本发明涉及一种新型复合模具,包括上模体、下模体,所述上模体位于下模体的上部,在上模体和下模体的一侧设有模唇,上模体和下模体内均设有加热管孔,在加热管孔内设置有加热管,上模体、下模体之间设有流道,流道朝向模唇的一端为出料口,其另一端为进料口,在上模体内设有垂直放置的调节螺栓,在调节螺栓的下端设有阻尼条,阻尼条与流道之间呈90°夹角并与流道相接,调节螺栓的另一端设置在上模体外部。

本发明属于模具制造技术领域,具体涉及一种新型复合模具。
背景技术
现有的分配器挤出模具结构复杂,阻尼条调节流量不合理,目前市场上还没有多层共挤复合分配器,以便将各种原料由挤出机输出各层厚度比例任意调节,从而实现制品多层及多色的复合要求。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足,提出了一种新型复合模具,所述模具是一种层共挤复合分配器,能将各种原料由挤出机输出各层厚度比例任意调节,实现制品多层及多色的复合要求。
本发明的技术方案为,新型复合模具,包括上模体、下模体,所述上模体位于下模体的上部,在上模体和下模体的一侧设有模唇 ,上模体和下模体内均设有加热管孔,在加热管孔内设置有加热管,上模体、下模体之间设有流道,流道朝向模唇的一端为出料口,其另一端为进料口,在上模体内设有垂直放置的调节螺栓,在调节螺栓的下端设有阻尼条,阻尼条与流道之间呈90°夹角并与流道相接,调节螺栓的另一端设置在上模体外部。
调节螺栓的外部依次套有止转块、调节块、调节螺母,其中止转块位于靠近上模体的一侧,调节块位于调节螺母和止转块之间,调节螺母与调节螺栓之间呈螺纹连接,调节块与上模体之间通过螺丝固定连接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明为多层共挤复合分配器,能将各种原料由挤出机输出各层厚度比例任意调节,实现制品多层及多色的复合要求。

具体实施方式
参见附图所示,本发明包括上模体3、下模体11,所述上模体3位于下模体11的上部,在上模体3和下模体11的一侧设有模唇 ,上模体3和下模体11内均设有加热管孔1,在加热管孔1内设置有加热管2,上模体3、下模体11之间设有流道12,流道12朝向模唇的一端为出料口,其另一端为进料口,在上模体3内设有垂直放置的调节螺栓13,在调节螺栓13的下端设有阻尼条8,阻尼条8与流道12之间呈90°夹角并与流道12相接,调节螺栓13的另一端设置在上模体3的外部。
调节螺栓13的外部依次套有止转块7、调节块6、调节螺母4,其中止转块7位于靠近上模体3的一侧,调节块6位于调节螺母4和止转块7之间,调节螺母4与调节螺栓13之间通过调节螺纹5连接,调节块6与上模体3之间通过螺丝固定连接。本发明为衣架式结构,采用 90°阻尼条调节流量大小,配合多层共挤复合分配器,可将各种原料由挤出机输出各层厚度比例任意调节,实现制品多层及多色的复合要求。有A/B,A/B/C,A/B/A,A/B/C/D,A/B/C/A,A/B/C/B/A等多种复合形式。适用于PP, PE, APET, PETG, PS, HIPS ABS, PC, PMMA,PVC,EVA等原料生产。

Claims (2)

1.新型复合模具,包括上模体、下模体,其特征是:所述上模体位于下模体的上部,在上模体和下模体的一侧设有模唇 ,上模体和下模体内均设有加热管孔,在加热管孔内设置有加热管,上模体、下模体之间设有流道,流道朝向模唇的一端为出料口,其另一端为进料口,在上模体内设有垂直放置的调节螺栓,在调节螺栓的下端设有阻尼条,阻尼条与流道之间呈90°夹角并与流道相接,调节螺栓的另一端设置在上模体外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合模具,其特征是:调节螺栓的外部依次套有止转块、调节块、调节螺母,其中止转块位于靠近上模体的一侧,调节块位于调节螺母和止转块之间,调节螺母与调节螺栓之间呈螺纹连接,调节块与上模体之间通过螺丝固定连接。
