例1
(一)一种纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,包含A组份和B组份。
所述A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂 20%,采用大金公司生产的、牌号为GK570、氟含量为20~32%的氟碳树脂。
溶剂 18%,采用齐鲁石化公司生产的、比重在0.7~0.9之间、型号为聚氨酯级的醋酸丁酯。
触变剂 1%,采用海明斯公司生产的、型号为BENTON SD-2型的触变剂。
消泡剂 1%,采用毕克公司生产的、牌号为BYK066N的消泡剂。
钛白粉 22%,采用杜邦公司生产的、牌号为R902、比重在3.8~4.3之间的金红石型钛白粉。
纳米微球 12%,其采用日本生产的、粒径为10~999纳米、牌号为三共精粉的超轻纳米级空心微球。
重晶石 25%,采用威顿公司生产的、牌号为B20的高质重晶石粉。
流平剂 1%,采用毕克公司生产的、牌号为BYK300的流平剂。
所述B组份为100%异氰酸酯树脂,采用拜尔公司生产的、牌号为N3300、异氰酸酯基(NCO)含量为15~30%的脂肪族异氰酸酯树脂。
涂装前将所述A组份与所述B组份按重量比A:B=90:10混合使用。
(二)实施例1的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的制备步骤包括:
(1)按所述重量百分比准备A组份和B组份的原料
A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂   20%;
溶剂       18%;
触变剂      1%;
消泡剂      1%;
钛白粉     22%;
纳米微球   12%;
重晶石     25%;
流平剂      1%;
B组份为100%异氰酸酯树脂。
(2)A组份原料的混合与包装
①将氟碳树脂、溶剂、触变剂、消泡剂称量后依次加入高速分散机混合。
②加入钛白粉、重晶石和纳米微球高速分散(转速为2000r/min)至细度为20~30微米。
③加入流平剂中速(转速600r/min)分散至均匀。
④将A组份独立包装。
(3)B组份原料的分散与包装
①将B组份异氰酸酯树脂单独盛放在另一洁净容器内分散均匀。
②将B组份独立包装。
实施例2
(一)一种纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,包含A组份和B组份。
所述A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂  43%(采用的原料同实施例1);
溶剂      15%(采用的原料同实施例1);
触变剂     2%(采用的原料同实施例1);
消泡剂     2%(采用的原料同实施例1);
钛白粉    15%(采用的原料同实施例1);
纳米微球   6%(采用的原料同实施例1);
重晶石    15%(采用的原料同实施例1);
流平剂     2%(采用的原料同实施例1)。
所述B组份为100%异氰酸酯树脂(采用的原料同实施例1)。
涂装前将所述A组份与所述B组份按重量比A:B=80:20混合使用。
(二)实施例2的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
(一)一种纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,包含A组份和B组份。
所述A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂  50%(采用的原料同实施例1);
溶剂      10%(采用的原料同实施例1);
触变剂     1%(采用的原料同实施例1);
消泡剂     2%(采用的原料同实施例1);
钛白粉    15%(采用的原料同实施例1);
纳米微球   8%(采用的原料同实施例1);
重晶石    12%(采用的原料同实施例1);
流平剂     2%(采用的原料同实施例1)。
所述B组份为100%异氰酸酯树脂(采用的原料同实施例1)。
涂装前将所述A组份与所述B组份按重量比A:B=82:18混合使用。
(二)实施例3的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
对实施例1-3制备的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料的检测
采用表1的方法对实施例1-3制备的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料进行检测,检测结果见表2。

所述A组份中各原料的重量百分比为:
氟碳树脂     20~50%;
溶剂         10~18%;
触变剂        12%
消泡剂        1~2%;
钛白粉       15~22%;
纳米微球      6~12%;
重晶石       12~25%;
流平剂        1~2%;
所述B组份为异氰酸酯树脂 100%;
涂装前将所述A组份与B组份按重量百分比A:B=80~90:10~20混合使用。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,所述氟碳树脂的氟含量为2032%。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,所述溶剂为有机醋酸丁酯,其比重在0.80.9之间。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉,比重在3.84.3之间。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米微球为超轻纳米级空心微球,其粒径为10999纳米。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的纳米微球改性高耐候性氟碳涂料,其特征在于,在所述异氰酸酯树脂的固体树脂中, 异氰酸酯基(NCO)的含量为1530%。
